在一种形式中,提供了一种用于制备包含至少液体主要成分和次要成分的发泡饮料或食物产品的包装,所述包装包括:至少一个壁,其限定至少部分地填充有主要成分的室;出口,其用于分配制备的产品;可破裂屏障,其将次要成分与主要成分分离;以及在至少一个壁中的单向阀,其使空气能够进入室中,其中,成分中的至少一种包括发泡剂,使得当可破裂屏障破裂且主要和次要成分混合时制备出发泡产品。包装可包括用于选择性地打开和关闭出口的装置。此外,可通过沿弱化线撕裂包装的一部分而形成出口,并且出口可包括喷嘴。此外,出口可提供路径,该路径的构造有助于泡沫的生成。

具体实施方式
下文所述的包装使得能够通过混合主要成分和次要成分而制备出发泡(多泡)食物或饮料产品,主要成分呈液体形式,次要成分可为空气、气体、包含空气或气体的粉末、或者另一液体。应当指出,在本说明书的上下文中,对“成分”的提及可指由多种成分形成的组合物。主要和次要成分分离,直到制备过程开始。这可以多种方式实现。
主要成分可为液体咖啡溶液、浓缩液体奶或奶油、增香奶以及巧克力(白巧克力、牛奶巧克力或黑巧克力)。虽然包装意图对可发泡主要成分进行发泡,但主要成分也可包含发泡剂。备选地,次要成分可包括发泡剂。发泡剂可以是在US-A-2006/0040038、EP-A-1627572和EP-A-1627568中描述的那些中的一种、或者任何其它合适制剂。
图1至图7所示的一个包装10为填充有主要成分的可变形包装。次要成分为空气,在打开后,空气被吸入包装10中。
包装10优选地由半刚性的液体不可透过的材料制成,例如,高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酯或者这些材料中的两种或更多种的层压物。一层乙烯-乙烯醇聚合物的添加是所期望的,因为它使得包装10完全不可渗透气体。壁的优选厚度处于50至300微米的范围内。然而,包装10的材料、形状和组成必须选择成使得包装10在施加压力时可弹性变形,但在压力移除时它将返回其初始形状构型。包装10的一种便利形状是球形或压缩球形。
包装10可为不透明、透明或半透明的,并且合适的制造工艺为注塑成型。
包装10的壁11限定混合室12。应当指出,本文中对“壁”的提及应当被认为包括单个连续壁或多个壁,取决于包装10的设计。壁11包括出口13,其优选地由密封装置14选择性地打开和关闭。出口13可为简单的孔口或喷嘴,并且密封装置14可为螺旋帽盖、塞子、可剥离的粘合箔或标签、或者其它合适装置,取决于出口13的性质。优选地呈单向阀形式的空气入口装置15设在其中一个壁11中,优选地在离出口13一定距离处,以用于选择性地允许空气进入室12中。可移除的盖16可用于密封空气入口装置15,其在要制备产品时被移除。可移除的盖16也可为可剥离的粘合箔或标签。
在填充之前,空包装保持如图1所示的正常膨胀形状和构型,并且填充有空气。室12经由出口13(图2)部分地填充有主要成分17,并且空气经由出口13逸出。包装10被压缩以经由出口13排空任何残余空气,并且当所有空气已排空时,用密封装置14密封出口13(图4)。
当要消费食物或饮料产品时,消费者通过移除盖16而打开空气入口装置15(图5)。包装10的弹性性质导致它膨胀至其初始形状,并且在它这样做时将空气(次要成分)通过空气入口装置15吸回(图6)。涌入的空气至少部分地与主要成分17混合。取决于主要成分17的性质,涌入的空气可足以实现主要成分17的至少一些发泡。然而,消费者可能需要晃动包装10以完成发泡作用。然后移除出口密封装置14,使得制备的发泡产品可通过出口13倒出或挤出。
室12中的主要成分与空气的比率根据主要成分的性质和发泡成分的期望量而变化。如果认为典型的卡布奇诺包括三分之一泡沫、三分之一浓缩咖啡和三分之一奶,则对于180ml的卡布奇诺来说,预计有约50-60ml的泡沫。对于慕斯类应用来说,空气与液体的比率可为约50:50。
在包装10的修改中,空气入口装置由出口13提供。为了实现饮料制备,从出口13移除密封装置14以允许空气进入室12。一旦包装10已恢复其正常的预成形形状,就可分配产品,或者可重新施加密封装置14以防止产品在摇晃期间泄漏。
在该包装10的另一修改版本中,空气入口装置15包括在壁11中的小孔口或穿孔,穿孔足够小,以允许空气进入但极少液体逸出。
作为再一个修改,可将呈网状幅材、球、圆盘或另一装置形式的插入件定位在包装10内部,其有助于泡沫生成并且减少或消除对额外摇晃的需求。作为又一个备选形式,可在出口13处提供网、导管或适当形状的喷嘴,以在产品离开包装10时有助于泡沫生成。
在图8和图9中示出了第二包装20。该包装20由诸如以上所述的合适的可弹性变形的半刚性材料制成,该材料为液体不可透过的,并且优选地为空气不可透过的。包装20的壁21限定混合室22并且包括可具有与上文所述类似构型的出口23,出口23带有密封装置24以用于密封出口23。
包装20填充有主要成分17,并且空气被抽空。包含次要成分26的胶囊25位于室22中。胶囊25由相对易碎的材料制成,该材料为至少液体不可透过的。胶囊25附连到包装20的相对壁21的内部。主要成分17因此不能与包封在胶囊25内的次要成分26混合。
当通过移除密封装置而打开包装20时,空气经由出口23被吸入,并且包装20膨胀至其正常位置,从而导致胶囊25裂开并释放其内容物(次要成分26)以与主要成分17混合(图9)。如果不需要包装的晃动,则可更换密封装置24。
在包括胶囊的这个和其它版本的包装中,次要成分可以是或包括发泡剂(例如在US-A-2006/0040038、EP-A-1627572和EP-A-1627568中描述的那些)或压缩气体的气泡。
该包装20也可并入与关于第一包装10所描述的类似空气入口装置,以在产品制备过程期间允许空气进入。该包装20也可并入关于包装10所描述的其它修改中的任一种。
在图10至图12中示出了第三包装30。该包装30优选地由柔性材料制成并且不需要是可弹性变形的。以上所述材料在足够薄而为柔性时可能是合适的。包装30的壁31同样限定混合室32。
包装30可具有如上所述的预成形出口。备选地且如图所示,壁31可以由端部密封33在包装30的相对端处密封,在其中一个端部密封中定位有诸如激光刻痕线的弱化线34和诸如凹口的起始点35。这使得包装30能够以受控方式被撕开,从而留下可通过其分配发泡产品的出口37。
诸如单向阀的空气入口装置36可设在其中一个壁31中,优选地在离出口37一定距离处,以允许空气进入室32中。可移除的盖36a密封空气入口装置36,它在要制备产品时被移除。可移除的盖36a也可以是可剥离的粘合箔或标签。
包含次要成分26的胶囊38位于室32中,次要成分26可为发泡剂、压缩空气或气体。胶囊可以是不受限制的且因此能够在室内自由移动,或者它可被限制在预定位置。
一些空气可能需要留在室32的顶部空间中,以使泡沫的膨胀能够发生。在一个示例中,胶囊38具有10至15cm3的体积,并且主要成分占据50至100cm3的体积,优选的顶部空间为包装总体积的25%至50%。
胶囊38由这样的材料制成:当消费者在他们的手指之间(通过包装壁31)挤压胶囊38时,该材料可破裂,由此使胶囊38裂开。胶囊38为至少液体不可透过的,并且,如果次要成分26为气体或空气,则也为气体不可透过的。主要成分17因此不能与包封在胶囊38内的次要成分26混合。
为了制备发泡产品,消费者挤压包装30内的胶囊38,直到其裂开,从而释放次要成分26以与主要成分17混合,使得起泡反应启动。如果包装30包括空气入口装置36,则它也必须打开,以允许空气进入室32。
出口36被打开且发泡产品被挤出出口36。优选地,出口36设计成提供狭窄和/或曲折的路径,这进一步有助于在分配产品18时生成泡沫。出口36还可设有喷射器,其使得空气能够从大气吸入且在分配产品时并入产品中。
在图13所示的该包装30的修改中,胶囊38被限制在侧室39中,侧室39通过在包装的相对壁31之间形成弱密封40而形成。这使得消费者更容易定位胶囊38以便裂开。备选地,胶囊38可被松散的纤维状网或其它合适装置限制在期望位置。
在图14中示出了第四包装40。该包装40并入帽盖41,帽盖41附连有包含次要成分26的胶囊42。帽盖被保持在室43的顶部,主要成分17在室43的底部。
为了制备产品18,推动或挤压帽盖41,以便使胶囊42裂开并释放次要成分26。当次要成分26与主要成分17接触时,泡沫生成。一旦起泡反应结束,就打开在包装40的基部45中的出口44,以将发泡产品分配到杯46或其它接收器中。
包装的另一备选实施例具有与以上所述构造类似的一般构造,并且另外包括可激活杆,其通过打开包装或移除层的动作而移动,以使包含次要成分的胶囊裂开。
包装50的又一版本具有与以上所述构造类似的一般构造且在图15中示出,而不使用位于混合室32中的胶囊,在该版本中,出口由填充有次要成分26的喷嘴51提供。喷嘴51设有闭合件53,例如帽盖或可移除的密封件。诸如膜片的可破裂屏障52将次要成分与保持在室32中的主要成分17分离。屏障52通过挤压包装50而破裂,以允许主要成分和次要成分混合且起泡反应发生。闭合件53从喷嘴81移除,并且发泡产品然后通过喷嘴51挤出。在另一修改中,主要成分17和次要成分26可保持分离直到分配时点,使得主要成分仅在次要成分穿过喷嘴53时与其接触。
Claims (16)
1.一种包装,用于包含至少液体主要成分和次要成分的发泡食物产品的制备,所述包装包括:至少一个壁,其限定至少部分地填充有所述主要成分的室;出口,其用于分配所述制备的产品;以及胶囊,其围绕所述主要成分,将所述次要成分与所述主要成分分离,所述胶囊附连到所述包装的相对壁的内部,使得当所述相对壁移动而进一步分开时所述胶囊破裂,其中,所述成分中的至少一种包括发泡剂,使得当所述胶囊破裂且所述主要和次要成分混合时制备出所述发泡食物产品;其中,所述包装在正常膨胀位置和压缩位置之间可弹性变形,从所述压缩位置到所述膨胀位置的移动使得它使所述胶囊破裂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,人工压力的施加使所述胶囊破裂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,还包括用于选择性地打开和关闭所述出口的装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,还包括用于选择性地使空气能够进入所述室中的空气入口装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包装,其特征在于,所述空气入口装置包括在所述至少一个壁中的单向阀。
6.根据权利要求4所述的包装,其特征在于,所述空气入口装置包括在所述至少一个壁中的多个孔口,所述多个孔口的尺寸允许空气进入所述室中但基本上防止液体从所述室流出。
7.根据权利要求4所述的包装,其特征在于,所述出口提供所述空气入口装置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,所述出口包括喷嘴。
9.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的包装,其特征在于,所述出口提供路径,所述路径的构造有助于泡沫的生成。
10.一种由来自根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的包装的液体主要成分和次要成分制备发泡食物产品的方法,包括以下步骤:使将所述次要成分与所述主要成分分离的胶囊破裂,以使所述主要和次要成分能够混合并发泡的步骤;打开所述出口;以及挤压所述包装,以经由所述出口分配所述制备的产品。
11.一种包装,用于包含至少液体主要成分和次要成分的发泡食物产品的制备,所述包装包括:至少一个壁,其限定至少部分地填充有所述主要成分的室;出口,其用于分配所述制备的产品;胶囊,其围绕所述主要成分,将所述次要成分与所述主要成分分离,所述胶囊附连到所述包装的相对壁的内部,使得当所述相对壁移动而进一步分开时所述胶囊破裂,其中,所述成分中的至少一种包括发泡剂,使得当所述胶囊破裂且所述主要和次要成分混合时制备出所述发泡食物产品;以及用于选择性地使空气能够进入所述室中的空气入口装置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的包装,其特征在于,所述空气入口装置包括在所述至少一个壁中的单向阀。
13.根据权利要求11所述的包装,其特征在于,所述空气入口装置包括在所述至少一个壁中的多个孔口,所述多个孔口的尺寸允许空气进入所述室中但基本上防止液体从所述室流出。
14.一种包装,用于包含至少液体主要成分和次要成分的发泡食物产品的制备,所述包装包括:至少一个壁,其限定至少部分地填充有所述主要成分的室;出口,其用于分配所述制备的产品;以及胶囊,其围绕所述主要成分,将所述次要成分与所述主要成分分离,所述胶囊附连到所述包装的相对壁的内部,使得当所述相对壁移动而进一步分开时所述胶囊破裂,其中,所述成分中的至少一种包括发泡剂,使得当所述胶囊破裂且所述主要和次要成分混合时制备出所述发泡食物产品;所述出口提供空气入口装置。
15.一种包装,用于包含至少液体主要成分和次要成分的发泡食物产品的制备,所述包装包括:至少一个壁,其限定至少部分地填充有所述主要成分的室;出口,其用于分配所述制备的产品;以及胶囊,其围绕所述主要成分,将所述次要成分与所述主要成分分离,所述胶囊附连到所述包装的相对壁的内部,使得当所述相对壁移动而进一步分开时所述胶囊破裂,其中,所述成分中的至少一种包括发泡剂,使得当所述胶囊破裂且所述主要和次要成分混合时制备出所述发泡食物产品;所述出口包括喷嘴。
16.一种包装,用于包含至少液体主要成分和次要成分的发泡食物产品的制备,所述包装包括:至少一个壁,其限定至少部分地填充有所述主要成分的室;出口,其用于分配所述制备的产品;以及胶囊,其围绕所述主要成分,将所述次要成分与所述主要成分分离,所述胶囊附连到所述包装的相对壁的内部,使得当所述相对壁移动而进一步分开时所述胶囊破裂,其中,所述成分中的至少一种包括发泡剂,使得当所述胶囊破裂且所述主要和次要成分混合时制备出所述发泡食物产品;所述出口提供路径,并且所述路径的构造有助于泡沫的生成。
