Abstract
本发明涉及一种传动结构,包括驱动盘和旋转轴,所述驱动盘开设有一装配孔,所述装配孔包括至少三个相互连通的分支,所述旋转轴设有齿部,所述齿部包括至少三个齿,分别与所述装配孔的分支相匹配,从而使得所述旋转轴可随驱动盘同步旋转。本发明的传动结构,旋转轴的齿部受力均匀,可承受较大扭矩且传动平稳。本发明还提供一种使用此传动机构的马达组件。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种马达组件的传动结构。
背景技术
一般地,汽车窗户调节器包括马达、用于驱动窗户玻璃上下运动的升降机构、及用于将马达的旋转输出传送至升降机构的传动结构。传统的传动结构通常采用一驱动盘配合一旋转轴,所述驱动盘通过一齿轮箱与马达的输出轴相连,旋转轴通过另一齿轮箱与升降机构相连。工作时,驱动盘被驱动旋转并带动旋转轴旋转,从而驱动升降机构运动而开启或关闭车窗。
传统的驱动盘与旋转轴的配合通常采用驱动盘上开设腰型孔,旋转轴的配合端为圆柱形且两侧被切成扁平状结构,旋转轴的带扁平结构的圆柱形配合端插入驱动盘的腰型孔内,从而使得驱动盘旋转时可带动旋转轴一起旋转。然而,此种配合结构,由于旋转轴的配合端为扁平结构,其两边受力时方向刚好相反,对相配合的零件造成冲击,从而产生震动,形成噪声。
因此,有必要设计一种运动平稳的传动结构。
发明内容
本发明解决现有的技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种传动结构,包括驱动盘和旋转轴,所述驱动盘开设有一装配孔,所述装配孔包括至少三个相互连通的分支,所述旋转轴设有齿部,所述齿部包括至少三个齿,分别与所述装配孔的分支相匹配,从而使得所述旋转轴可随驱动盘同步旋转。
本发明还提供一种马达组件,包括马达、传动机构,及连接于所述马达与传动机构之间的齿轮箱,所述传动机构包括驱动盘受所述齿轮箱驱动,及旋转轴,所述驱动盘开设有一装配孔,所述装配孔包括至少三个相互连通的分支,所述旋转轴设有齿部,所述齿部包括至少三个齿,分别与所述装配孔的分支相匹配,从而使得所述旋转轴可随驱动盘同步旋转。
本发明所举实施例具有的有益效果是:旋转轴的齿部受力均匀,可承受较大扭矩且传动平稳。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
请参阅图1及图2,依本发明一实施例的马达组件包括一马达10,传动机构,连接于马达与传动机构之间的齿轮箱。所述齿轮箱包括装设于马达10输出轴上并可随其一起旋转的蜗杆20,与蜗杆20啮合的齿轮30,及装设于齿轮30内并可随其一起旋转的阻尼圈(damper)40。所述传动机构包括驱动盘50及旋转轴60。
所述齿轮30为圆柱状,包括外圈和内圈,外圈与内圈之间连接有若干肋部32,外圈的外周设有与蜗杆20啮合的多数个齿。所述阻尼圈40由橡胶材料制成,其中央开设有通孔,沿径向开设有若干与齿轮30的肋部32配合的第一槽41,及第二槽42。所述驱动盘50受装设于齿轮30内的阻尼圈40驱动,所述旋转轴60依次穿过齿轮30的内圈与驱动盘50的装配孔54a,卡环70固定于旋转轴60的末端用于限制旋转轴60的轴向运动。
马达工作时,其输出轴带动蜗杆20旋转,相应地,蜗杆20驱动齿轮30旋转,装设于齿轮30内的阻尼圈40随齿轮30同步旋转并驱动驱动盘50旋转,驱动盘50驱动旋转轴60旋转。
请一并参阅3,所述驱动盘50可由工程塑料一体制成,其包括一圆盘形本体52、一联接部54形成于本体52的中央部位、若干V字形的制动部56凸设于本体52的一侧,及若干加强筋58(见图2)凸设于本体52的另一侧。所述联接部54沿驱动盘50轴向从本体52两侧的中央部位分别延伸而成,从而使得联接部的厚度大于本体的厚度。所述联接部54的中央开设有Y形装配孔54a,即所述装配孔54a由相互连通的三分支部分組成;所述联接部54还开设有若干减震孔54b,在本实施例中,所述减震孔54b为盲孔,个数为三个,沿驱动盘50径向分别位于装配孔54a的三分支部分连接处的外侧。在本实施例中,所述制动部56的个数为三个,沿本体52周向均匀分布于本体52的一侧,制动部56的中心线沿本体52的径向设置,所述制动部56用于与阻尼圈40的第二槽42配合,从而使得所述驱动盘50可随齿轮30旋转。
请一并参阅图4,所述旋转轴60的中间段为圆柱形,从中间段一端延伸形成有齿部62,中间段另一端装设有小齿轮64。所述齿部62包括三个沿径向延伸的齿,齿的形状及尺寸与驱动盘50的Y形装配孔相匹配。所述小齿轮64可驱动汽车窗户等的升降机构上下运动从而开启或关闭汽车窗户。在本实施例中,所述旋转轴60由低合金钢粉末冶金制成,其精度可由模具得到较好的保证。当然,所述旋转轴60也可以由其他材料制成。
请一并参阅图5及图6,所述旋转轴60的Y形齿部62收容于驱动盘50的Y形装配孔54a内。工作時,马达10的输出轴通过齿轮箱驱动驱动盘50旋转,驱动盘50的联接部54通过驱动旋转轴的齿部62从而驱动旋转轴60旋转,旋转轴60上的小齿轮64可驱动汽车窗户等的升降机构上下运动从而开启或关闭汽车窗户。
在上述实施例中,由于旋转轴60的齿部62包括三个齿分别插入驱动盘50的Y形装配孔52的三个分支部分中。因此,当驱动盘50驱动旋转轴60旋转时,旋转轴60的齿部62将同时受到来自三方向的均匀推力,如图6A与6B中的箭头A、B、C所示,所述三方向的力构成一等边三角形,可驱动旋转轴60顺时针或逆时针方向旋转。在上述实施例的结构中,旋转轴60的受力较均匀,因而在驱动汽车窗户的升降机构上下运动从而开启或关闭汽车窗户时产生的噪音小;由于旋转轴60齿部62的所有齿皆与装配孔54a的周边接触,且所述联接部54的厚度大于驱动盘50本体的厚度,从而可大大增加驱动盘50与旋转轴60间的接触面积,从而使得所述齿部62可承受较大的扭矩。而且,所述驱动盘50由工程塑料制成,其能较好地吸收或减低冲击和震动,且同时具有较好的强度和抗冲击能力。
可以理解地,上述实施例中,旋转轴60的齿部的齿数并不限于三个,可以为三个以上,如四个,五个等等。

Claims (8)
1.一种传动结构,包括驱动盘和旋转轴,其特征在于:所述驱动盘开设有一装配孔,所述装配孔呈Y形并且包括三个相互连通的分支,所述旋转轴设有齿部,所述齿部呈Y形并且包括三个齿,分别与所述装配孔的分支相匹配,从而使得所述旋转轴可随驱动盘同步旋转;所述驱动盘包括本体及设于本体上的联接部,所述联接部沿本体轴向超出本体的一侧或两侧,所述装配孔开设于所述联接部上;所述联接部上还开设有若干个减震孔,分别位于所述装配孔的分支连接处的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动结构,其特征在于:所述驱动盘还包括设于本体一侧的若干个制动部,用于与一驱动机构配合从而受其驱动,所述旋转轴的另一端装设有小齿轮,用于与一从动机构配合从而驱动其运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的传动结构,其特征在于:所述驱动盘还包括设于本体另一侧的若干个加强筋。
4.根据权利要求1所述的传动结构,其特征在于:所述驱动盘由工程塑料制成。
5.一种马达组件,包括马达、传动机构,及连接于所述马达与传动机构之间的齿轮箱,所述传动机构包括驱动盘受所述齿轮箱驱动,及旋转轴,其特征在于:所述驱动盘开设有一装配孔,所述装配孔呈Y形并且包括三个相互连通的分支,所述旋转轴设有齿部,所述齿部呈Y形并且包括三个齿,分别与所述装配孔的分支相匹配,从而使得所述旋转轴可随驱动盘同步旋转;所述驱动盘包括本体及设于本体上的联接部,所述联接部沿本体轴向超出本体的一侧或两侧,所述装配孔开设于所述联接部上;所述联接部上还开设有若干个减震孔,分别位于所述装配孔的分支连接处的外侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的马达组件,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱包括固定至马达输出轴并可随之旋转的蜗杆、与蜗杆相啮合的齿轮,及安装于齿轮内可随齿轮旋转的阻尼圈,所述驱动盘受所述阻尼圈驱动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的马达组件,其特征在于:若干制动部凸设于本体一侧,所述阻尼圈开设有若干与所述制动部相配合的槽,所述装配孔开设于所述联接部上。
8.根据权利要求5所述的马达组件,其特征在于:所述旋转轴的另一端装设有小齿轮,用于与一从动机构配合从而驱动其运动。
