Abstract
本发明涉及一种安装有多个发光二级管的安装杆,其特征在于,在所述安装杆的第一侧面及第二侧面形成多个凹槽以能够将安装杆朝幅度方向容易弯曲,形成在所述第一侧面的多个第一凹槽和形成在所述第二侧面的多个第二凹槽相交叉形成。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装有多个发光二级管的安装杆,更详细而言,涉及能够容易弯曲成所需的形态的可自如形成曲面的发光二级管安装杆。
背景技术
随着电子零件的小型化以及电子产品的设计逐渐多样化,安装电子零件的模块的形态也变得多样化。例如,在广告领域或照明领域中,为了得到所需的文字或图案的照明,需要将多个发光二级管(几乎不弯曲)以与对应文字或对应图案相同的形态配置在平面模块。
但是,如图7所示,照明领域或广告领域中所使用的安装杆,朝安装杆的上下方向比较容易弯曲(参照图6a),而朝安装杆的侧面方向几乎不弯曲(参照图6b),因此,为了将多个发光二级管配置成所需的形态,必须将安装有发光二级管的多个安装杆一一连接或按照所需的形态另外制作,所以具有不但工作繁杂,而且费用高且耗很多时间的缺点
发明内容
本发明是为解决所述问题点而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种根据使用者的需要将多个发光二级管自如地弯曲,并将多个发光二级管可以配置成所需的形态的可自如形成曲面的发光二级管安装杆。
为达成所述目的,根据本发明的第一实施例,提供一种可自如形成曲面的发光二极管安装杆,在所述安装杆上安装有排列成一列或多数列的多个发光二级管,其特征在于,在所述安装杆的第一侧面及第二侧面形成有多个凹槽以能够将所述安装杆朝幅度方向容易弯曲,形成在所述第一侧面的多个第一凹槽和形成在所述第二侧面的多个第二凹槽相交叉形成。
为达成所述目的,根据本发明的第二实施例,提供一种可自如形成曲面的发光二极管安装杆,在所述安装杆上安装有排列成一列或多数列的多个发光二级管,其特征在于,所述安装杆包括:多个安装部,用于安装一个以上的所述发光二极管;曲线形连接部,用于连接所述多个安装部。
根据本发明的安装杆可以弯曲成使用者所需的形态,因此使用者可以将安装在安装杆上的发光二级管配置成所需的形态(例如,圆形)。
因此,本发明不需要将安装有发光二级管的多个安装杆一一连接或另外制作安装杆,也能将多个发光二级管配置成使用者所需的形态。
并且,本发明可以将安装有多个发光二级管的安装杆自如地弯曲,因此,不仅将安装有多个发光二级管的安装杆方便地设置成符合装置的形状,而且,可以大幅度减小设置安装杆时所需的时间及费用。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图详细说明本发明。
图1是根据本发明的第一实施例的发光二级管安装杆的立体图,图2是图1所示的发光二级管安装杆的平面图,图3是图1所示的发光二级管安装杆的侧视图,图4是示出图1所示的发光二级管的使用例的平面图,图5是根据本发明的第二实施例的发光二级管安装杆的平面图。
第一实施例
根据本发明的发光二级管安装杆10包括发光二级管20、电阻30、电源端子40。
安装杆40是薄且长的形态,由具有预定弹性和强度的材料制成(例如,可以由与通常的PCB相同的材料制成)。在安装杆10设有多个发光二级管20、电阻30、电源端子40、及其他电子零件。如上所述形成的安装杆10可根据需要切断成预定长度单位。另外,在安装杆10的两侧面形成有多个凹槽12、13。优选,所述凹槽12、13形成在安装杆10上的没有安装任何电子零件的部分的侧面。此处,形成在安装杆10的第一侧面(以图1为准,安装杆的右侧面)的凹槽12和形成在第二侧面(以图1为准,安装杆的左侧面)的凹槽13相交叉形成,安装杆10部分地形成为“之”字形。
多个发光二级管20以预定间隔沿安装杆10的长度方向设置,电阻30按照所设置的发光二级管20的数量和容量设置在安装杆10。
并且,电源端子40以能切断安装杆10的最小长度单位(例如,每4个发光二级管20设置一个电源端子)设置。
如上所述构成的本发明的安装杆10是以“之”字形连接的结构以便容易弯曲安装有任意发光二级管20的安装杆10的部分和安装有与所述任意发光二级管20邻接的其他发光二级管20的安装杆10的部分,因此,如图4所示,将多个发光二级管20容易配置成曲线形或圆形。
第二实施例
根据第二实施例的安装杆10由安装电子零件或发光二级管20的多个安装部14和连接安装部14的连接部16构成。
安装部14以预定间隔沿安装杆10的长度方向配置,按照安装杆10的使用目的,安装所需的各种电子零件(发光二级管20、电阻30、电源端子40)。
连接部16是反复连接直线部分和曲线部分的“之”字形,用以连接安装部14和安装部14。优选,如图5所示,连接部16中,直线部分的幅度t1和曲线部分的幅度t2相同。如此,若直线部分和曲线部分的幅度相同,则直线部分和曲线部分的幅度方向变形率相同,因此,连接部16与没有曲线的第一实施例相比朝幅度方向没有偏差而容易弯曲。
因此,本实施例非常有利于需要将安装杆10大大弯曲的情况。
Claims (2)
1.一种可自如形成曲面的发光二极管安装杆,在所述安装杆上安装有排列成一列或多数列的多个发光二级管,其特征在于,在所述安装杆的第一侧面及第二侧面形成有多个凹槽以能够将所述安装杆朝幅度方向容易弯曲,形成在所述第一侧面的多个第一凹槽和形成在所述第二侧面的多个第二凹槽相交叉形成。
2.一种可自如形成曲面的发光二极管安装杆,在所述安装杆上安装有排列成一列或多数列的多个发光二级管,其特征在于,所述安装杆包括:
多个安装部,用于安装一个以上的所述发光二极管;
曲线形连接部,用于连接所述多个安装部。
