发明背景

虽然组织部位103是骨组织,但是如本文所使用的术语“组织部位”可以是指位于任何组织上或其内的创伤或缺损,包括但不限于骨组织、脂肪组织、肌肉组织、神经组织、皮组织、血管组织、结缔组织、软骨、腱或韧带。术语“组织部位”还可以是任何组织的不是必须为受到伤害或缺损的,而相反是期望增加或促进另外的组织,例如骨组织的生长的区域。例如,减压组织处理可被用于某些组织区域以生长另外的组织,可以获取该另外的组织并将其移植至另一组织位置。 
参照图1,减压处理系统100包括减压源109以及被定位在组织部位103处的歧管112。减压源109通过歧管112向组织部位103提供减压。歧管112可以包括用于向组织部位103施用减压以及从组织部位103除去流体或向组织部位103供应流体的通路(在图1中未图示)。通路可以从歧管112的远端113延伸至近端114。歧管112通过传送导管115接收来自减压源109的减压,传送导管115与歧管112流体连通并且在处理期间将减压传送至歧管112。歧管112可以包括至少一个孔,例如孔118,并且可以将减压通过孔118传送至组织部位103。

更特别地参照图4,传送导管215在功能上类似于图1中的传送导管115,传送导管215可以将减压或流体传送至歧管212。在一个实施方案中,传送导管215可以包括两个或更多个管腔,例如管腔293和294。在一个实施例中,管腔293向歧管212传送减压,并且管腔294向歧管212传送流体。传送导管215被流体耦合于歧管212。 
参照图5-8,以分解视图示出了与图1中的歧管112相似的歧管512以及与图2-4中的端帽291相似的端帽591。与端帽591耦合的套筒为了清楚的目的在图5中未被图示。端帽591包括在端帽591的面向套筒的侧596上的固定壁595。在一个实施方案中,固定壁595接收歧管512的远端578,使得固定壁595至少部分地围绕歧管512的远端578并且可以形 成过盈配合。可选择地,歧管的远端578可以接收和围绕固定壁595并且可以形成过盈配合。固定壁595可以在歧管512被插入套筒521中时使歧管512和套筒521稳定、固定歧管512和套筒521或防止歧管512和套筒521的相对运动,例如横向的或纵向的运动。在固定壁595周围的空间502可以是中空的或实心的。端帽591可以是如所示的圆顶形状,或可以是圆柱形的,或可以呈任何其他形状。 
在一个实施方案中,固定壁595可以包括至少一个凹槽,例如凹槽597,并且歧管512可以包括在歧管512的远端578处或附近的至少一个突出部,例如突出部598。突出部598从歧管512径向延伸。当远端578被插入固定壁595中时,凹槽597可滑动地接收突出部598。通过将突出部598插入凹槽597中,歧管512被实质上防止相对于歧管512作旋转运动。当凹槽597可滑动地接收突出部598时,歧管被定位成使得孔518可以面向套筒中的开口(未示出)。通过将突出部598移动入凹槽597的锁定部分599中,可以阻碍或防止歧管512移动出套筒。在另一个实施方案中,凹槽597不包括锁定部分599。 
套筒和歧管的例证性的实施方案可以用于向一个或多个组织部位以及位于患者体内的多个位置处的组织部位提供减压处理。例如,图1中的系统100被示出为被施用于为骨的组织部位103。在图9中图示的另一个例证性的实施方案中,减压处理系统600能够向腹部组织部位603提供减压。 
系统600类似于系统100,并且与图1中的那些部分相似的部分已经通过将参考数字增加500被示出。组织部位603在腹腔内并且具体地在患者624的结肠旁沟(paracolic gutter)607内。歧管612被插入套筒621中。套筒621具有远端625和近端627。套筒621的近端627具有开口630,歧管612可以被插入开口630中。在本实施方案中,本身没有组织缺损,并且歧管612暴露于沿解剖面或区域的多重组织和组织部位,组织和组织部位在这种情况下是腹部结肠旁沟607。应当注意,系统600被示出为被施用于一个结肠旁沟607,但是可以被双向施用以向患者624的另一侧上的结肠旁沟611提供减压处理。 
套筒621被通过患者腹部中的开口插入并且被定位在结肠旁沟607中。歧管612被插入套筒621中。歧管612被定位为使孔618紧邻开口636并且紧邻组织部位603。歧管612的近端690被耦合于传送导管615。传送导管615提供来自减压源609的减压,以从组织部位603除去流体(例如腹水或渗出液),然后流体被收集在容器645内。传送导管615还可以提供来自流体源642的流体。歧管612的近端690可以包括可视指示物691以帮助护理提供者计量歧管612已经被插入套筒621中的程度。近端690还可以具有用于避免歧管612过度插入到套筒621中的凸缘或其他装置。 
系统600可以用于在创伤部位603处提供减压处理或仅用于从腹腔除去流体,例如腹水。多种其他的组织部位也是可能的。 
从前述内容应当很明显看出,已经提供了具有显著优点的本发明。虽然本发明仅以其少许形式被示出,但是本发明不仅被限于此,而是易于具有各种变化和修改而不偏离其精神。 

Claims (23)

1.一种用于将减压施加于皮下组织部位的装置,所述装置包括:
歧管,其具有远端和近端;
套筒,其具有远端和近端,所述套筒的尺寸和形状被制成放置在所述皮下组织部位处,所述套筒具有用于接收所述歧管的内部部分,所述套筒形成有开口,所述开口可操作来将减压从所述歧管转移至所述皮下组织部位;
凸缘,其沿所述歧管布置;
端帽,其耦合于所述套筒的远端;并且
其中所述歧管的所述远端的尺寸和形状被制成插入所述套筒的所述内部部分中,其中所述歧管被形成有在所述凸缘和所述歧管的所述近端之间的至少一个孔,并且其中所述歧管可操作来通过所述至少一个孔将减压传送至所述皮下组织部位。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中在所述套筒上形成的所述开口位于所述套筒的侧壁上,并且其中所述开口沿所述套筒的长度延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其中所述开口设置成紧邻所述套筒的所述远端处。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述套筒比所述歧管宽。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述套筒和所述歧管具有相同的横截面形状。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述凸缘至少部分地围绕所述歧管,所述凸缘的外边缘适合于至少部分地邻接所述套筒的所述内部部分。
7.如权利要求6所述的装置,其中所述凸缘的所述外边缘沿所述套筒的内表面是可滑动的。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其中所述凸缘可操作来在所述歧管被从所述套筒除去时将物质朝向所述套筒的近端运动。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其中所述物质是身体物质。
10.如权利要求6所述的装置,其中所述凸缘包括至少一个孔洞。
11.如权利要求6所述的装置,其中所述凸缘比所述开口宽。
12.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述端帽具有圆顶形状。
13.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述端帽包括在所述端帽的面向套筒的侧上的固定壁,并且其中所述固定壁适合于接收所述歧管的所述远端,使得所述固定壁至少部分地围绕所述歧管的所述远端。
14.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述歧管还包括在所述歧管的所述远端上的至少一个突出部,其中所述至少一个突出部从所述歧管径向延伸,并且其中所述固定壁包括可滑动地接收所述至少一个突出部的至少一个凹槽。

17.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述套筒是柔性的套筒。

19.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述歧管包括用于传送减压的流体通路,并且其中所述通路从所述歧管的远端延伸至近端。
20.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述歧管具有纵向长度L1,所述套筒具有纵向长度L2,并且其中L1>L2。
21.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述歧管具有纵向长度L1,所述套筒具有纵向长度L2,从所述组织部位至患者外部的位置的距离是L3,并且其中L1>L2>L3。
22.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述套筒包括多个开口。
23.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述套筒具有实质上圆柱形的形状。
