本发明公开了一种流量可调式双向喷油管,包括本体,本体呈T形管状结构,即包括一竖直管和一水平管,所述水平管的底面为平面,所述竖直管与水平管的中间位置连接并贯通,并在所述水平管的内壁上设有可沿水平管的底面进行轴向滑动的分流块,所述分流块的滑动区域与所述竖直管相对。所述分流块为对称结构,分流块具有两个侧面,每个侧面均呈弧形并与水平管的内壁的底部相切。本发明的有益效果是,通过分流块的设置,由于分流块可以沿着水平管的轴向进行滑动,就可以使竖直管中的冷却液进行分流,当两个喷油管需要不同流量时,可以通过调节分流块来实现。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种流量可调式双向喷油管,属于卧式铣床设备领域。
背景技术
卧式铣床在铣削加工的时候,会产生大量的热,所以需要对铣床的铣刀头进行冷却。由于大多数铣床具有多个铣刀,而且多个铣刀同时工作,这时就需要对多个铣刀同时进行冷却,但现有的喷油(冷却液)管都是一个管口,不能适应多个刀头同时加工时冷却的需要。基于上述内容,申请人同日申请了油路双向喷油管。
但是该技术方案在使用的时候仍然存在一定的问题,两个喷油管流出的冷却液不能根据需要进行调节。
发明内容
本发明提供一种流量可调式双向喷油管,解决两个喷油管流出的冷却液不能根据需要进行调节的问题。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
流量可调式双向喷油管,包括本体,本体呈T形管状结构,即包括一竖直管和一水平管,所述水平管的底面为平面,所述竖直管与水平管的中间位置连接并贯通,并在所述水平管的内壁上设有可沿水平管的底面进行轴向滑动的分流块,所述分流块的滑动区域与所述竖直管相对。
所述分流块呈垂直于水平管的底面。
所述分流块为对称结构,分流块具有两个侧面,每个侧面均呈弧形并与水平管的内壁的底部相切。
所述分流块的下部具有推块,推块安装在水平管底部的滑槽中。
本发明的有益效果是,通过分流块的设置,由于分流块可以沿着水平管的轴向进行滑动,就可以使竖直管中的冷却液进行分流,当两个喷油管需要不同流量时,可以通过调节分流块来实现。

如图1所示,本发明实施例所述的流量可调式双向喷油管,包括本体,本体呈T形管状结构,即包括一竖直管1和一水平管2,所述水平管2的底面为平面,所述竖直管1与水平管2的中间位置连接并贯通,并在所述水平管2的内壁上设有可沿水平管的底面进行轴向滑动的分流块3,所述分流块3的滑动区域与所述竖直管2相对。
所述分流块3呈垂直于水平管的底面。
所述分流块3为对称结构,分流块具有两个侧面,每个侧面均呈弧形并与水平管的内壁的底部相切。
所述分流块3的下部具有推块4,推块安装在水平管底部的滑槽5中。
