Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1前序部分的分配组件,所述分配组件包括:具有至少一个储存容器的筒,所述储存容器具有放置于其内的袋;分配装置,所述分配装置能够连接于所述筒;以及打开装置,所述打开装置对所述袋起作用。
背景技术
由例如DE 19618693、EP 1 112 779或WO 0061457已知这种分配组件。这些以及其它带袋的分配组件具有的共同之处在于:打开或切割部件基本上沿筒的纵向方向在筒内的袋的前沿起作用,并且被刚性地布置。
尤其是在多筒中,这种打开过程具有下列缺点:
由于打开机构与筒的出口直径相互关联,因此限制袋的打开。
由于到达两种成分混合的点的路径仅能通过通向混合器入口的长通路实现,因此造成材料的较大体积损失。
在材料具有高度粘性的情况下,由于两种成分不能在最短并直接的路径上从袋引导到混合器内,因此压降很高。
沿袋的纵向轴线的前沿的刺穿承担着下述风险,即,袋以不确定方式被撕破而不是通过几何学上限定的打开过程打开。
此外,在现有技术的装置中,袋的部分可能会无意中被撕裂并可能以不受控制的方式分配物质。
发明内容
在该现有技术的背景下,本发明的目的是提供前述类型的分配组件,所述分配组件允许袋受控制的打开以及清洁分配,同时将压力损失以及流出材料的体积损失保持得尽可能低。通过根据权利要求1的分配组件实现该目的。在从属权利要求中描述了本发明进一步的优点和实施方式。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的分配组件1,所述分配组件1具有:包括两个储存容器3和4的双筒2以及分配装置,在该情形中,该分配装置是连接于筒2的混合器5。混合器壳体6具有两个致动翼7。
在图2中,可以看到,相应的袋8和9放置在筒的储存容器3和4中,不同的材料8a和9a可以容纳在相应的袋8和9中。在与出口相对的端部处,筒通过相应的活塞10与后部隔绝。
混合器壳体6保持混合元件11。具有导向销12A的驱动构件12以及布置在所述驱动构件12上的切割构件13连接于混合元件11,在当前情形中,所述切割构件13包括两个刀刃20,所述两个刀刃20分别相对于混合器的纵向轴线被布置和定向为基本平行于驱动构件12且与驱动构件12有距离,并且设置有锋利边缘14。
切割构件可以由与混合元件相同的材料或金属材料或其它材料构成。代替两个刀刃,可使用布置为基本平行于纵向轴线的单个刀刃,在该情况下,所述单个刀刃能够转动360°。在实施方式变型中,刀刃可以被布置并且定向为相对于纵向轴线成角度。
在图中更加显而易见,混合器可转动并且密封地装配于筒,所述筒具有出口凸缘15,所述出口凸缘15具有周向凹槽16,在混合器壳体的入口侧端的卷边17接合于所述周向凹槽16内。设置在混合器壳体上的致动翼7便于壳体以及连接于其的切割构件的转动。代替周向凹槽,筒可以设有相应的紧固装置,用于混合器的可转动的附连。
在切割构件具有两个刀刃的情况下,有利地提供止动件,目的在于一旦袋已经被切割打开刀片应当不再致动时,防止刀片可被转动超过180°。在图1中,示出了筒上的止动凸轮18,但可设置很多其它的止动装置。可替代地,代替止动装置,可提供不可释放的卡扣布置,使得切割构件在已经打开袋之后不能往回翻转。
在图3和4、图5和6中分别示意出切割操作的起始位置以及中间位置。
在图7和图8中,示意出在切割袋打开之前和之后以及在分配的开始时的分配组件。双筒可被放置于分配器具中,该分配器具在现有技术中本身已知并且其双柱塞对活塞10起作用。图8中尤其明显,流出物质已经挤压袋8和9的两个突出部21和22,所述两个突出部21和22在切割操作中朝向中心,即,靠着导向销12A形成,从而产生袋的明确限定的开口,使得所述物质可以到达混合器入口并且由此到达混合元件。在该布置中,通往混合元件的路径是径直的并且因此压力损失以及体积损失最小。由于袋的切割打开壁被推离中心,因此不存在袋的磨损部分可能被撕裂的风险。
与上文公开的示例性实施方式不同,还能够布置下述的切割构件:所述构件具有位于三个筒之间的三个刀刃,相应的袋位于三个储存容器中。通过带有刀刃的混合器壳体转动120°,三个袋能被同时打开。在该布置中也可使用具有360°转动的单个刀刃,从而基本同时实现打开操作。
代替在相对应的筒中的三个或更多个储存容器,还可以提供带有单个袋的单个储存容器,所述单个袋通过相对应地成形但是类似起作用的切割构件打开。
而且,切割构件不必须连接于混合元件;在混合器和另一种分配装置中,切割构件可连接于环,所述环布置在分配装置上并且相对于筒能够转动。如果在筒与分配装置之间使用卡口式联接,则尤其是这种情况。
代替混合器,连接于筒的分配装置可由带有喷头、适配器或分配管的喷射装置、布置于其联接部分中的能够转动的切割构件组成。可替代地,带有扭转装置的可转动切割构件可被设计为附加的功能单元。
Claims (12)
1.一种分配组件,所述分配组件包括:具有两个或更多个储存容器的筒,所述储存容器具有放置在所述两个或更多个储存容器中的每一个储存容器内的袋;分配装置,所述分配装置能够连接于所述筒;以及打开装置,所述打开装置对所述袋起作用,其特征在于,所述打开装置(13)包括切割构件(13),所述切割构件(13)能够相对于所述筒(2)围绕所述筒(2)的纵向轴线转动以打开容纳在所述筒的所述两个或更多个储存容器中的每一个所述袋,并且所述切割构件(13)具有一个或多个刀刃(20),所述一个或多个刀刃(20)被布置为与所述筒的纵向轴线间隔开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述切割构件(13)的所述刀刃(20)基本平行于所述筒(2)的所述纵向轴线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述切割构件(13)的所述刀刃(20)与所述筒(2)的纵向轴线成角度地布置。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述切割构件(13)连接于所述分配装置的壳体,并且能够通过所述壳体的转动而致动。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述分配装置是混合器(5),所述切割构件连接于混合元件(11),所述混合元件(11)在混合器壳体(6)中卡扣定位。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述切割构件连接于能够转动地布置的环。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述筒是双筒(2),所述分配装置是混合器(5),所述切割构件具有一个或两个刀刃(20)。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述筒是三个筒,所述分配装置是混合器,所述切割构件具有一个或多个刀刃(20)。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述分配装置以能够转动并且轴向固定的方式布置在所述筒上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述分配装置(5)的入口端具有卷边(17),所述卷边(17)卡扣定位在所述筒(2,21)的出口凸缘(15)中的周向凹槽(16)内。
11.根据权利要求5所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述混合器壳体(6)或扭转环具有致动翼(7)。
12.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述筒(2)具有止动装置(18)和/或保持装置,以便限制和/或固定所述切割构件的转动的角度。
