Abstract

用于焊接轨道钢轨的焊接单元
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于焊接轨道钢轨的焊接单元,其具有第一和第二单元体,每个单元体与夹紧驱动器连接,并且第一和第二单元体借助于位移气缸能够沿着平行于钢轨延伸的导向件彼此相对移动。
背景技术
人们已从例如US3349216、GB2185703A的众多公开文献的各种实施方式中知道了这种用于所谓移动闪光对焊的焊接单元。
另一种焊接单元可从EP0132227B1获知,其中两个单元体通过肘节杆相互连接。位移气缸与一横梁连接,用于抓牢钢轨的夹紧驱动器设置在该横梁上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供开篇所述那种类型的焊接单元,其能够对钢轨传输特别大的沿钢轨的纵向朝向的牵引力(pulling forces),并且结构设计得很简单。
根据本发明,利用具有权利要求1的特征部分所限定特征的特定种类的焊接单元来实现上述目的。
通过以这样的方式定位位移气缸,该焊接单元能够以最小的结构高度形成。这使得能够实现在有轨车辆上的悬臂式悬挂而不会妨碍由UIC(国际铁路联盟)规定的轨道的观察。而且,利用这样的实施方式,可以通过使活塞杆从位移气缸突伸出而将钢轨拉得更近。因此,活塞表面没有因活塞杆减少,并且活塞表面可全部供压力形成用。另外,位移气缸能够具有相对小的直径,同时还能保持大的牵引力。这导致如下的优势:仅需要从轨枕上稍微提升起待焊接的钢轨端部,从而有利于对齐钢轨端部。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,焊接单元1包括两个单元体4,这两个单元体能够在位移气缸2的辅助下沿着导向件3彼此朝向移动。两个单元体4分别与两个夹紧驱动器5连接,夹爪6借助于夹紧驱动器5而对彼此将被焊接的钢轨7施加压力。
拉杆8平行于导向件3延伸,其第一端9紧固到第一单元体4,并且拉杆8被引导穿过第二单元体4,其中,相应的第二端10定位成伸出第二单元体4的垂直于导向件3延伸的外部表面11。
两个拉杆8的第二端10连接至横梁12。每个位移气缸2一方面要紧固到第二单元体4的所述外部表面11,而另一方面要紧固到横梁12。
更具体地如图3所示,拉杆8、位移气缸2和夹紧驱动器5的纵向轴线13、14和15位于公共平面16上。该公共平面16处于钢轨7的中性轴线上。
如图4所示,垂直于拉杆8的纵向轴线13延伸的夹紧驱动器5均在活塞杆18的区域配备有用于拉杆8通过的开口19。导向件3的第一端20连接至第一单元体4,而在第二端21则分别借助于一个铰接连接装置22连接至横梁12。
用于去除焊缝的剪切装置23设置于两个单元体4之间。用于提升钢轨7的提升装置24紧固于两个单元体4各自的外部表面11。
在焊接工序的准备工作中,利用提升装置24将卧在下面的两个钢轨7从轨枕25上提起(见图4)并且压在止动棒26上。随后,致动夹紧装置5,用350吨的夹紧力将夹爪6压在钢轨7的轨腰上。另外,将电极(未示出)压在钢轨7上。
为了起动焊接工序,利用位移驱动器2的致动,以直至150吨的牵引力沿方向27朝第二钢轨7移动第二单元体4以及被抓牢的钢轨7。一旦两个钢轨的端部的间隔达到焊接要求,就开始提供电流。
如果环境温度高于中和轨温(neutral temperature),那么在需要时,也可以利用两个位移驱动器2的相应致动而沿与所示方向相反的方向28移动钢轨7。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于焊接轨道钢轨(7)的焊接单元,具有分别与夹紧驱动器(5)连接的第一和第二单元体(4),该夹紧驱动器具有活塞杆(18),该第一单元体和第二单元体能够借助于位移气缸(2)沿着平行于所述钢轨(7)延伸的导向件(3)彼此相对移动,所述焊接单元还具有与所述导向件(3)和所述位移气缸(2)相连的横梁(12),其特征在于:
平行于所述导向件(3)延伸并与所述横梁(12)连接的拉杆(8)的纵向轴线(13)以及所述位移气缸(2)的纵向轴线(14)和所述夹紧驱动器(5)的纵向轴线(15)位于一个公共平面(16)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的焊接单元,其特征在于:所述公共平面(16)位于待焊接的钢轨(7)的中性轴线(17)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的焊接单元,其特征在于:配置在每个单元体(4)上的夹紧驱动器(5)的纵向轴线(15)位于所述公共平面(16)上,并且位于垂直于所述拉杆(8)的纵向轴线(13)延伸的位置,而所述夹紧驱动器(5)的活塞杆(18)具有供所述拉杆(8)穿过用的开口(19)。
4.如权利要求1所述的焊接单元,其特征在于:每个所述导向件(3)借助于铰接连接装置(22)连接至横梁(12)。
