Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有异菌脲与氟环唑的杀菌剂组合物,其特征在于:有效活性成分异菌脲与氟环唑重量百分比为1~80∶1~80。本发明组合物异菌脲与氟环唑复配后具有明显的协同增效作用,用于灰霉病、斑点落叶病、叶斑病、黑星病等果树、蔬菜常见病害的防治,扩大了杀菌谱,并且显著降低了药品的使用量和使用次数,降低了成本,减缓了病害的抗药性,适宜于大面积推广使用。
Description
技术领域:
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含有异菌脲与氟环唑的杀菌剂组合物,用于防治农业上较难防治的灰霉病、斑点落叶病、叶斑病、黑星病。
技术背景:
异菌脲:异菌脲(iprodione)又称扑海因或咪唑霉,是一种高效、广谱、新型杀菌剂。不仅具有广谱的杀菌活性,同时兼具有良好的保护和治疗作用。与其它常用的杀菌剂无交互抗性,且比常规杀菌剂持效期长。对葡萄孢属、链孢霉属、核盘菌属、小菌核属等菌具有较好的杀菌效果。对链格孢属、蠕孢霉属、丝核属、镰刀菌属、伏革属等菌也有效果。具有高度的选择性,对作物、人畜及有益生物安全,对环境基本无污染。现已广泛用于蔬菜、柑橘、苹果、梨以及和谷类粮食作物,尤其适用于灰霉病、疫病、轮纹病、斑点落叶病、叶斑病、黑星病等植物病害防治。
氟环唑(epoxiconazole):是目前市场上很少见的一种杀菌剂,对一系列的禾谷类作物病害霜霉病、疫病、黑星病、叶斑病等不仅具有很好的保护、治疗和铲除活性,而且具有内吸和较强的残留活性。
灰霉病、斑点落叶病、叶斑病、黑星病是四种常见的病菌,主要危害蔬菜、果树、瓜类作物,常造成毁灭性灾害。尤其在北方,灰霉病、斑点落叶病、叶斑病、黑星病全年发生。有些严重的区域,常规农药成分如拟甲氧丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,单独防治效果渐差。
目前,随着病害抗药性的增加,使用者的用药量、用药次数也随之增加,但防效却逐年下降,环境污染问题也越来越严重,使用者的成本逐年上升,提出新的制剂克服现状已迫在眉睫,但是研发新农药耗时太长、成本太高,并不理想。不同杀虫机理的有效成分之间复配,是目前最常见的方法,既降低了使用者的成本、对环境的污染,还扩大了防治谱、提高了药效。
根据多次药效试验、配方筛选报告得出,异菌脲与氟环唑复配具有很好的协同增效作用,明显提高了防治效果,并降低了用药量和用药次数,从而大大延缓了病害抗药性的产生,是综合防治灰霉病、斑点落叶病、叶斑病、黑星病的重要手段。
目前异菌脲与氟环唑的复配及应用尚无人报道过。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种配比合理,防治效果好,用药成本低的增效农药杀菌组合物。
本发明还有一个目的是提出一种杀菌谱广、有利于人类与环境和谐发展的新制剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种异菌脲与氟环唑复配的杀菌剂组合物,其特征在于:有效活性成分异菌脲与氟环唑重量百分比为1~80:1~80。
一种异菌脲与氟环唑复配的杀菌剂组合物,其有效成分总含量为1%~90%。
一种异菌脲与氟环唑复配的杀菌剂组合物,其特征在于:加入常规的助剂及赋型剂,按本领域技术人员均知的技术方法制成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、乳油。
本发明组合物中所述的助剂及赋型剂包括分散剂、湿润剂、崩解剂、乳化剂、共乳化剂、溶剂、助溶剂、稳定剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、抗冻剂、填料载体。
所述的可湿性粉剂包括如下重量份的组分:
异菌脲1份~80份;
氟环唑1份~80份;
分散剂1份~15份;
湿润剂1份~25份;
填料加至100份。
所述的分散剂选自木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。;
所述的湿润剂为天然产物湿润剂和阳离子型湿润剂,可用茶枯、皂角粉、蚕沙、无患子粉、月桂醇基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、洗衣粉、拉开粉中的一种或多种;
所述的填料为矿物性载体或合成载体,可用高岭土、硅藻土、白炭黑、轻钙中的一种或多种;
将上述配方料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机后在混合均匀,即可制成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂产品。
所述的水分散粒剂包括如下重量份的组分(以下均以百分重量计):
异菌脲1份~80份;
氟环唑1份~80份;
分散剂1份~12份;
湿润剂1份~5份;
崩解剂1份~5份;
粘结剂1份~5份;
填料加至100份。
其中,分散剂选自木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
所述的湿润剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、润湿渗透剂F、皂角粉中的一种或多种;
所述的崩解剂选自膨润土、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铝、柠檬酸、丁二酸、碳酸氢铵中的一种或多种;
所述的黏结剂选自聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、白糊精中的一种或多种;
所述的载体选自高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、淀粉、轻钙提中的一种或多种;
将上述配方料混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分后经取样分析,制成本发明的水分散粒剂产品。
所述的悬浮剂包括如下重量份的组分:
异菌脲1份~80份;
氟环唑1份~80份;
分散剂2份~10份;
增稠剂0.1份~1份;
消泡剂0.1份~1份;
防冻剂1份~10份;
稳定剂0份~0.5份;
加水至100份。
所述的分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、月桂醇聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸钠、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、油酸钾、油酸钠、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物中的一种或几种;
所述的增稠剂选自黄原胶、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、硅酸铝镁或聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种;
所述的消泡剂选自硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10—20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8—10脂肪醇类化合物中的一种或几种;
所述的防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇或山梨醇中的一种或几种;
所述的稳定剂选自烷基磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯类、多元醇、烷基磺酸酯中的一种或几种;
将上述配方料,将增稠剂和防冻剂混合后除过有效成分外的其余组分,经过高速剪切混合均匀,加入有效成分,在球磨机中球磨2~3小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下,制得本发明混合物的悬浮剂产品。
所述的水乳剂包括如下重量份的组分:
异菌脲1份~30份;
氟环唑1份~10份;
溶剂1份~40份;
乳化剂3份~12份;
共乳化剂0份~5份;
抗冻剂1份~15份;
增稠剂0.1份~1份;
消泡剂0.1份~1份;
加水至100份。
所述的溶剂选自甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇、乙醇、环己酮、植物油、N—长链烷基吡咯烷酮中的一种或几种;
所述的乳化剂选自506#、600#、700#、司盘80、吐温80、OP-10磷酸酯中的一种或几种;
所述的共乳化剂为丁醇、异丁醇、十二烷醇-1、十四烷醇-1、十八烷醇-1中的一种或几种;
所述的抗冻性选自自乙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇或山梨醇中的一种或几种;
所述的增稠剂选自黄原胶、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、硅酸铝镁或聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种;
所述的消泡剂选自硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10—20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8—10脂肪醇类化合物中的一种或几种;
将上述配方料混合,将有效成分、溶剂、乳化剂、共乳化剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀油相;将水、抗冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂混合在一起,成均一水相。在高速搅拌下,将水相加入油相,可制得本发明的水乳剂产品。
所述的乳油包括如下重量份的组分:
异菌脲1份~50份;
氟环唑1份~30份;
乳化剂1份~10份;
助溶剂0份~20份;
稳定剂0份~20份;
溶剂余量。
所述的溶剂选自甲苯、二甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、甲醇、乙醇、环己酮、植物油、N—长链烷基吡咯烷酮中的一种或几种;
所述的乳化剂选自506#、600#、700#、NP-10、602#、十二烷基苯磺酸钙中的一种或几种;
所述的助溶剂主要是含氧助剂,如环己酮、异氟尔酮、吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺中的一种或几种;
所述的稳定剂选自烷基磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯类、多元醇、烷基磺酸酯中的一种或几种;
将上述配方料混合,将原药溶解在有机溶剂中,再加入乳化剂等其他助剂,在搅拌下混合溶解,即可制得本发明的乳油产品。
本发明的优点在于:(1)与单剂相比,该组合物对作物病害具有明显的协同增效作用;(2)一药多治,一次施药可同时防治多种病菌,减少防治用工成本;(3)具备速效和长效两大特点;(4)抑制或延缓了病害抗药性的发展;(5)扩大了病害防治谱,减少用药量及使用次数,提高了对环境与使用者的安全性。
具体实施方式:
以下实施例为优选状态,但本发明活性成分及其配比、辅助成分及其添加量等并不局限于以下实施例。实施例中所有的份均以百分重量计。
实施例1:60%异菌脲·氟环唑可湿性粉剂
异菌脲50份、氟环唑10份、十二烷基硫酸钠10份,木质素磺酸钠6份,白炭黑10份,高岭土加至100份。该配方按2000倍稀释喷雾,72小时后对香蕉叶斑病药田间防治效果为95.90%。50%异菌脲可湿性粉剂和10%氟环唑可湿性粉剂按照同样方法使用,药后72小时防效分别为63.17%和51.42%。
实施例2:70%异菌脲·氟环唑水分散粒剂
异菌脲50份、氟环唑20份、木质素磺酸钠8份,硫酸铵4份,磷酸三丁酯1.5份,湿润剂T3份,聚乙二醇0.5份,淀粉加至100份。该配方按2000倍稀释喷雾,72小时后对苹果斑点落叶病防治效果为97.27%。50%异菌脲水分散粒剂和20%氟环唑水分散粒剂按照同样方法使用,药后72小时防效分别为64.88%和68.29%。
实施例3:55%异菌脲·氟环唑悬浮剂
异菌脲50份,氟环唑5份,木质素磺酸钠4份,乙二醇4份,有机硅0.5份,黄原胶0.2份,硅酸镁铝1份,水加至100份。该配方按2000倍稀释喷雾,72小时后对番茄灰霉病防治效果为91.27%。50%异菌脲水分散粒剂和5%氟环唑水分散粒剂按照同样方法使用,药后72小时防效分别为60.88%和42.64%。
实施例4:20%异菌脲·氟环唑水乳剂
异菌脲15份、氟环唑5份、环己酮10份、二甲苯20、司盘808份、OP-10磷酸酯6份、乙二醇4份、有机硅0.1份、水加至100份。该配方按1000倍稀释喷雾,药后72小时对黄瓜灰霉病田间防治效果为85.53%。15%异菌脲水乳剂和5%氟环唑水乳剂按照同样方法使用,药后72小时防效分别为46.47%和57.25%。
实施例5:30%异菌脲·氟环唑乳油
异菌脲20份、氟环唑10份、农乳500#5份、农乳600#15份,环己酮10份,二甲苯加至100份,该配方按1000倍稀释喷雾,药后72小时对苹果轮纹病防治效果为89.51%。20%异菌脲乳油和10%氟环唑乳油按照同样方法使用,药后72小时防效分别为56.52%和70.15%。
应用实施例:
异菌脲、氟环唑及其不同比例混用对黄瓜灰霉病室内毒力测定
将上述五种配比分别配制成5个系列浓度的10倍液,分别至于烧杯中备用。
本实验采用菌丝生长速率法。将黄瓜灰霉病菌菌株用PDA培养基培养,待菌落长至培养皿四分之三大小时,用内径为5mm的打孔器从菌落边缘打孔,打成的菌丝块作物接种体。分别取配好的药液4ml与定量的36ml灭菌培养基均匀混合,分倒入3个灭菌培养皿中,冷却后制得含药平板,以等量灭菌水与培养水与培养基混合为对照,每处理设3个重复。将接种菌丝倒置于平板中央,放入25℃培养箱内培养。96小时后用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算各处理净生长量、菌丝生长抑制率。计算公式如下:
净生长量(mm)=测量菌落直径—5
将菌丝生长抑制率换算成机率值(y),药液浓度(μg/ml)转换成对数值(x),以最小二乘法求得毒力回归方程(y=a+bx),并由此计算出每种药剂的EC50值。同时根据Wadley法计算两药剂不同配比联合增效比值(SR),SR<0.5为拮抗作用,0.5≤SR≤1.5为相加作用,SR≥为增效作用。计算公式如下:

由上表可知,异菌脲与氟环唑对黄瓜灰霉病菌均表现出较好的抑菌效果,除异菌脲与氟环唑以50:5混配表现出相加外,其余混配处理均表现为增效作用。
从整体效果来看,本发明组合物药效明显高于单剂,表现出明显的协同增效作用,且其用药量小,降低了农民的用工成本,所以本发明的研制与推广具有重要意义。
Claims (3)
1.一种异菌脲与氟环唑复配的杀菌剂组合物,其特征在于:有效成分异菌脲与氟环唑重量比为2~5∶1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌剂组合物,其特征在于:加入常规的助剂,按本领域技术人员均知的技术方法制成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、乳油。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的杀菌剂组合物,其有效成分总重量含量百分比为20%~70%。
