Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型水转印底纸的生产方法,其工艺步骤如下:1碎解、2脱墨、3打浆、4漂白、5配浆、6抄纸、7表面施胶。按上述方法生产的水转印底纸定量为150±2g/m2,厚度190‑200µm,紧度0.75±0.02g/cm3,吸水高度≥36mm/10min,表面吸收重量≥205 g/m2,白度80±2%,纵向裂断长≥4500m,横向伸缩率≤1.60%,平滑度(正/反)≥15S,湿强度≥12.0N,成纸水份4.0‑5.5%,完全满足水转印纸市场需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水转印底纸的生产方法。
背景技术
随着我国造纸印刷技术的飞速发展,一种水转印印刷技术诞生,其原理是先将图案印刷在水转印原纸上,制成水转印贴纸,然后将水转印贴纸放入水中浸泡,使水转印贴纸的水溶胶溶于水中,使图案层与水转印贴纸分离,将图案转贴于承印物表面,完成水转印印刷。对于不规则物品的表面印刷和凹凸物品的表面印刷将是一次印刷革命。
这种水转印印刷工艺需要一种水转印原纸作为图案载体,而这种原纸是由高标准底纸经颜料涂布制成,水转印底纸必须满足均匀度好、表面平整、表面吸收性强、湿强度高等条件,因而该纸种在2000年之前全部依靠进口,2000年之后,我国部分纸厂生产出了国产水转印纸以代替进口,如杭州华邦、江苏大东、河南新密、山东潍坊、广东东莞、浙江乐清等,以上生产厂家都采用优质木浆生产水转印底纸,以满足市场需求。但采用优质木浆需消耗大量木材,不符合我国木材资源短缺,生态环境脆弱的现状,且优质木浆制备工艺繁杂,生产成本提高,不利于节能减排。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以优质废报纸取代商品木浆生产环保型水转印底纸的生产方法,以适应我国木材资源短缺,生态环境脆弱的现状,为国内外造纸行业走出一条生态环保、节能减排的技术路线来。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:主要原料采用符合国家废报纸分类等级标准(SB/T11058-2013)一级标准的废纸,与现有技术以木材为原料比,简化了制浆、打浆工艺,在配浆工艺中加大了湿强剂的用量,满足了成纸均匀度、不透明度、平滑度而又有拉力的要求。
其具体工艺步骤工艺条件如下:
1、碎解:将优质废报纸送入转鼓式碎浆机,同时加入热水和碱;热水温度60-70℃左右,碱选用NaOH,按质量浓度加入量为0.5-0.7%;所述优质废报纸为符合国家废纸分类等级标准(SB/T11058-2013)一级标准的废报纸。
2、脱墨:将工艺“1”得到的废纸浆加入脱墨剂进行脱墨;脱墨剂选用生物酶脱墨剂E1688,加入量为0.2-0.5%质量浓度。
3、打浆:将工艺“2”脱墨的纸浆进行“轻度揉搓”式打浆,打浆以除杂、除砂为主,避免过度剪切纤维,以保护再生纤维的长度和强度。
4、漂白:在高浓漂塔中进行FAS漂白,温度80-85℃,FAS加入量0.3-0.6%,PH值≤9,时间80-90min。
5、配浆:1)加入湿强剂,加入量为37-45kg/t绝干浆
2)阳离子淀粉加入量15-20kg/t绝干浆
3)助留剂:100-150g/吨纸
4)轻钙:80-100kg/吨纸
6、抄纸:配制好的成品浆其叩解度应达到23-30ºSR,上网浓度0.6-0.7%(质量浓度),上网PH值7.0-9.0。
7、表面施胶:1)原料:氧化淀粉(玉米)、表面施胶剂
2)配制:玉米氧化淀粉50-60kg/t绝干浆;
表面施胶剂5-6kg/t绝干浆;
3)浓度:7.0-12%(质量百分比浓度);
4)施胶量:5-7g/m2;
按上述方法生产的水转印底纸定量为150±2g/m2,厚度190-200µm,紧度0.75±0.02g/cm3,吸水高度≥36mm/10min,表面吸收重量≥205 g/m2,白度80±2%,纵向裂断长≥4500m,横向伸缩率≤1.60%,平滑度(正/反)≥15S,湿强度≥12.0N,成纸水份4.0-5.5%,完全满足水转印纸市场需求。
本发明创新的积极效果是:利用优质废旧报纸作原料,生产水转印底纸的生产方法,与现有利用商品木浆生产水转印底纸的生产工艺相比,节省了大量木材,降低了生产成本,既实现废物资源化再利用,又能通过工艺创新生产出高质量水转印底纸,满足水转印印刷行业对水转印底纸的要求。
本发明实现了经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的有机结合,特别适合我国木材短缺,生态环境脆弱的基本国情。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
主要原料采用符合国家废纸分类等级标准(SB/T11058-2013)一级标准的废纸。
其主要工艺步骤工艺条件如下:
1、碎解:将优质废报纸送入转鼓式碎浆机,同时加入热水和碱;热水温度60℃,碱选用NaOH,NaOH加入量为0.5%(质量浓度),所述优质废报纸为符合国家废纸分类等级标准(SB/T11058-2013)一级标准的废纸。
2、脱墨:将工艺“1”得到的废纸浆加入脱墨剂进行脱墨;脱墨剂选用生物酶脱墨剂E1688,加入量0.2%质量浓度。
3、打浆:将工艺“2”脱墨的纸浆进行“轻度揉搓”式打浆,打浆以除杂、除砂为主,避免过度剪切纤维,以保护再生纤维的长度和强度。
4、漂白:在高浓漂塔中进行FAS漂白,温度80℃,FAS加入量0.3%,PH值4,时间80min。
5、配浆:
1)加入湿强剂,加入量为37kg/t绝干浆
2)阳离子淀粉加入量15kg/t绝干浆
3)助留剂:100g/吨纸
4)轻钙:80kg/吨纸
6、抄纸:配制好的成品浆其叩解度应达到23ºSR,上网浓度0.6%(质量浓度),上网PH值7.0。
7、表面施胶:1)原料:玉米氧化淀粉、表面施胶剂
2)配制:玉米氧化淀粉50kg/t绝干浆
表面施胶剂5kg/t绝干浆
3)浓度:7.0%(质量百分比浓度)
4)施胶量:5g/m2。
按上述方法生产的水转印底纸定量:151g/m2、厚度192µm、紧度0.72g/cm3、吸水高度32mm/10min、表面吸收重量205g/m2、白度81%、裂断长(纵向)4500m、伸缩(横向)1.55%、平滑度(正/反)16S、湿强度12N、成纸水份4.5%。
实施例2:主要原料采用符合国家废纸分类等级标准(SB/T11058-2013)一级标准的废纸;
其主要工艺步骤工艺条件如下:
1、碎解:将优质废报纸送入转鼓式碎浆机,同时加入热水和碱;热水温度70℃,碱选用NaOH,NaOH加入量为0.7%(质量浓度)。
2、脱墨:将工艺“1”得到的废纸浆加入脱墨剂进行脱墨;脱墨剂选用生物酶脱墨剂E1688,加入量0.5%质量浓度。
3、打浆:将工艺“2”脱墨的纸浆进行“轻度揉搓”式打浆,打浆以除杂、除砂为主,避免过度剪切纤维,以保护再生纤维的长度和强度。
4、漂白:在高浓漂塔中进行FAS漂白,温度85℃,FAS加入量0.6%,PH值9,时间90min。
5、配浆:1)加入湿强剂,加入量为45kg/t绝干浆
2)阳离子淀粉加入量20kg/t绝干浆
3)助留剂:150g/吨纸
4)轻钙:100kg/吨纸
6、抄纸:配制好的成品浆其叩解度应达到30ºSR,上网浓度0.7%(质量浓度),上网PH值9.0;
7、表面施胶:1)原料:玉米氧化淀粉、表面施胶剂
2)配制:玉米氧化淀粉60kg/t绝干浆
表面施胶剂6kg/t绝干浆
3)浓度:12%(质量百分比浓度)
4)施胶量:7g/m2。
按上述方法生产的水转印底纸定量:152g/m2、厚度200µm、紧度0.77g/cm3、吸水高度30mm/10min、表面吸收重量210g/m2、白度82%、裂断长(纵向)4600m、伸缩(横向)1.59%、平滑度(正/反)20S、湿强度15N、成纸水份5.5%。
Claims (1)
1.一种环保型水转印底纸的生产方法,其特征在于,主要原料采用符合国家废纸分类等级标准SB/T11058-2013一级标准的废报纸,其具体工艺步骤工艺条件如下:
1)碎解:将优质废报纸送入转鼓式碎浆机,同时加入热水和碱;热水温度60-70℃,碱选用NaOH,按质量浓度加入量为0.5-0.7%;所述优质废报纸为符合国家废纸分类等级标准SB/T11058-2013一级标准的废报纸;
2)脱墨:将工艺“1”得到的废纸浆加入脱墨剂进行脱墨;脱墨剂选用生物酶脱墨剂E1688,加入量为0.2-0.5%质量浓度;
3)打浆:将工艺“2”脱墨的纸浆进行轻度揉搓式打浆,打浆以除杂、除砂为主,避免过度剪切纤维,以保护再生纤维的长度和强度;
4)漂白:在高浓漂塔中进行FAS漂白,温度80-85℃,FAS加入量0.3-0.6%,PH值≤9,时间80-90min;
5)配浆:
(1)加入湿强剂,加入量为37-45kg/t绝干浆
(2)阳离子淀粉加入量15-20kg/t绝干浆
(3)助留剂:100-150g/吨纸
(4)轻钙:80-100kg/吨纸;
6)抄纸:配制好的成品浆其叩解度应达到23-30ºSR,上网浓度0.6-0.7%(质量浓度),上网PH值7.0-9.0;
7)表面施胶:
(1)原料:玉米氧化淀粉、表面施胶剂;
(2)配制:玉米氧化淀粉50-60kg/t绝干浆;
