技术领域
本发明涉及一种以拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂为杀虫活性成分的液体蟑香。
背景技术
蟑螂食谱很宽,从各种食品到垃圾、粪便、死尸等无所不食,通过到处取食,造成了从垃圾、厕所、厨房、餐厅、食品等广泛的侵害面。除了破坏器物,它还骚扰人们的睡眠和休息,甚至主动侵袭婴幼儿,导致咬伤或引起过敏、瘙痒。
蟑螂已被证明携带数量细菌超过了40多种、此外还携带了大量的病毒、原虫、寄生虫卵、真菌等病原微生物。因而可传播肝炎、肺炎、结核病、肠道病、胃炎等多种病症并造成食物中毒。蟑螂全身都是细菌,它广泛的侵害面使其成为传播疾病的主要祸首之一。
蟑螂昼伏夜出,遇到危险行动敏捷、藏匿快,用喷雾式杀虫剂不易捕获。除了能够快速繁殖,它们还有很强的自我保护能力,卵被厚厚的卵鞘保护着,一般杀虫剂无法渗入,只能在其孵化后再次灭杀。这也是蟑螂久灭不绝的原因之一。因而,它们有着极强的生存能力。
目前,北京45%以上的家庭,86%的医院,98%的宾馆饭店已被蟑螂入侵。从蟑螂、蚊子、蟑螂、老鼠对城市人类的危害程度讲,蟑螂无疑已位居“新四害”之首,目前已经成为世界上多数城市的防治难题。
面对蟑螂所具有的这种极强的生存适应能力,目前市售的喷雾式杀虫剂都只能暂时杀死看得见的成虫。在一定空间和时间段内具有持续驱避和杀灭效果的产品较为适合将所在的空间内长时间不会受到蟑螂侵扰。目前市场上新近上市了盘式蟑香。这类产品虽然在较长的时间内可以有效驱杀蟑螂,由于需要点燃并造成具有一定刺鼻气味的烟雾,会带来一些卫生和安全问题。因而在对卫生、感观和安全较有要求的城市,比如饭店、酒店、居民住宅等接受起来会有些困难。
液体蟑香无烟,加热后释放到空气中的杀虫药剂以蒸汽形式存在,对人体危害小,适合于密闭性较好的空间。另外,液体蟑香没有明火更加方便和安全。从药效释放来看,液体蟑香在使用期间和盘式蟑香一样能够以恒定的速度挥发药物,从而达到理想的杀虫效果,这一点又是电热蟑香片所不具备的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现在刚刚上市的盘式蟑香所具有的刺激性气味、燃烧后灰烬所造成的卫生问题等缺点,提供一种以拟除虫菊酯类等为有效杀虫成分的电热液体蟑香。
同时,本发明还提供所述电热液体蟑香的制备方法以及配套加热器的使用情况。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现。

本发明以拟除虫菊酯【pyrethroids】等为杀虫有效成分生产液体蟑香。这里电热液体蟑香包括加热器和电热蟑香药液,该药液由下述以重量份计的组分组成。

1.杀虫有效成分原药0.1%~50%:这里所说的杀虫有效成分以除虫菊酯、各种拟除虫菊酯[synthetic pyrethroids],包含但不限于如下一种或一种以上杀虫活性成分组合:天然除虫菊素[pyrethrins]、2,3,5,6-四氟苯基(1R)-反式-3-(2,2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸酯【2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzyl(1R)-trans-3-(2,2-dchlorovinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropane-carboxylate{transfluthrin}】、棘青霉素类化合物【Spisulosines】、三唑类化合物【triazole compounds】、四氢基-5-硝基-嘧啶类化合物【tetrahydro-5-nitro-pyrimidines】、呋喃基杀虫剂【furanylinsecticides】、哒嗪衍生物【Pyridazinone derivatives】、二烷氧基甲基吡虫啉衍生物【Dialkoxymethylimidazolidine derivatives】、卟啉类化合物【porphyric compounds】、芳基吡咯类化合物【arylpyrroles】、苯基三唑衍生物【phenyltriazole derivatives】、四氮戊基化合物【tetrazolyl compounds】、三卤咪唑类杀虫剂【Trihaloimidazole insecticide】、吡唑啉衍生物【pyrozoline derivatives】、氯氰菊酯(Cypermethrin)、二氯苯醚菊酯、高氰戊菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯(Beta cypermethrin)、炔丙菊酯(Prallethrin)、烯炔菊酯、炔戊菊酯(Empenthrin)、丙炔戊烯菊酯、溴氰菊酯(Decamethrin)、苯氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯(cyhalothrin)、联苯菊酯(bifenthrin)、(右旋)胺菊酯(d-tetramethrin)、右旋苯氰菊酯、氯菊酯(permethrin)、氰戊菊酯(fenvalerate)、灭蝇胺(Cyromazine)、富右旋反式烯丙菊酯[或称Es-生物丙烯除虫菊酯]、S-生物丙烯菊酯【S-bioallethrin,或称S-生物烯丙菊酯;赐百宁;生物烯丙菊酯;(S)-3-烯丙基-2-甲基-4-氧代环戊-2-烯基(1R,3R)-2,2-二甲基-3-(2-甲基丙-1-烯基)环丙烷羧酸酯;丙烯菊酯;富右旋反式丙烯菊酯;烯丙菊酯】、烯丙菊酯、富右旋反式炔丙菊酯、富右旋反式炔戊菊酯、氯烯炔菊酯【chlorempenthrin】、烃类拟除虫菊酯【丙烯(除虫)菊酯、增强丙烯(除虫)菊酯、Esbiol,etoc、右旋烯炔菊酯(empenthrin)】、酮类拟除虫菊酯、含氟拟除虫菊酯、含硅拟除虫菊酯、含锡拟除虫菊酯、含氘拟除虫菊酯、醚类拟除虫菊酯【右旋苯醚氰菊酯、苯醚菊酯(phenothrin)、右旋苯醚菊酯(d-phenothrin)、醚菊酯(MTI-500,多来宝,ethoproxyfen,etofenprox)】、炔咪菊酯(Imiprothrin)、肟醚类拟除虫菊酯、氟胺氰菊酯(fluvalinate)、埃母喷托林、邻氨基苯甲酰胺【Anthranilamide】、喹唑啉二酮类【quinazoline diones】、倍半萜【eremophilane】,倍半萜烯类杀虫剂【sesquiterpenes】、anthranilamide、Cyano anthranilamides、吡喃酮羧酸酯类杀虫剂【pyrone carboxylates】、一氮二烯伍圜类杀虫剂【insecticidalazoles】、芳基吡唑杀虫剂【pesticidal arylpyrazoles】、聚芳基吡唑杀虫剂【pestiicidalpolyarylpyrazoles】、含碘碳氢化合物类杀虫剂【Iodinated hydrocarbon pesticides】、二苯基恶唑类衍生物【diphenyl oxazolin derivatives】、肽类杀虫剂【pesticidal peptides】、1-甲基-2-硝基-3-[(3-四氢呋喃基)甲基]胍【1-methyl-2-nitro-3-[(3-tetrahydrofuryl)methyl]guanidine】,苯甲酰基脲类杀虫剂【Benzoylphenylurea insecticides】、3,4,5,6-四氢苯二(甲)酰亚氨基甲基菊酸盐【3,4,5,6-tetrahydrophthalimidomethyl chrysanthemate】。液体蟑香中拟除虫菊酯有效成分的含量为10mg~300mg,合计杀虫剂浓度为0.01%-30%(W/V)。
2.增效剂0%~30%:本发明所述的增效剂为MGK-264、MGK-5026、避虫醇【2-Hydroxyethyloctyl sulfide,MGK repellent R-874,2-(Octylthio)ethanol】、S-421、胡椒基丁醚(增效醚Piperonyl butoxide)、八氯二丙醚(Octachlorodipropyl ether)、增效胺(N-(2-Ethylhexyl)-5-norbornene-2,3-dicarboximide)、增效敏、增效环(piperonyl cyclonene)、DSH活性剂、Lethane384或增效酯(propylisome)中的一种或它们的混合物。
3.活动抑制剂:薄荷,冰片。
4.驱避剂:香茅油[citronella oil]、香茅醇、香叶醇[geraniol]、桉树油[eucalyptus oil]、薰衣草油[lavendar oil]、避蚊胺、薄荷油[pennyroyal oil]、【成份:香叶醇85%、香茅醇35%】、胡椒薄荷油[pepermint oil【对蚊子更有效】]、柠檬香草油[lemongrass oil]、雪松油[cedar oil]、避虫醇【2-Hydroxyethyl octyl sulfide,MGK repellentR-874,2-(Octylthio)ethanol】。
5.稳定剂0%~30%:稳定剂为BHT【2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚】、异丙基甲酚、对苯二酚、联苯二酚、二叔丁基苯酚类、3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚、2-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚、N,N’-二苯基对苯二胺、苯基-β-萘胺、烷基磷酸酯、甲撑二(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、甲撑二(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、2-叔丁基-6-(3-叔丁基-2-羟基-5-甲苄基)-4-甲苯基的丙烯酸酯、2,4-二叔丁基苯基的3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸酯或苯并三唑中的一种或它们的混合物。
6.挥散调整剂0%~30%:甲氧基苯基聚硅氧烷或癸基十四碳醇中的一种或它们的混合物。
7.溶剂:溶剂选自二醇甲醚、二甲基甲酰胺【DMF】、二甲基亚砜【DMSO】、乙醇、水、白油、脱臭煤油中的一种或它们的混合物。溶剂10%~97%。
8.颜色指示剂:叶绿素铜或同类物0%~1%。
9.香料:香料0%~1%。
10.将步骤1~7的各组份按重量比加入到具有搅拌装置且带夹套水浴加热的乳化锅中,加热到25~80摄氏度后以30~18000转/分的速度搅拌1~2000分钟,取样观察,溶液应色泽均匀无分层现象,此时取样检测有效成分含量,合格后经冷却【或不经过冷却过程,温度恒定在25~80摄氏度】过滤分装即得液体蟑香药液。
11.将混合均匀制成的液体蟑香药液以每瓶10ml~500ml的灌装量,灌装到瓶内,每瓶有效成分含量为1mg~300mg。
12.配以液体蟑香加热器。液体蟑香加热器采用与市售的液体蚊香加热器完全相同的产品结构与工作原理,它由液体蟑香药液、容器、药液吸提装置【芯棒】、加热装置【PCT陶瓷发热体】等部分组成。
13.这种液体蟑香与现有市售的160-165摄氏度的液体蟑香加热器相匹配。通电加热后,有效成分通过芯棒的毛细管缓慢挥发,即可在20m2左右房间,8-10h有效驱避和杀灭蟑螂,防止蟑螂对人体侵扰。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果
1.对本发明的产品进行检验,所检电热液体蟑香的外形尺寸、外观、感观、有效成分含量、热储稳定性等质量指标合格。详细结果合格见表1:

2.毒理:本发明液体蟑香经上海市疾病预防与控制中心化学品毒性检定所毒理学评价实验室对小鼠急性吸入毒性试验,试验结果见表2.

染毒环境条件:气温28摄氏度,气压758mmHg,气湿45%,标准染毒体积1立方米。
样品处理:用样品原液测试(电热蟑香药液)。
试验动物:昆明小鼠,20只,雄雌各半,体重19-22克,由上海斯莱克实验动物有限公司提供,生产许可证号:SCXK(沪)2007-0005.
试验方法:
(1)在1立方米染毒柜内,分别放入雌雄各10只小鼠,受试物放在染毒柜内电加热器上加热挥发,静式吸入2小时,样品消耗量为5000mg。2小时后将动物取出移入至观察室。
(2)观察染毒时动物的中毒症状和染毒后动物的体重变化(每周称重一次)一般情况,中毒表现及死亡情况,观察期为二周。
(3)对到期处死的动物解剖,肉眼观察动物病理改变。
检测和评价依据:GB15670-1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》《农药登记资料规定》2008.
实验结果表明,按中华人民共和国农业部2001年4月发布的《农药登记资料要求》,关于产品毒性分级及标志的五级分级标准,本发明的产品为微毒级。

表3表4的实验结果表明,本发明的产品符合GB/T17322-1998《农药登记卫生用杀虫剂室内药效评价》的有关规定,属A级产品。
4.本发明采用除虫菊素或拟除虫菊酯为原料,以可吸性材料作为载体,各组份精心调制而成。产品对多种卫生害虫有良好的防止效果,本产品对多种卫生害虫有良好的防治效果,具有高效广谱、强触杀、降解快、无残毒的特点。其生产和使用对人类和环境无污染,对人类(包括6岁以下儿童)无害,具有良好的市场开发前景。
具体实施方式
通过下面给出的实施例,可以进一步清楚的了解本发明。但它们不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
以每瓶液体蟑香41ml为例,可连续使用240小时,20平方米房间有效。以氯烯炔菊酯原药6.8%,八氯二丙醚25.8%,BHT0.1%,乙醇67.3%为电热蟑香药液组分。将以上各组份按比例称量加入到具有夹套水浴加热装置的搅拌锅内,加热到60摄氏度以后以每分钟80转的速度继续搅拌约1小时,取样观察,溶液应色泽均匀无沉降分层现象,此时取样检测有效成分含量,合格后经冷却过滤分装即得电热蟑香药液。将上述合格药液以每瓶41ml的量罐装到容器中。此产品在160-165摄氏度的液体蟑香加热器上加热,有效成分缓慢挥发,即可在20m2左右房间,240h有效驱避和杀灭蟑螂和蚊蝇,防止蟑螂和蚊蝇对人体侵扰。
实施例2
以富右旋反式炔戊菊酯8.0%,胡椒基丁醚22.5%,富右旋反式烯丙菊酯[或称生物丙烯除虫菊酯]4.7%,增效胺10%,BHT2.5%,香料0.16%,乙醇52.14%为电热蟑香药液加液组分按实施例1配制工艺制得电热蟑香药液。
Claims (10)
1.一种电热液体蟑香,由电热蟑香药液和加热器组成,其特征是,电热蟑香药液由杀虫活性组分、增效剂、蚊蝇驱避剂、挥散调整剂、稳定剂、活动抑制剂、溶剂中的一种或一种以上组分配制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫活性组分,它包含但不限于如下一种或一种以上杀虫活性成分组合:天然除虫菊素[pyrethrins]、2,3,5,6-四氟苯基(1R)-反式-3-(2,2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸酯【2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzyl(1R)-trans-3-(2,2-dichlorovinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropane-carboxylate{transfluthrin}】、棘青霉素类化合物【Spisulosines】、三唑类化合物【triazolecompounds】、四氢基-5-硝基-嘧啶类化合物【tetrahydro-5-nitro-pyrimidines】、呋喃基杀虫剂【furanyl insecticides】、哒嗪衍生物【Pyridazinone derivatives】、二烷氧基甲基吡虫啉衍生物【Dialkoxymethylimidazolidine derivatives】、卟啉类化合物【porphyriccompounds】、芳基吡咯类化合物【arylpyrroles】、苯基三唑衍生物【phenyltriazolederivatives】、四氮戊基化合物【tetrazolyl compounds】、三卤咪唑类杀虫剂【Trihaloimidazole insecticide】、吡唑啉衍生物【pyrozoline derivatives】、氯氰菊酯(Cypermethrin)、二氯苯醚菊酯、高氰戊菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯(Beta cypermethrin)、炔丙菊酯(Prallethrin)、烯炔菊酯、炔戊菊酯(Empenthrin)、丙炔戊烯菊酯、溴氰菊酯(Decamethrin)、苯氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯(cyhalothrin)、联苯菊酯(bifenthrin)、(右旋)胺菊酯(d-tetramethrin)、右旋苯氰菊酯、氯菊酯(permethrin)、氰戊菊酯(fenvalerate)、灭蝇胺(Cyromazine)、富右旋反式烯丙菊酯[或称Es-生物丙烯除虫菊酯]、S-生物丙烯菊酯【S-bioallethrin,或称S-生物烯丙菊酯;赐百宁;生物烯丙菊酯;(S)-3-烯丙基-2-甲基-4-氧代环戊-2-烯基(1R,3R)-2,2-二甲基-3-(2-甲基丙-1-烯基)环丙烷羧酸酯;丙烯菊酯;富右旋反式丙烯菊酯;烯丙菊酯】、烯丙菊酯、富右旋反式炔丙菊酯、富右旋反式炔戊菊酯、氯烯炔菊酯【chlorempenthrin】、烃类拟除虫菊酯【丙烯(除虫)菊酯、增强丙烯(除虫)菊酯、Esbiol,etoc、右旋烯炔菊酯(empenthrin)】、酮类拟除虫菊酯、含氟拟除虫菊酯、含硅拟除虫菊酯、含锡拟除虫菊酯、含氘拟除虫菊酯、醚类拟除虫菊酯【右旋苯醚氰菊酯、苯醚菊酯(phenothrin)、右旋苯醚菊酯(d-phenothrin)、醚菊酯(MTI-500,多来宝,ethoproxyfen,etofenprox)】、炔咪菊酯(Imiprothrin)、肟醚类拟除虫菊酯、氟胺氰菊酯(fluvalinate)、埃母喷托林、邻氨基苯甲酰胺【Anthranilamide】、喹唑啉二酮类【quinazoline diones】、倍半萜【eremophilane】,倍半萜烯类杀虫剂【sesquiterpenes】、anthranilamide、Cyanoanthranilamides、吡喃酮羧酸酯类杀虫剂【pyrone carboxylates】、一氮二烯伍圜类杀虫剂【insecticidal azoles】、芳基吡唑杀虫剂【pesticidal arylpyrazoles】、聚芳基吡唑杀虫剂【pesticidal polyarylpyrazoles】、含碘碳氢化合物类杀虫剂【Iodinatedhydrocarbon pesticides】、二苯基恶唑类衍生物【diphenyl oxazolin derivatives】、肽类杀虫剂【pesticidal peptiides】、1-甲基-2-硝基3-[(3-四氢呋喃基)甲基]胍【1-methyl-2-nitro-3-[(3-tetrahydrofuryl)methyl]guanidine】,苯甲酰基脲类杀虫剂【Benzoylphenylurea insecticides】、3,4,5,6-四氢苯二(甲)酰亚氨基甲基菊酸盐【3,4,5,6-tetrahydrophthalimidomethyl chrysanthemate】。液体蟑香中拟除虫菊酯有效成分的含量为10mg~300mg,合计杀虫剂浓度为0.01%-60%(W/V)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的增效剂,它包含但不限于如下一种或一种以上成分的组合:MGK-264、MGK-5026、避虫醇【2-Hydroxyethyl octyl sulfide,MGK repellentR-874,2-(Octylthio)ethanol】、S-421、胡椒基丁醚(增效醚Piperonyl butoxide)、八氯二丙醚(Octachlorodipropyl ether)、增效胺(N-(2-Ethylhexyl)-5-norbomene-2,3-dicarboximide)、增效敏、增效环(piperonyl cyclonene)、DSH活性剂、Lethane384或增效酯(propylisome)中的一种或它们的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驱避剂,包含但不限于如下一种或一种以上组分的组合:香茅油[citronella oil]、香茅醇、香叶醇[geraniol]、桉树油[eucalyptus oil]、薰衣草油[lavendar oil]、避蚊胺、薄荷油[pennyroyal oil]、【成份:香叶醇85%、香茅醇35%】、胡椒薄荷油[pepermint oil]、柠檬香草油[lemongrass oil]、雪松油[cedaroil]、避虫醇【2-Hydroxyethyl octyl sulfide,MGK repellentR-874,2-(Octylthio)ethanol】。
5.根据权利要求1所述的挥散调整剂,包含但不限于如下一种或一种以上组分的组合:甲氧基苯基聚硅氧烷、癸基十四碳醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的稳定剂,包含但不限于如下一种或一种以上组分的组合:BHT【2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚】、异丙基甲酚、对苯二酚、联苯二酚、二叔丁基苯酚类、3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚、2-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚、N,N’-二苯基对苯二胺、苯基-β-萘胺、烷基磷酸酯、甲撑二(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、甲撑二(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、2-叔丁基-6-(3-叔丁基-2-羟基-5-甲苄基)-4-甲苯基的丙烯酸酯、2,4-二叔丁基苯基的3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸酯或苯并三唑。
7.根据权利要求1所述的活动抑制剂,包含但不限于如下一种或一种以上组分的组合:薄荷,冰片。
8.根据权利要求1所述的溶剂,,包含但不限于如下一种或一种以上组分的组合:二醇甲醚、二甲基甲酰胺【DMF】、二甲基亚砜【DMSO】、乙醇、水、白油、脱臭煤油中的一种或它们的混合物。溶剂10%~97%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电热蟑香药液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取权利要求2至权利要求8所述的活性组分原药0.1%~50%,增效剂0%~30%,稳定剂0%~30%,挥散调整剂0%~30%,溶剂10%~97%,所有百分数为重量百分数,
(2)将步骤(1)各组份按照重量比加入到具有搅拌装置且带夹套水浴加热的乳化锅中,加热到25~80摄氏度后以30~18000转/分的速度搅拌1~2000分钟,取样观察,溶液应色泽均匀无分层现象,此时取样检测有效成分含量,合格后经冷却【或不经过冷却过程,温度恒定在25~80摄氏度】过滤分装即得电热蟑香药液,
(3)将混合均匀制成的电热蟑香药液以每瓶20ml~500ml的灌装量,经电热蚊香药液自动灌装机灌入容器内,装上芯棒,用瓶盖封口。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电热液体蟑香加热器与市售的电热蚊香液加热器相同。
