Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种线缆组件,尤其涉及一种具有印刷电路板的线缆组件。
【背景技术】
印刷电路板(PCB)被用来支撑电子元件并且通过位于绝缘底板上的铜薄片电性连接电子元件,又被称为印刷配线板(PWB),组装了电子元件的印刷电路板(PCB)被称为印刷电路组件(PCA),又被称为印刷电路板组件(PCBA)
PCB普遍应用于电连接器中尤其应用于线缆连接器组件中。公告在2007年5月29日的第7223915号美国专利揭示了一种线缆组件,其包括具有若干芯线的线缆,芯线分别电性连接位于PCB板后部的导电片,由两个独立部构成的外壳具有可收容PCB的空间,PCB的前部设有若干导电迹线形成对接面可与对接连接器对接,应力缓冲件成型于线缆末端,并且夹持于与外壳后边缘相连的固持件令线缆固定于PCB。
公告在2002年8月13日的美国专利第6431901号揭示了一种输入/输出(I/O)连接器,其包括顶盖、与顶盖配套的底盖、位于顶盖与底盖之间且收容若干端子的端子模块及焊接端子的水平的PCB,I/O连接器还包括部分固持于顶盖及底盖之间并且与线缆的前部相连的应力缓冲件,线缆电性连接PCB。
上述连接器的PCB只适合一个电连接器与另一个电连接器或线缆的连接,并且前面描述的I/O连接器复杂的制造过程造成了不必要的生产及成本的浪费,因此,有必要提供一种具有可连接不同的连接器或线缆的PCB且制造简便的线缆组件。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有可连接不同连接器或线缆的印刷电路板且制造简便的线缆组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种线缆组件,其包括外壳、连接部、线缆及印刷电路板,所述连接部包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体的若干端子,所述端子的尾部延伸出所述绝缘本体后表面,所述印刷电路板包括前部及相对的后部,前部设有若干导电迹线,后部设有若干导电片,所述端子的尾部焊接于前部上的导电迹线,所述后部的导电片至少分成两组可连接至少两种不同的线缆,所述外壳遮蔽连接部的后部及相应线缆的前部。
为了实现上述目的,本发明还可采用如下技术方案:一种线缆组件,其包括:具有前部及后部的印刷电路板、具有收容若干端子的绝缘本体的连接部,所述前部设有若干导电迹线,所述后部设有若干导电片,所述端子连接所述导电迹线,所述线缆组件还包括第二连接器及第三连接器,第二连接器及第三连接器可分别通过相应的线缆连接位于所述后部的相应导电片。
为了实现上述目的,本发明还可采用如下技术方案:一种线缆组件,其包括:于前部收容若干端子的绝缘本体、位于绝缘本体后面的印刷电路板、接地件、应力缓冲件及圆形线缆,所述印刷电路板的前部连接相应端子,印刷电路板的后部设有缺口,所述接地件位于缺口处且其设有与位于印刷电路板后部的接地片相连的腿部,线缆自所述缺口向后延伸,线缆包括若干自线缆一端向前延伸且向后连接印刷电路板上相应导电片的芯线。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下有益效果:线缆组件的印刷电路板可连接不同连接器或线缆,且制造简便,节省了生产成本。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图9、图10所示,本发明线缆组件包括可与第二连接器2000或第三连接器3000连接的第一连接器1000。在实施例中,第一连接器1000是SATA连接器,第二连接器2000是IEEE 1394连接器,第三连接器3000是USB连接器。
参考图1至图6所示,第一连接器1000包括收容若干端子10的连接部1、印刷电路板2、第一绝缘块3、线缆4、第二绝缘块7及外壳9。
连接部1包括沿纵长方向的绝缘本体100,绝缘本体100包括顶壁11、底壁12、一对侧壁13、14及这些壁共同形成的收容空间(未标示)。收容空间被隔板103分成两个中空部104、106,两个中空部从前方看均呈L形,凸缘部15自绝缘本体100的后边缘向上突伸出顶壁11的上表面且向下突伸出底壁12的下表面。自凸缘部15的后表面的两侧向后延伸出一对连接绝缘本体100的臂部16,每个臂部16靠近前面设有一个定位孔162、靠近后面设有定位柱164。
印刷电路板2包括一基板20,基板20的前部22上设有若干导电迹线220,基板20的后部24上设有一缺241、若干第一导电片240及位于第一导电片240外侧的若干第二导电片242,后部24还设有一组位于缺241前方的接地片246(第三导电片)。
前部22靠近印刷电路板2的前端的两个拐角处设有一对第一通孔222,第一通孔222的后面设有一对第二通孔224,前部22还设有三个靠近第二通孔224的第一固持孔226,后部24设有两个间隔分布的第二固持孔248。
线缆4包括若干芯线41、包覆芯线41的金属编织部42及包覆金属编织部42的封套44。线缆4前部的金属编织部42及封套44被剥落,芯线41分成两股暴露在外面,每股包括3根芯线41。
第一连接器1000还包括应力缓冲件5及接地件6。接地件6包括基部62及位于基部62两侧的一对叉形腿部64,基部62具有可容线缆4通过的通道60,基部62夹持线缆4的封套44。线缆4的金属编织部42焊接于基部62,叉形的腿部64夹住印刷电路板2并且焊接于接地片246上形成接地线。应力缓冲件5成型于接地件6的基部62,部分金属编织部42及芯线41露在外面,封套44与接地件6相邻。
参考图7、图8所示,底座300包括由后部302及一对横部304共同形成的矩形通槽306,后部302的中间部设有位于通槽306之上的支撑部3022,横部304内表面的后部设有凸起3042。
组装时,端子10组装于连接部1的绝缘本体100,端子10的对接部101伸入绝缘本体100的收容空间,端子10的尾部102露在绝缘本体100后表面外面。连接部1及印刷电路板2固定于底座300,连接部1收容于通槽306的前部,且位于支撑部3022之上。印刷电路板2的前部位于连接部1的臂16上且收容于孔槽306的后部,绝缘本体100的定位柱164插入印刷电路板2的第二通孔224。端子10的后部102位于印刷电路板2的前部22的导电迹线220上,横部304的凸起3042与印刷电路板2的缺口26相锁扣。一对螺栓80组装于定位孔162及第一通孔222令绝缘本体100与印刷电路板2固定在一起。端子10的尾部102焊接于印刷电路板2的导电迹线220。第二步,接地件6夹住线缆4,应力缓冲件5成型于接地件6及线缆4。应力缓冲件5部分位于印刷电路板2的缺241处,芯线41焊接于第一导电片240。第三步,第一绝缘块3成型于印刷电路板2的前部22、绝缘本体100的两臂部16、端子10的尾部102及导电迹线220。第二绝缘块7成型于印刷电路板2的后部24、芯线41、第一导电片240及邻近印刷电路板2的金属编织部42。成型第一绝缘块3及第二绝缘块7时部分材料渗入第一固持孔226及第二固持孔248形成相应的第一固持件32及第二固持件72。第一、第二绝缘块3、7分别具有凹槽34、74。第四步,外壳9成型于第一绝缘块3、第二绝缘块7及应力释放件5。外壳9也可以成型好后组装于第一绝缘块3和第二绝缘块7。可以在凹槽34、74上涂抹胶来提高强度。
图10示意了第一连接器1000通过另一线缆4’连接第三连接器3000。线缆4’与线缆4结构相似,除了线缆4’只有四根芯线并且分别焊接于第二导电片242,其他结构都相同。
在最佳实施方式中,通过选择印刷电路板2上不同的的导电片令第一连接器1000分别与第二连接器2000、第三连接器3000连接,本发明还可使用更多不同的导电片,印刷电路板2能连接不同的连接器,从而降低了生产成本。
Claims (9)
1.一种线缆组件,其包括外壳、连接部、线缆及印刷电路板,所述连接部包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体的若干端子,其特征在于:所述端子的尾部延伸出所述绝缘本体后表面,所述印刷电路板包括前部及相对的后部,前部设有若干导电迹线,后部设有若干导电片,所述端子的尾部焊接于前部上的导电迹线,所述后部的导电片至少分成两组可连接至少两种不同的线缆,所述线缆可选择性地连接于其中一组导电片,所述外壳遮蔽连接部的后部及相应线缆的前部。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆组件,其特征在于:所述导电片包括对称的排列于所述后部的一组第一导电片、一组第二导电片及一组第三导电片,所述相应线缆包括焊接于第一导电片的芯线、包覆芯线的金属编织部及位于最外层的封套。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆组件,其特征在于:所述线缆组件还包括夹持所述线缆的前部的接地件,该接地件包括夹持所述封套且焊接所述金属编织部的基部及至少一个与基部相连且焊接于所述第三导电片的叉形腿部。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆组件,其特征在于:所述线缆组件还包括成型于所述接地件及与接地件相邻的封套的应力缓冲件。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆组件,其特征在于:所述线缆组件还包括一绝缘块,该绝缘块成型于所述印刷电路板的后部,所述后部还设有至少一个被绝缘块包围的固持孔,所述芯线聚集于所述绝缘块处。
6.一种线缆组件,其包括:具有前部及后部的印刷电路板、具有收容若干端子的绝缘本体的连接部,其特征在于:所述前部设有若干导电迹线,所述后部设有若干导电片,所述端子连接所述导电迹线,所述线缆组件还包括第二连接器及第三连接器,第二连接器及第三连接器可分别通过相应的线缆连接位于所述后部的相应导电片,所述连接部的后表面的两侧向后延伸出一对臂部,印刷电路板的前部位于臂部上,所述线缆组件还具有第一绝缘块,该第一绝缘块成型于所述臂部及印刷电路板的前部。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆组件,其特征在于:所述线缆组件还包括成型于所述线缆的前部的应力缓冲件、成型于所述第一绝缘块及应力缓冲件的外壳,且所述第一绝缘块的外围设有至少一个被所述外壳包围的凹槽。
8.一种线缆组件,其包括:于前部收容若干端子的绝缘本体、位于绝缘本体后面的印刷电路板、接地件、应力缓冲件及圆形线缆,其特征在于:所述印刷电路板的前部连接相应端子,印刷电路板的后部设有缺口,所述接地件位于缺口处且其设有与位于印刷电路板后部的接地片相连的腿部,所述圆形线缆自所述缺口向后延伸,线缆包括若干自线缆一端向前延伸且向后连接印刷电路板上相应导电片的芯线。
9.如权利要求8所述的线缆组件,其特征在于:所述线缆组件还包括分别成型于印刷电路板的前部及后部的第一绝缘块及第二绝缘块,所述线缆组件还包括一外壳收容第一、第二绝缘块。
