Abstract
本发明提供用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物,其易溶合残妆,无论皮肤处于润湿状态还是非润湿状态,均可发挥良好的清洁力,水洗后无油腻感残留、使用感良好。该化妆品用组合物含有由通式(I)所示的HLB值为6~12的聚甘油单醚形成的层状液晶相,式中,R表示直链或带支链的烷基、烯基、或羟基烷基,n表示2~10的整数,GL表示甘油单元。RO-(GL)n-H(I)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物以及含有该组合物的化妆品,所述用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物含有一种以上具有特定结构的聚甘油单醚,其在除残妆的效果显著。
背景技术
在化妆品领域,为了清除皮肤污垢、残妆,市售有清洁用化妆品。该类化妆品包括混合大量表面活性剂的膏状、乳液状、油状、油性凝胶状等类型,完全不使用表面活性剂或使用微量表面活性剂的乳液状、水性凝胶状等类型的各种形态。
但混合了大量表面活性剂的清洁用化妆品,由于油性成份残留于皮肤上,即便将皮肤上的化妆品脱落后,也有必要再次用洁面化妆品等洗净。而且,在皮肤被润湿的状态下使用时,由于清洁力减弱且使用感差,不适于出汗时或洗浴时使用。
另外,完全不使用表面活性剂或使用微量表面活性剂的清洁用化妆品虽然清洁后的油腻感低,但存在清洁力弱的问题。
为解决该问题,公开了混合有聚环氧乙烷脂肪酸酯的水系凝胶状洗净剂(参照专利文献1、专利文献2)。但这种水系凝胶状洗涤剂无法得到充分的洗净性,由于必须进一步混合聚环氧乙烷类表面活性剂,在安全性方面存在问题。此外,由于分子内具有脂肪酸,在保存稳定性方面也存在问题。
一方面,为解决上述安全性问题,实践了各种方法,研究了混合有聚甘油脂肪酸酯、聚甘油单烷基醚的清洁用化妆品(参照专利文献3、专利文献4)。可是,混合有聚甘油脂肪酸酯的清洁用化妆品,存在水配合系中因水解而导致的经时稳定性问题。此外,混合有聚甘油单烷基醚的清洁用化妆品,并非形成层状液晶相的制品,进而存在清洁用化妆品的耐水性问题。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
于是,本发明的目的在于提供用于制备清洁用化妆品等的化妆品用组合物、以及含有该化妆品用组合物的化妆品,不论皮肤为湿润状态还是非湿润状态,所述清洁用化妆品均易于溶合残妆。
进一步,本发明的另一目的为提供用于清洁用化妆品等的化妆品用组合物、以及含有该化妆品用组合物的化妆品,所述清洁用化妆品在水洗后不残留有油腻感,稳定性、水洗性以及经时稳定性好。
解决问题的方法
为了达成上述目标,本发明者们经过潜心研究,结果发现通过使用特定的聚甘油单醚,可以得到形成有层状液晶相的化妆品用组合物。于是,不论皮肤为湿润状态还是非湿润状态,利用上述化妆品用组合物的清洁用化妆品均易于溶合残妆,迅速清除污垢,且稳定性、水洗性好。
也就是说,本发明提供用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物,其中,含有由下述式(I)所示且亲水-亲油平衡值为6~12的聚甘油单醚所形成的层状液晶相,

式中,R表示直链或带支链的烷基、烯基、或羟基烷基。n表示2~10的整数。GL表示甘油单元。
本发明进一步提供用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物,其中,还含有在分子内具有两个以上羟基的有机化合物。
本发明还提供用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物,其中,所述化妆品为清洁用化妆品。
本发明还提供一种化妆品,其含有上述用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物。
发明效果
本发明的用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物易于溶合残妆,不论皮肤为湿润状态还是非湿润状态,均能发挥良好的清洁力。而且水洗后无油腻感,具有清爽的良好的使用感。
具体实施方式
作为本发明的聚甘油单醚,使用式(I)中R为直链或带支链的烷基、烯基、或羟基烷基,n表示2~10的整数,且HLB值为6~12的制品。
作为R,优选使用上述中碳原子数8~18的直链或带支链的烷基、烯基、或羟基烷基。更优选碳原子数12~18的直链或带支链的烷基、烯基、或羟基烷基。
作为烷基的优选例,可以列举,辛基、壬基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十七烷基、十八烷基、异十六烷基、异十四烷基、异十八烷基等。
作为烯基的优选例,可以列举,辛烯基、壬烯基、癸烯基、十一碳烯基、十二碳烯基、十三碳烯基、十四碳烯基、十五碳烯基、十六碳烯基、十七碳烯基、十八碳烯基等。
作为羟基烷基的优选例,可以列举,羟基辛基、羟基壬基、羟基癸基、羟基十一烷基、羟基十二烷基、羟基十三烷基、羟基十四烷基、羟基十五烷基、羟基十六烷基、羟基十七烷基、羟基十八烷基等。
此外,式(I)中的n为2~10的整数。更优选为2~5的整数。
另外,通式(I)中的GL表示甘油单元。甘油单元具有下述式(II)或下述式(III)所示的结构。
-CH2-CHOH-CH2O- (II)
-CH(CH2OH)CH2O- (III)
作为本发明的聚甘油单醚,使用HLB值(Hydorophile Lipophile Balance)为6~12的聚甘油单醚。需要说明的是,HLB值是表征表面活性剂的亲水性和亲油性平衡的值。在本发明中,使用通过下述式算出的值。
HLB值=无机性基团值/有机性基团值×10
而且,HLB值可根据R的种类和整数n的组合而进行调整。
作为聚甘油单醚的制备方法,可以列举,在碱性催化剂存在下,向脂肪族醇中添加缩水甘油,使该醇/缩水甘油的存在摩尔比为特定值,进行反应的方法;使聚甘油与α-烯烃环氧化物反应的方法;在酸催化剂或碱催化剂存在下,用聚甘油使烷基环氧丙基醚开环的方法等,没有特别限制。
作为经上述方法所得聚甘油单醚的优选例,可以列举,二甘油单十二烷基醚、三甘油单十二烷基醚、三甘油单十四烷基醚、四甘油单十四烷基醚、三甘油单十六烷基醚、四甘油单十四烷基醚、四甘油单十八烷基醚、四甘油单异硬脂基醚、四甘油单油基醚等。更优选地,可以列举,二甘油单十二烷基醚、四甘油单十四烷基醚、四甘油单异硬脂基醚、四甘油单油基醚等。
作为聚甘油单醚的混合量,没有特别限定,相对于用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物的总量,优选为0.01~80重量%,更优选为0.1~50重量%,进一步优选为5~45重量%,特别优选为15~40重量%。聚甘油单醚可单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。
由于本发明的用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物含有与皮肤角质细胞间脂质的结构非常相似的层状液晶相,因而易于渗入皮肤,还具有良好的水分保持效果。
上述用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物优选含有分子内具有两个以上羟基的有机化合物。
作为上述分子内具有两个以上羟基的有机化合物,优选多元醇。由于这些多元醇具有在层状液晶相内保持液晶的效果,通过添加多元醇,可以大幅增加油分以及水分的溶解量。
作为多元醇,优选使用碳原子数3~15,且分子内羟基个数为2~12的制品。
作为上述多元醇,可以列举,甘油、二甘油、麦芽糖醇(マルチト一ル)、1,3-丁二醇、异戊二醇、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇、季戊四醇、新戊二醇、山梨醇、山梨聚糖、海藻糖、聚芘二醇等。其中,优选使用甘油、麦芽糖醇、1,3-丁二醇、丙二醇、山梨醇。多元醇可单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。
作为多元醇的含量,相对于用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物的总量,优选7~70重量%范围,更优选10~50重量%,特别优选12~40重量%。多元醇的含量在上述范围内时,稳定性、水洗性尤为高。
在本发明的用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物中,作为聚甘油单醚和多元醇的比例(重量比),前者/后者=90/10~10/90,特别优选80/20~40/60。
本发明的用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物中优选使用液体石蜡。由于液体石蜡具有润肤效果以及保湿效果,对肌肤浸润、渗透性好,作为保护剂、溶剂等用途混合使用。可适当选择液体石蜡的混合量,例如相对于全部用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物,优选为3~30重量%范围,更优选为7~20重量%,特别优选为7~15重量%范围。
作为液体溶剂,优选使用水。可适当选择水的混合量,例如,相对于用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物为10~95重量%,优选25~70重量%,特别优选30~60重量%范围。
本发明的用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物可以是洗液状、溶液状、乳液状、膏状、凝胶状等任意类型。从使用性的角度考虑,优选膏状、凝胶状。
除上述成份外,根据需要,本发明的用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物中还可适当使用通常化妆品中混合的成份,例如除本发明的聚甘油单醚以外的非离子性表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、醇类、低级醇类、粉体、抗氧化剂、抗氧化助剂、紫外线吸收剂、保湿剂、消炎剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、从动物、植物、鱼贝类、微生物提取得到的提取物、香料等。
作为本发明聚甘油单醚以外的非离子性表面活性剂,没有特别限制,优选不含有离子化基团作为亲水基的表面活性剂。作为该类表面活性剂,可以列举,甘油脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、聚亚烷基二醇脂肪酸酯、山梨聚糖脂肪酸酯、糖脂肪酸酯、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧化亚烷基固化蓖麻油脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺、聚氧化亚烷基二醇、聚氧化亚烷基二醇与一元醇或多元醇的酯、聚氧化亚烷基糖醚、脂肪酰胺与聚氧化亚烷基二醇的缩聚物、脂肪族胺与聚氧化亚烷基二醇的缩聚物、烷基或烯基多聚葡萄糖苷等。
作为阴离子表面活性剂,没有特别限制,可以列举,聚环氧乙烷烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基硫酸酯盐类、烷基苯磺酸盐类、α-烯烃磺酸盐类、谷氨酸等氨基酸类表面活性剂、N-酰基甲基氨基乙磺酸、烷基磷酸盐等。
作为两性表面活性剂,没有特别限制,可以列举,羧基甜菜碱型、咪唑啉型、硫代甜菜碱型、丙氨酸型两性表面活性剂等各种表面活性剂。
作为低级醇,没有特别限制,可以列举,乙醇、丙醇等。
作为粉末成份,没有特别限制,可以列举无机粉末或有机粉末。作为无机粉末,可以列举,滑石粉、高岭土、云母、绢云母(sericite)、白云母、金云母、合成云母、红云母、黑云母、锂云母、蛭石、碳酸镁、硅酸锆、硅酸铝、硅酸钡、硅酸钙、硅酸锌、硅酸镁、硅酸锶、钨酸金属盐、镁、二氧化硅、沸石、硫酸钡、煅烧硫酸钙(熟石膏)、磷酸钙、氟化磷灰石、羟基磷灰石、陶瓷粉末、活性炭、药用炭、金属皂(肉豆蔻酸锌、棕榈酸钙、硬脂酸铝等)、氮化硼等。作为有机粉末,可以列举,聚酰胺树脂粉末(尼龙粉末)、聚乙烯粉末、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉末、聚苯乙烯粉末、苯乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物树脂粉末、苯并鸟粪胺树脂粉末、纤维素粉末等。
作为抗氧化剂,没有特别限制,可以列举,维生素E、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基羟基苯甲醚、没食子酸酯类等。作为防止氧化助剂,没有特别限制,可以列举,抗坏血酸、肌醇六磷酸、脑磷脂酸、马来酸等。
作为紫外线吸收剂,没有特别限制,可以列举2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸盐、二羟基二甲氧基二苯甲酮等二苯甲酮衍生物、对氨基苯甲酸、对氨基苯甲酸乙酯等对氨基苯甲酸衍生物、对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯、对甲氧基桂皮酸异丙酯、对甲氧基桂皮酸辛酯、甲氧基桂皮酸衍生物、水杨酸辛酯、水杨酸苯酯等水杨酸衍生物、狗尿酸、狗尿酸衍生物、4-叔丁基-4’-甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、2-(羟基-5’-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、氨茴酸甲酯等。
作为保湿剂,没有特别限制,可以列举乳酸钠、吡咯烷酮羧酸、吡咯烷酮羧酸衍生物等。
作为消炎剂,没有特别限制,可以列举,甘草酸、甘草酸衍生物、甘草次酸(グリチルレチン酸)、甘草次酸衍生物、尿囊素、醋酸氢化可的松、庚五烯等。
作为防腐剂,没有特别限制,可以列举,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、苯氧基乙醇等。
作为pH调节剂,没有特别限制,可以列举,柠檬酸、盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、氢氧化钠、氨等。
作为从动物、植物、鱼贝类、微生物提取得到的提取物,没有特别限制,可以列举,茶提取物、芦荟提取物、银杏提取物、当药提取物、艾菊提取物、大蒜提取物、黄岑提取物、迷迭香提取物、丝瓜提取物、胎盘提取物、乳酸菌培养提取物、海藻萃取物的提取物等。
作为香料,为通常化妆品中使用的制品即可,没有特别限定。
本发明的化妆品用组合物可用于清洁用化妆品或按摩用化妆品等的各种化妆品,特别优选用于清除皮肤污垢、残妆的清洁用化妆品。
本发明的化妆品可通过对上述各成份进行加热溶解、混合、以及冷却操作等而制备,公知乃至常用的制备方法即可,没有特别限定。
实施例
以下,列举实施例对本发明进行更详细说明,但本发明并不受这些实施例的限制。
按照下述表1所示实施例1~3、以及下述表2所示比较例1~3的混合组成混合,用来制备清洁用化妆品的组合物。以下述评价标准对所得用来制备清洁用化妆品的组合物进行评价。其结果如表3所示。
(评价)
[洗净力(非润湿状态)]
将口红涂布于手臂前端,取约0.5g所制备的化妆品用组合物于手上,按揉口红涂布部分30次。随后,通过目测评价口红的脱落情况。
[洗净力(非润湿状态)的评价标准]
◎:完全脱落。
○:基本脱落。
△:有少许残留。
×:基本未脱落。
[液晶态的确认(非润湿状态)]
用偏振光显微镜观察所制备的化妆品用组合物,确认层状液晶的形成。
[洗净力(润湿状态)]
将口红涂布于手腕前端后,用水润湿手腕,取约0.5g所制备的化妆品用组合物于手上,按揉口红涂布部分30次。随后,通过目测评价口红的脱落情况。
[洗净力(润湿状态)的评价标准]
◎:完全脱落。
○:基本脱落。
△:有少许残留。
×:基本未脱落。
[液晶状态的确认(润湿状态)]
向0.5g所制备的化妆品用组合物中加入0.3g水,充分混合后,用偏振光显微镜观察,确认层状液晶的形成。

实施例表明,由于本发明所得的化妆品用组合物具有层状液晶相,易溶合残妆,无论皮肤处于润湿状态还是非润湿状态,均可发挥良好的清洁力,为水洗后无油腻感,且使用感良好的制品。

1.一种用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物,其中,含有由下述式(I)所示且亲水-亲油平衡值为6~12的聚甘油单醚所形成的层状液晶相,

式中,R表示直链或带支链的烷基、烯基、或羟基烷基,n表示2~10的整数,GL表示甘油单元。
2.权利要求1所述的用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物,其中,含有分子内具有两个以上羟基的有机化合物。
3.权利要求1或2中任一项所述的用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物,其中,所述化妆品为清洁用化妆品。
4.一种化妆品,其含有权利要求1~3中任一项所述的用于化妆品用途的层状液晶组合物。
