Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保无污染铝材钎焊丝,该焊丝的熔化温度范围为520-560℃,直径1.6-4.0mm;是由以下质量百分比的组分组成:氟化钾5-10%、稀土5-15%、铝10-25%、硅5-15%、铋2-10%、余量为铜。本发明铝自钎料使用的全部材料均为环保材料,符合ROHS标准,实现了对环境的零污染,进而保护了操作员工的身体健康;由于没有腐蚀性的物质存在,因此可省去焊后酸洗这一工序,节省了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及钎焊材料技术领域,具体涉及一种环保无污染铝材钎焊丝及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的增强,环保法规的日益完善和严格,虽然锡铅焊料具有优异的润湿性、焊接性、良好的力学性能、低熔点以及价格便宜等优点,但是铅及化合物为危害人类健康及污染环境的有害有毒物质,因此电子工业中需要无铅软钎焊料来代替传统的锡铅焊料,特别是随着电子产品的轻量化、小型化、微型化的提升对电子产品的质量要求更加严格,现有的无铅焊料多数为SnAg、SnCu、SnAgCu、SnCuNi。
传统的铝材钎焊存在三大不利因素:
1)铝钎焊料的熔点在580℃左右,非常接近母材的熔点(630℃),焊接不良率比例很高,实际钎焊生产时必须要使用熟练铝焊技工,生产成本较高。
2)使用腐蚀性钎剂,一旦进入管子内部,容易造成钎料腐蚀。
3)由于钎焊钎剂和钎料是分开的,对于实现自动化焊接有一定的难度,直接制约了批量规模的自动化工艺的实现。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安全、环保的无污染铝材钎焊丝。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种环保无污染铝材钎焊丝,该焊丝的熔化温度范围为520-560℃,直径1.6-4.0mm;是由以下质量百分比的组分组成:
氟化钾5-10%
稀土5-15%
铝10-25%
硅5-15%
铋2-10%
余量为铜。
各组分的较佳质量百分比为:
氟化钾8%
稀土10%
铝15%
硅10%
铋6%
余量为铜。
一种环保无污染铝材钎焊丝的制备工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:
1)按上述配比配置原料,喷粉、混合,送入冶炼炉进行冶炼;
2)冷却、静压成型
3)挤压
4)拉丝
5)切断。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)合金系统为Al—Si—Bi-稀土系四元合金组成,熔化温度范围为530—560℃,可制成直径1.6-4.0的丝材。根据加工硬化程度不同,丝材直径不同而有所变化。
2)铝自钎料使用的全部材料均为环保材料,符合ROHS标准,实现了对环境的零污染,进而保护了操作员工的身体健康。由于没有腐蚀性的物质存在,因此可省去焊后酸洗这一工序,节省了生产成本。
3)一般铝管的钎焊会使用钎剂,由于钎剂涂抹的不均匀性,容易钎焊过烧,把焊接工件焊穿,造成工件报废,本产品由于不用钎剂,因此有效地避免了钎剂涂抹的不均匀性的发生。
4)由于该钎料实现了钎料和钎剂的二者有机统一,减少了涂抹钎剂这一工序,使铝钎焊变得容易实现,普通工人经过简单培训即可进行高质量的焊接,并且由于是复合材料能够实现在自动化生产线上焊接,减少了作业时间,提高了生产效率。

实施例1
一种环保无污染铝材钎焊丝,该焊丝的熔化温度范围为520-560℃,直径1.6-4.0mm;是由以下质量百分比的组分组成:
氟化钾8%
稀土10%
铝15%
硅10%
铋6%
余量为铜。
一种环保无污染铝材钎焊丝的制备工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:
1)按上述配比配置原料,喷粉、混合,送入冶炼炉进行冶炼;
2)冷却、静压成型
3)挤压
4)拉丝
5)切断。
实施例2
