Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及容器,其包括利用纤维材料层缠绕的基本上流体密封的衬垫,以及用于将附属器安装至容器的安装部。
背景技术
这种纤维增强的容器作为压力容器成功地使用,并且提供了轻质结构的优点。这种类型的容器可有利地用作压力容器使用,例如,作为用于压力高达700bar的气态流体的压力容器。这种容器还可用于保存液态流体或甚至固态流体以及处于大气压力下的流体。然而,至今为止用于在这种容器上安装附属器的方式还难以令人满意。特别地,难以避免这种附属器在使用过程中受到力而损坏容器的轻质结构。
发明内容
本发明旨在缓解上述问题。在此本发明提供容器,包括纤维材料层缠绕的基本流体密封的衬垫,以及用于将附属器安装至容器的装置,装置包括基本圆柱形的颈部分,该颈部分具有径向向外延伸的底部凸缘,其中底部凸缘是轴向固定地,但旋转自由地保持在衬垫与纤维材料层之间。通过在衬垫与纤维材料层之间可自由旋转地保持,容器结构不需要吸收任何施加在附属器上关于其纵向轴的扭转力矩。扭转力矩仅造成装置的旋转运动,而不会造成破坏装置。
通过卡扣连接将凸缘底部连接至衬垫的刚性部分能够使纤维材料缠绕衬垫同时使安装部附接至所述衬垫便利。通过以在安装部与衬垫之间径向作用的圆周延伸的凹槽与凹口的连接实施卡扣连接,可获得简单但精密的卡扣连接。
通过对所述衬垫设置安装凹部,使得衬垫的外表面基本平滑地连接至底部凸缘的顶表面,纤维材料层能够以平滑的过渡应用于衬垫和连接的安装部,而没有降低纤维材料的强度的危险。
通过对安装部设置包围衬垫的孔的圆柱形颈部分,此安装部可非常适用于安装控制与容器流体连通的附属器、诸如阀门。有利地,容器的这种附属器可延伸进管状颈部分内部。特别地,附属器可直接或间接地安装至管状颈部分内部。可通过例如螺纹连接实施直接安装。
有利地,衬垫可设置有延伸进管状颈部分内部的边缘部分,而附属器的底部分与衬垫的边缘部分封闭地接合。这允许获得简单但可靠的容器的流体密封结构。有利地,附属器轴向固定地但自由旋转地保持在管状颈部分内部。这使得能够通过附属器对容器的扭转负载进行双重阶段的防护。这种结构可例如通过在附属器内提供圆周凹槽、以及在管状颈部分中提供使止动销或夹延伸穿过的横孔进行实施。
在容器中,衬垫可提供密闭流体,而纤维层可提供结构的强度。衬垫可是柔性的,例如可由金属薄片制成。然而,衬垫还可构造地更加刚性,使得在卸载条件下衬垫保持其形状。在这种构造中,可通过衬垫的形状保持性能来使得利用纤维材料来缠绕衬垫便利。在非常精密的构造中,纤维材料层可以没有抑制纤维运动的基底材料。这允许纤维在容器变形时运动,使得容器的抗冲击性与纤维材料在将纤维保持在适当位置的基底材料内缠绕的容器相比可显著增强。优选地,纤维材料层包括以曲面最短程线方式缠绕在衬垫上的一个或多个纤维,使得该纤维或每个纤维仅沿其轴线承受负载。这种容器在例如US7219812中公开。因此柔性纤维材料对容器提供结构增强,而衬垫仅提供流体密闭。
可在纤维材料层的径向外侧设置涂层、例如用于避免纤维材料损坏的保护涂层。这种涂层优选的由柔性的强韧的可延展的材料制成、例如软质聚氨酯(PUR)。
容器的径向外侧可设置有包围安装部的手柄部分。这种手柄部分可促进抓握容器,但也可用作保护结构来包含安装部以及附属器受到横向力以及弯矩。
手柄部分可设置有结合至容器外侧的底表面。该结合可例如通过将手柄部分的底表面熔化或胶粘至容器的包围安装部的外表面产生。该手柄部分可有利地结合至设置在纤维材料层径向外侧的涂层。有利地,该手柄部分可安装至不是安装部的其他结构、例如安装至容器的外侧,从而避免施加在手柄部分上的力直接传递至安装部。该手柄部分还可有利地用于任何类型的容器,包括由纤维材料层缠绕的基本流体密闭性的衬垫,其中手柄部分结合至纤维材料层。优选地,纤维材料层的径向外侧然后设置有涂层(即,同样在具有用于安装附属器的传统安装部的容器内)。

具体实施方式
图1示出了容器1。在此实施方式中,容器1可以是例如轻质压力容器。特别地,容器1可用于容纳丙烷,并可具有30bar的测试压力。容器1的容量可以是例如30.5L,并且空的重量可以是例如6.5kg。容器1内容纳的丙烷气体的重量可以是例如12.8kg。容器的高度可以是例如710mm,直径可以是例如296mm。这种容器1可以例如用于为叉车保存丙烷。
参考图2,容器1包括基本流体密封的衬垫2。衬垫2设计用于保存流体,特别是在高达30bar的压力下将液化气体与气体保存较长的一段时间,例如几天或几个月。示例性实施方式的衬垫2在不受加压内容物的负载时可保持其形状不变。衬垫2可由例如HDPE的基本刚性的塑料材料并且可以通过例如旋转成型工艺或吹制成型工艺制成。衬垫2也可替代地由诸如单层或多层金属薄片的柔性材料制成。
衬垫2在其外表面33上已设置有纤维材料的层3。这种纤维材料可以是例如嵌入在基底材料内的短的或长的纤维束,其可抑制纤维相对于彼此的运动。这种层2例如可使用编织纤维材料或非编织纤维材料的树脂浸渍垫制造。纤维材料可以是例如碳纤维、玻璃纤维、凯芙拉纤维或芳纶纤维或者其组合。
在示例性实施方式中,纤维材料层由多个已缠绕在衬垫2上的纤维丝形成。纤维丝可有利地干燥缠绕,因此可以没有抑制纤维运动的基底材料。在这种构造中,纤维材料层3可包括一个或多个以曲面最短程线的方式缠绕衬垫的外表面33的纤维,使得此纤维或各个纤维仅沿其纵向轴承受负载。衬垫的外表面33优选地可基本完全由纤维材料的层3覆盖,使得纤维材料吸收机械负载,并且衬垫2起到提供流体密封的作用。纤维材料层2的径向外侧34可设置有涂层32,用于例如使纤维材料层3免受损坏。有利地,涂层32由柔性材料制成以便于允许与其接触的纤维运动。
容器1设置有用于将附属器安装至容器1的安装部4。这种附属器例如可以是阀门13,但也可以是例如压力计、流动管路或者压力校正器。安装部4包括基本圆柱形的颈部分5,颈部分5具有径向向外延伸的底部凸缘6。底部凸缘6轴向固定地但旋转自由地保持在衬垫2与纤维材料层3之间。因此,安装部4不能沿其轴7相对于容器1运动,但能够在不损坏衬垫2或者纤维材料层3的情况下关于其轴7旋转。因为是在没有端部止挡的情况下旋转,因此旋转可是自由旋转。然而,这种自由旋转仍可包括大量摩擦,或可包括由棘轮机构产生的指数化。
还参考图2,示出了底部凸缘6支撑在衬垫2的外表面33上。在此实施方式中,衬垫2设置有安装凹部12,使得衬垫的外表面33基本平滑地连接于底部凸缘6的顶表面。在此实施方式中,底部凸缘6通过卡扣连接9连接于衬垫2的刚性部分。卡扣连接9可包括与凹口12共同作用的圆周地延伸的凹槽10,使得凹槽-凹口连接在安装部4和衬垫2之间径向地作用。
在示出的实施方式中,圆柱形的颈部分5是管状的,并且与容器1的孔20一致。如所示的,圆柱形的颈部分6圆周地包围衬垫2中的开口21。衬垫2的边缘部分14延伸进入管状的颈部分5的内部。边缘部分14由附属器13的底部分16封闭地接合。实施方式中示出的附属器13是轴向固定地但是旋转自由地保持在管状颈部分5的内部15中。
在附属器13的圆柱形底座24的凹槽23中设置有密封圈22。在此实施方式中已加工出衬垫2的延伸进入颈部分5的内部15的边缘部分14,以提供平滑的表面,用于与附属器的密封圈22共同密封。圆柱形底座24本身已经通过一组锁定销25固定从而无法相对于装置4进行轴向运动。锁定销25延伸穿过安装部4的颈部分5,并且被接纳在附属器13的圆柱形底座24的圆周凹槽26内,使得该附属器能够相对于安装部4的颈部分5关于其纵向轴7自由地旋转。阀门外罩27已通过螺纹28螺纹地接合在圆柱形的底座24内。在圆柱形底座24的顶部分内已设置有一组孔洞29,以便于可通过工具来接合底座从而抑制底座的旋转,从而使得阀门外罩27能够旋进或旋出圆柱形的底座24。
在容器1的顶表面上已设置有包围安装部4的手柄部分18。手柄部分形成了保护安装部4以及安装在其中的附属器免受横向负载的顶端。手柄部分18已设置有结合至容器1的外表面的底表面19。在此实施方式中,手柄部分18的下表面19胶接至涂层32的外表面,涂层32应用于纤维材料的层3。作用在手柄部分18的负载被传递至涂层32。
参考图3,其示出了附属器13的简化的实施方式。在此实施方式中,设置了没有圆柱形底座的附属器13,使得阀门外罩27的底部分直接螺纹地接合在安装部4的颈部分5的内部15内。然后附属器13可与安装部4共同旋转。在使用过程中,手柄部分18的护板31保护安装部4的颈部分5不受横向力。在正常的操作过程中,护板31保护装置4的颈部分5,从而防止将阀门外罩27从颈部分旋出,该颈部分与阀门外罩自由并且共同地旋转。

Claims (14)
1.一种容器,包括设置有纤维材料层的基本流体密封的衬垫以及用于将附属器安装至容器的安装部,所述安装部包括具有径向向外延伸的底部凸缘的基本圆柱形的颈部分,其特征在于,所述底部凸缘轴向固定地但自由旋转地保持在所述衬垫与所述纤维材料层之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中,所述底部凸缘通过卡扣连接连接至所述衬垫的刚性部分。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的容器,其中,所述卡扣连接包括圆周延伸的凹槽与凹口的连接,所述连接在所述安装部与所述衬垫之间径向地起作用。
4.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的容器,其中,所述衬垫设置有安装凹部,使得所述衬垫的外表面平滑地连接至所述底部凸缘的顶表面。
5.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的容器,其中,所述圆柱形颈部分是管状的,并且与所述容器的孔相符。
6.根据权利要求5所述的容器,其中,所述容器的所述附属器延伸进所述管状颈部分的内部。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的容器,其中,所述衬垫的边缘部分延伸进所述管状颈部分的所述内部,而所述附属器的底部分封闭地接合所述衬垫的所述边缘部分。
8.根据权利要求1-7的任一项所述的容器,其中,所述附属器轴向固定地但自由旋转地保持在所述管状颈部分的所述内部。
9.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的容器,其中,所述衬垫在卸载条件下保持其形状。
10.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的容器,其中,所述纤维材料层没有抑制纤维的运动的基底材料。
11.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的容器,其中,所述纤维材料层包括以曲面最短程线的方式缠绕在所述衬垫上的一个或多个纤维,使得所述纤维或各个所述纤维仅沿其纵向轴承受负载。
12.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的容器,其中,所述纤维材料层的径向外侧设置有涂层。
13.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的容器,其中,所述容器的所述径向外侧设置有包围所述安装部的手柄部分。
14.根据权利要求13所述的容器,其中,所述手柄部分设置有结合至所述容器的外表面的底表面。
