Description
发胶是毛发定型产品的一类,其用于暂时改变毛发造型和使毛发稳定。
传统的发胶是透明的,并且具有特殊的流变特性,其特征在于高的静止粘度、流动极限和剪切稀释性(Scherverduennung)(结构粘度)。所述流变特性使得产品不能独自从管中流出(流动极限),在释放后成为稳定凝胶(高静止粘度)而且可以适宜地分布(剪切稀释)。
通常利用基于交联聚丙烯酸(卡波姆,例如Noveon的980)的增稠剂实现所述流变特性,替代的增稠剂的例子是纤维素衍生物、淀粉衍生物或瓜尔胶衍生物以及疏水改性的聚丙烯酸盐(酯),但是它们导致另外的流变性质和/或感官性质。
交联聚丙烯酸的重要缺点是与电解质不相容,这导致增稠剂的网络结构遭到破坏。
由于这种原因,卡波姆与离子成膜剂不能形成澄清的、高粘度的凝胶,因此必须采用非离子的、通常基于乙烯基吡咯烷酮和醋酸乙烯酯的成膜剂。
由于以下两个问题,上述体系并非最佳:一个问题是由于在毛发上形成的薄膜非常脆,因此在轻微的机械负荷下就已经明显丧失发型的固定性,另一个问题是由于VP/VA共聚物是吸湿的,也就是说所述薄膜在升高的空气湿度下将快速变软并且因此发型丧失固定性。
离子型成膜剂,特别是阴离子型成膜剂没有这些缺点。因此研究发胶的目的是寻找具有期望的流变性和感官性质的体系,但是其中既要利用阴离子成膜剂来配制,并且还必须包含替代的增稠剂。
由于纤维素衍生物、淀粉衍生物或瓜尔胶衍生物在典型的凝胶配方中具有不利的感官性质,因此优选使用疏水改性的丙烯酸盐(酯)共聚物(HASE增稠剂;疏水改性的碱膨润乳剂)。
市场上可以见到下列类型的增稠剂,例如22(丙烯酸盐(酯)类/硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物)、28(丙烯酸盐(酯)类/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物)、Structure(丙烯酸盐(酯)类/硬脂醇聚醚-20衣康酸酯共聚物)、Structure(丙烯酸盐(酯)类/鲸蜡醇聚醚-20衣康酸酯共聚物)、Structure(丙烯酸盐(酯)类/氨基丙烯酸酯C10-30烷基PEG-20衣康酸酯共聚物)、1342、1382,Ultrez 20、Ultrez 21(丙烯酸盐(酯)类/丙烯酸C10-30烷基酯交联聚合物)或Synthalen W(丙烯酸盐(酯)类/棕榈醇聚醚-25丙烯酸酯共聚物)。
所述增稠剂通常由于只是不太突出的流动极限而导致具有不利流变性质的凝胶,因为其在没有压力时也会从管中流出。
另外,在分布到手和/或毛发上时,具有表面活性的疏水侧链会使凝胶起泡。
为了避免起泡,必须使用消泡剂,例如聚硅氧烷共聚醇或聚亚烷基和其衍生物。为能有效对抗起泡而必须添加大量的所述消泡剂,从而使得其会对膜性质,特别是对固定效率产生不利影响。

发明内容
令人惊奇的是,现有技术中描述的问题可以通过一种化妆用制剂解决,所述制剂包含:a)至少一种阴离子成膜聚合物,b)至少一种疏水改性的丙烯酸酯(盐)增稠剂和c)至少一种由至少一个聚乙二醇嵌段和至少一个聚丙二醇嵌段构成的嵌段聚合物,以及d)任选的聚硅氧烷共聚醇。特别适合的是88(疏水改性的交联聚丙烯酸酯(盐)增稠剂)与180(一种由至少三种单体无规构建的线性阴离子聚丙烯酸酯(盐)共聚物),以及少量的L81的组合。如果所述配方中再添加少量的聚硅氧烷共聚醇,将是特别有利的。
得到的产物是一种具有卓越的持久保持力的毛发定型凝胶,其显示出良好的流变和感官性能并且在手中和毛发上分布时基本上不起泡。因此,在优选的方案中,阴离子成膜聚合物选自含有(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯和任选的其它单体的线型无规丙烯酸酯(盐)共聚物。另外,所述成膜聚合物的使用浓度优选在0.5%和5%之间。另外,在优选的方案中,所述疏水改性的丙烯酸酯(盐)增稠剂还是交联的。另外,在优选的方案中,所述疏水改性的丙烯酸酯(盐)增稠剂的使用浓度在0.5%和3%之间。另外,在优选的方案中,所述嵌段聚合物是三嵌段共聚物。另外,在特别优选的方案中,所述三嵌段共聚物是聚丙二醇-聚乙二醇-聚丙二醇共聚物。更特别优选的是,所述三嵌段共聚物的使用浓度在0.01%和0.5%之间。因此,本发明包括上述制剂用于毛发处理的用途,以及特别用于毛发造型的用途。
发明的具体实施方式
对本发明有利的是,根据本发明的制剂以澄清的凝胶形式存在,其特征是粘度在5000和50000mPa.s之间。
另外有利的是,所述凝胶不含羟基烷烃,特别是乙醇。
根据本发明的制剂可包含化妆用助剂,例如防腐剂、抗氧化剂、抗菌剂、香料、乳化剂、表面活性剂、色素、颜料、颗粒、气泡其它流变性或感受性改性的聚合物、季铵化合物和聚合物、醇、多元醇、多羟基化合物、稳定剂、聚硅氧烷、聚硅氧烷共聚醇或其它聚硅氧烷衍生物、络合剂、UV过滤剂、有机溶剂和推动剂。可用的添加剂并不限于本文所列举的那些。
实施例
使用下列方法测试披露的配方:
流动极限:
板/板式流变计25mm,1mm狭缝,25℃,在40Pa/分钟的条件下0至400Pa

循环的3点弯曲试验。用1g产品处理发束(20cm,重量为2g)并且在25℃和55%相对湿度下调理至少12小时。

泡沫:

Claims (10)
1.一种化妆用制剂,其包含
a)至少一种阴离子成膜聚合物,
b)至少一种疏水改性的丙烯酸酯(盐)增稠剂,和
c)至少一种由至少一个聚乙二醇嵌段和至少一个聚丙二醇嵌段构成的嵌段聚合物,以及
d)任选的聚硅氧烷共聚醇。
2.根据权利要求1的化妆用制剂,其中所述阴离子成膜聚合物选自线型无规丙烯酸酯(盐)共聚物,其包含(甲基-)丙烯酸、(甲基-)丙烯酸烷基酯和任选的其它单体。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项的化妆用制剂,其中所述成膜聚合物的使用浓度在0.5%和5%之间。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项的化妆用制剂,其中所述疏水改性的丙烯酸酯(盐)增稠剂还是交联的。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项的化妆用制剂,其中所述疏水改性的丙烯酸酯(盐)增稠剂的使用浓度在0.5%和3%之间。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项的化妆用制剂,其中所述嵌段聚合物是三嵌段共聚物。
7。根据权利要求6的化妆用制剂,其中所述三嵌段共聚物是聚丙二醇-聚乙二醇-聚丙二醇共聚物。
8.根据权利要求6或7的化妆用制剂,其中所述三嵌段共聚物的使用浓度在0.01%和0.5%之间。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂用于毛发处理的用途。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂用于毛发造型的用途。
