本发明涉及钎焊材料技术领域,具体涉及一种环保无银焊条。
背景技术
科技在不断进步,与此同时带来的是严重的环境污染问题。随着人们对环保意识和环保法制观念的日益增强,人们对保护环境也越来越重视。
在工业生产中,焊接设备和焊条是常用的工具和材料。一方面,对于管路的焊接很多厂商还是沿用以前的老的高银产品,比如最常见的45银,35银,25银的材料,银是贵金属,材料成本随着市场一路走高,成本压力骤然加大;虽然现在有些厂家已经更换了更低银的产品,可是由于贵金属银在成分里,价格在竞争日益激烈的今天,还是优势不大。另一方面,普通的焊条采用的大多含有有毒有污染的成分物质,在焊接生产中会挥发出来,产生有毒的蒸气,对人体有比较大的危害。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安全、经济环保的无银焊条。
