Abstract
本发明属于无烟气烟草制品领域，具体涉及一种口含烟。本口含烟中各组分的重量百分比为，甜味剂1～20%，酸碱调节剂0.5～5%，矫味剂0.5～5%，香味剂0.5～5%，保润剂0.2～3%，抗氧化剂0.01～1%，防腐剂0.01～1%，余量为卷烟工业副产物为原料制备的烟草颗粒材料，混合料含水率为20～60%。本发明可充分利用卷烟工业中产生的副产物，提高利用率，降低资源浪费，并使产品的感官质量与传统口含烟较接近。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于无烟气烟草制品领域，具体涉及一种口含烟。
背景技术
受公共场所吸烟禁令和卷烟价格持续提高的影响，世界烟草市场产品结构不断发生深刻变化，积极发展全系列烟草制品也逐渐成为各个跨国烟草公司的战略取向。
无烟气烟草制品（Smokless tobacco）是指品尝时不冒烟气的烟草制品，从产品特征来看，无烟气烟草制品是指没有燃烧形成烟气的烟草制品。无烟气烟草制品主要包括口含烟、嚼烟、鼻烟等。近年来口含烟在许多国家市场销量不断增加，据估算，2011年，全球口含烟为160亿美元。
当前口含烟的制备方法主要采用明火烤烟为主原料，经粉碎消毒灭菌后，再添加各种甜味剂、酸碱调节剂 、矫味剂 、香味剂、保润剂、抗氧化剂等混合均匀而成。然而现有的卷烟工业中会产生大量的副产物，这些副产物未得到合理利用将会降低利用率，造成资源浪费，现有技术尚未见利用卷烟工业副产物为原料而生产的口含烟的较为理想的技术。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种口含烟，可充分利用卷烟工业中产生的副产物，提高利用率，降低资源浪费，并使产品的感官质量与传统口含烟较接近。
实现本发明目的采取的技术方案是：各组分的重量百分比为，甜味剂1～20%，酸碱调节剂 0.5～5 %，矫味剂 0.5～5%，香味剂 0.5～5%，保润剂0.2～3%，抗氧化剂0.01～1%，防腐剂 0.01～1%，余量为卷烟工业副产物为原料制备的烟草颗粒材料，混合料含水率为20～60%。
所述的卷烟工业副产物为制丝车间或卷包车间产生的副产品烟草原料，这些原料来自烤烟、白肋烟、晾晒烟、香料烟中的一种或几种混合，并且是碎片、芝麻片、烟末、梗签的一种或几种混合。
本发明一个优点在于为卷烟工业副产品利用提供了一条有效途径，可提高了利用率，减少了资源浪费。
本发明另一个优点在于以本技术方案制备的口含烟，其感官质量与传统口含烟较接近。
具体实施方式
本发明通过以下具体实施例作进一步描述，但并不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1：以卷烟工业副产物为原料制备的口含烟A1。包含如下质量比的组分：甜味剂蜂蜜8%，酸碱调节剂碳酸氢钠3%，矫味剂葡萄糖酸钙 2.5%，香味剂 4%，保润剂丙二醇1%，抗氧化剂茶多酚1%，防腐剂山梨酸钾0.15%，余量为制丝车间烤烟碎片为原料制备的烟草颗粒材料。将各原料按比例混合，调节混合料含水率为40%，密封平衡后用16.5g/m2的热封过滤纸按0.3g/包的规格包装成小袋，紫外杀菌即得口含烟A1。
实施例2：以卷烟工业副产物为原料制备的口含烟A2。包含如下质量比的组分：甜味剂蜂蜜8%，酸碱调节剂碳酸氢钠3%，矫味剂葡萄糖酸钙 2.5%，香味剂 4%，保润剂丙二醇1%，抗氧化剂茶多酚1%，防腐剂山梨酸钾0.15%，余量为卷包车间烤烟和晾晒烟芝麻片为原料制备的烟草颗粒材料。将各原料按比例混合，调节混合料含水率为40%，密封平衡后用16.5g/m2的热封过滤纸按0.3g/包的规格包装成小袋，紫外杀菌即得口含烟A2。
实施例3：以卷烟工业副产物为原料制备的口含烟A3。包含如下质量比的组分：甜味剂蜂蜜8%，酸碱调节剂碳酸氢钠3%，矫味剂葡萄糖酸钙 2.5%，香味剂 4%，保润剂丙二醇1%，抗氧化剂茶多酚1%，防腐剂山梨酸钾0.15%，余量为卷包车间烤烟、白肋烟和香料烟烟末为原料制备的烟草颗粒材料。将各原料按比例混合，调节混合料含水率为40%，密封平衡后用16.5g/m2的热封过滤纸按0.3g/包的规格包装成小袋，紫外杀菌即得口含烟A3。
将上述实施例1～3中制备的口含烟A1、A2、A3与某市售口含烟B，按相同标准进行感官评吸，其感官得分分别为：82.1分、81.9分、82.4分、83.5分，说明以卷烟工业副产物为原料制备的口含烟，其感官质量与传统口含烟较接近。
Claims (2)
1.一种口含烟，其特征在于：各组分的重量百分比为，甜味剂1～20%，酸碱调节剂 0.5～5 %，矫味剂 0.5～5%，香味剂 0.5～5%，保润剂0.2～3%，抗氧化剂0.01～1%，防腐剂 0.01～1%，余量为卷烟工业副产物为原料制备的烟草颗粒材料，混合料含水率为20～60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口含烟，其特征在于：所述的卷烟工业副产物为制丝车间或卷包车间产生的副产品烟草原料，这些原料来自烤烟、白肋烟、晾晒烟、香料烟中的一种或几种混合，并且是碎片、芝麻片、烟末、梗签的一种或几种混合。
