所有的植物及植物部位均可依据本发明来处理。本发明中植物的含义应理解为所有的植物和植物种群,例如需要的和不需要的野生植物或作物植物(包括自然存在的作物植物)。作物植物可以是通过常规植物育种和优选法、或通过生物工程和基因工程方法、或通过所述方法的结合而获得的植物,包括转基因植物,也包括受植物种苗权保护或不受其保护的植物栽培品种。植物部位的含义应理解为植物所有的地上及地下部位和器官,例如芽、叶、花和根,可提及的实例有叶、针叶、茎、干、花、子实体、果实、种子、根、块茎和根茎。植物部位还包括采收物,以及无性和有性繁殖物,例如插枝、块茎、根茎、短匐茎和种子。
根据本发明使用活性化合物/活性化合物结合物对植物和植物部位进行的处理,通过常规处理方法直接进行,或通过使化合物作用于其环境、生境或储存空间来实现,所述常规处理方法例如浸泡、喷雾、蒸发、弥雾、撒播、涂抹、注射,并且对于繁殖物尤其是种子,还可实施一层或多层包衣。
本发明的活性化合物结合物特别适于处理种子。优选的或特别优选的上述本发明的结合物在此可述及为优选的。早在种子处于贮存期间遭到侵害时,以及种子被引入土壤后、植物出芽期间和刚刚出芽后,害虫所致的对作物植物的大部分损害就已产生。由于生长中的植物的根和嫩枝尤其敏感,甚至连较弱的损害也可导致整个植株死亡,因此上述阶段特别地关键。因此,通过应用合适的组合物来保护种子和出芽中的植物尤为重要。
通过处理种子来防治害虫长期以来即为人所知,并且成为持续改进的议题。然而,频繁的种子处理带来了一系列总无法满意地解决的难题。因此,需要开发用于保护种子和出芽植物的方法,该方法不需要在播种或植物出苗后额外施用作物保护剂,或者至少可减少额外施用。还需要对所用的活性化合物的量进行优化,从而为种子和出芽植物提供免遭害虫侵害的最大保护,并且不会因使用的活性化合物而使植株自身遭到损害。处理种子的方法还应特别考虑到转基因植物内在的杀虫特性,从而实现使用最少作物保护剂的同时达到对种子和出芽植物的最佳保护。
因此,本发明还特别涉及保护种子和出芽植物免遭害虫侵害的方法,包括用本发明的活性化合物结合物处理种子。本发明的保护种子和出芽植物免遭害虫侵害的方法包括这样一种方法,即其中用式I活性化合物和式II活性化合物同时处理种子,所述式II活性化合物优选地为新烟碱类1-7的一种。本发明还包括用式I活性化合物和式II活性化合物在不同的时间处理种子的方法,所述式II活性化合物优选地为新烟碱类1-7的一种。本发明还涉及本发明的活性化合物结合物用于处理种子以保护种子和出苗植物免遭害虫的用途。此外,本发明还涉及用本发明的活性化合物结合物处理过以免遭害虫的种子。本发明还涉及用式I活性化合物和式II活性化合物同时处理过的种子,所述式II活性化合物优选为新烟碱类1-7的一种。本发明还涉及用式I活性化合物和式II活性化合物在不同时间处理过的种子,所述式II活性化合物优选为新烟碱类1-7的一种。对于用式I活性化合物和式II活性化合物(优选新烟碱类1-7的一种)在不同时间处理过的种子,本发明的组合物中的各个活性化合物可存在于种子的不同层中。对此,含式I活性化合物和式II活性化合物(优选新烟碱类1-7的一种)的各层任选地可被中间层分隔开。本发明还涉及这样一种种子,其中式I活性化合物和式II活性化合物(优选新烟碱类1-7的一种)用作包衣成分或作为除包衣外的其他层。
本发明的一个优点是,本发明活性化合物结合物的特殊系统特性意为上述活性化合物结合物的种子处理不仅保护种子本身免遭害虫,而且还保护出苗后产生的植株免遭害虫。这种方式可以免除播种时或播种后随即的直接作物处理。
另一个优点是,与单个的各活性化合物相比,本发明的活性化合物结合物的杀虫活性协同增加,超出了两种活性化合物分别施用时的总活性。还有一个优点是,与单个的各活性化合物相比,本发明的活性化合物组合物的杀虫活性协同增加,超出了活性化合物分别施用时的总活性。由此可使所用的活性化合物的量得到优化。
此外,还需考虑到的优势是,本发明的活性化合物结合物还可特别地用于能表达针对害虫的蛋白质的转基因种子、由该种子产生的植株。通过用本发明的活性化合物结合物处理这类种子,仅通过表达例如杀虫蛋白质就可防治某些害虫,此外,本发明的活性化合物结合物也可抵抗侵害。
本发明的活性化合物结合物适于保护上文已述的、用于农业、温室、林业或园艺的任何植物品种的种子。具体的形式有玉米、花生、芸苔(canola)、油菜、罂粟、大豆、棉花、甜菜(例如糖用甜菜和饲用甜菜)、稻、高粱和粟、小麦、大麦、燕麦、黑麦、向日葵、烟草、马铃薯或蔬菜(例如番茄、甘蓝植物)的种子。本发明的活性化合物结合物还适于处理上文已述的水果植物和蔬菜的种子。玉米、大豆、棉花、小麦以及芸苔或油菜的种子处理尤为重要。
如上所述,用本发明的活性化合物结合物对转基因种子的处理也尤为重要。其形式为通常含有至少一种控制一种多肽表达的异源基因的植物种子,所述多肽特别地具有杀虫活性。在本申请上下文中,转基因种子的异源基因来自例如以下的微生物:芽胞杆菌(Bacillus)、根瘤菌(Rhizobium)、假单胞菌(Pseudomonas)、沙雷氏菌(Serratia)、木霉菌(Trichoderma)、棍状杆菌(Clavibacter)、球囊霉菌(Glomus)或粘帚霉菌(Gliocladium)。本发明特别适于处理这样的转基因种子,即该种子含至少一种源自芽孢杆菌属的异源基因,并且其基因产物显示出抗欧洲玉米蛀虫和/或玉米根蠕虫活性。异源基因特别优选地来自苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)。
在本发明的上下文中,可将本发明的活性化合物结合物单独地施用于种子或者以合适的制剂形式施用。优选地,种子处于稳定到足以免除处理过程中的损害的状态下时对其进行处理。通常,可在采收和播种之间的任何时间点处理种子。常规使用的种子已与植株分开,并已除去果实的穗轴、外壳、柄、表皮、毛或果肉。
当处理种子时,一般须注意,本发明的活性化合物结合物施用于种子的量和/或其他添加剂的量的选择不应对种子出芽有不良影响,或者不应损害产生的植株。对于可能在某些施用率下具有植物毒害作用的活性化合物,应特别铭记这一点。
所述活性化合物结合物可被转化为常规制剂,例如,溶液、乳剂、可湿性粉剂、基于水和基于油的悬浮剂、粉剂、喷粉剂、膏剂、可溶性粉剂、可溶性颗粒剂、用于撒播的颗粒剂、悬乳浓缩剂、用活性化合物浸渍过的天然材料、用活性化合物浸渍过的合成材料、肥料以及聚合物中的微胶囊。
这些制剂以已知方式制备,例如将活性化合物与填充剂混合,即与液体溶剂和/或固体载体混合,同时可任选使用表面活性剂,即乳化剂和/或分散剂和/或发泡剂。在施用前或在施用时在合适的装置中或其他方式制备所述制剂。
适于用作助剂的物质为适合于将特殊的性质赋予所述活性化合物组合物本身和/或由其所得的制剂(例如喷雾液、拌种剂)的物质,例如某些工业特性和/或特殊的生物特性。常规的合适助剂有填充剂、溶剂和载体。

制剂中可使用增粘剂,例如羧甲基纤维素,以及粉末、颗粒或胶乳状形式的天然和合成聚合物,例如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇和聚乙酸乙烯酯;以及天然磷脂,例如脑磷脂和卵磷脂,以及合成磷脂。
可使用着色剂,例如无机色素,例如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士蓝(ferrocyan blue);以及有机染料,例如茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞菁染料;以及微量营养素,例如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐和锌盐。

制剂一般含0.01至98重量%、优选0.5至90重量%的活性化合物。
如果合适,本发明的活性化合物结合物可以其常规市售制剂形式或由所述制剂与其它活性化合物混合制备的施用形式存在,所述其它活性化合物例如为杀虫剂、引诱剂、消毒剂、杀细菌剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、杀真菌剂、生长调节剂或除草剂。所述杀虫剂包括,例如,磷酸酯类、氨基甲酸酯类、羧酸酯类、氯化烃类、苯脲类、微生物产生的物质等等。
还可与其它已知活性化合物例如除草剂或肥料以及生长调节剂混合。
本发明的活性化合物用作杀虫剂时,它可作为与增效剂混合的混合物以市售制剂形式以及由所述制剂制备的施用形式存在。增效剂为可提高活性化合物的活性、而加入的增效剂本身不必一定具有活性的化合物。
由市售制剂制备的施用形式的活性化合物含量可在较宽范围内变化。施用形式的活性化合物浓度可为活性化合物重量的0.00000001至95%,优选0.00001至1重量%。
以与施用形式相适应的方式进行施用。
如上所述,可依据本发明处理所有的植物及其部位。在一个优选实施方案中,处理了野生植物种和植物品种,或由常规生物育种方法——例如杂交或原生质体融合——获得的植物种和植物品种,以及它们的部位。在另一个优选实施方案中,处理了由基因工程——如果合适,常规方法相结合——而获得的转基因植物和植物品种(遗传修饰生物)及其部位。术语“部位”和“植物的部位”或“植物部位”解释如上。

依据植物种或植物品种、其种植地点和生长条件(土壤、气候、植物生长期、营养),本发明的处理也可产生超加和性(superadditive)(“协同”)效应。由此,例如,可获得超过实际预期的以下效果:例如降低根据本发明使用的物质和组合物的施用率和/或加宽其活性谱和/或提高其作用、改善植物生长、提高高温或低温耐受性、提高干旱或对水或土壤含盐量耐受性、提高开花品质、使采收更简易、加速成熟、提高采收产量、改善采收产品的质量和/或提高其营养价值、改善采收产品的储存期限和/或其加工性能。

本发明的活性化合物以已知的方式用于兽医领域和动物饲养中,可通过例如片剂、胶囊剂、饮剂、浸剂、颗粒剂、膏剂、丸剂、喂服(feed-through)法、栓剂的方式进行肠内给药,可通过例如注射(肌内、皮下、静脉、腹膜内等)、植入进行肠外给药,可鼻部给药,可通过例如浸渍或浸浴、喷雾、泼浇和点滴、清洗、撒粉的形式,以及借助于含活性化合物的器具——例如项圈、耳标、尾标、肢体缚带(limbband)、笼头、标识器等——进行皮肤给药。
用药于牲畜、家禽、家畜等时,活性化合物结合物可以含1至80重量%活性化合物的制剂(例如粉剂、乳剂、流动剂)的形式直接使用或稀释100至10000倍后使用,或可以化学药浴剂(chemical bath)形式使用。
此外,已发现本发明的活性化合物结合物毁坏工业材料的昆虫也表现出强杀昆虫作用。

它们可以以下产品的形式使用:气雾剂,无压喷雾
(non-pressurised spray)剂——例如泵及粉化喷雾,自动弥雾系统,弥雾剂,泡沫剂,凝胶剂,具有由纤维素或聚合物制得的蒸发片(evaporator platelet)的蒸发产品,液体蒸发剂,凝胶和薄膜蒸发剂,推进剂驱动的蒸发剂,无能源或无动力蒸发系统,捕蛾纸、捕蛾袋和捕蛾胶,作为颗粒剂或粉尘剂用于抛撒的饵料中或毒饵站(baitstation)中。
以下实施例解释说明了本发明的活性化合物结合物的优良杀虫活性。单个的活性化合物显示出的活性较弱,但其结合物显示出的活性超出了各活性的简单加和。
只要所述活性化合物结合物的活性超出各活性化合物分别施用时的活性的总和时,就存在杀虫剂协同效应。
可如下根据S.R.Colby,Weeds 15(1967),20-22来计算两种活性化合物的给定结合物的预期活性:

X 为当活性化合物A以m g/ha的施用率或者m ppm的浓度施用时的死亡率,表示为未处理对照的百分数;
Y 为当活性化合物B以n g/ha的施用率或者n ppm的浓度施用时的死亡率,表示为未处理对照的百分数;
E 为当活性化合物A和B以m和n g/ha的施用率或者m和n ppm的浓度施用时的死亡率,表示为未处理对照组的百分数;
则
如果实际的杀虫率比计算值大,则该结合物的杀灭作用为超加和性的,亦即存在协同效应。对于这种情况,实际观测的死亡率应大于由上述公式算出的预计死亡率(E)的值。
实施例A
桃蚜(Myzus persicae)试验
溶剂:7重量份二甲基甲酰胺
乳化剂:2重量份烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚
为制备适合的活性化合物制剂,将1重量份的活性化合物与所述量的溶剂和乳化剂混合,并将浓液用水稀释至所需浓度。
将受到桃蚜(Myzus persicae)严重侵染的甘蓝(Brassicaoleracea)叶浸没在所需浓度的活性化合物制剂中来对其进行处理。
经所需时间后测定死亡率(%)。100%表示所有蚜虫被杀死;0%表示无蚜虫被杀死。将测得的死亡率代入Colby公式(见式1)。
在本试验中,例如,以下本发明的活性化合物结合物与分别施用的活性化合物相比,显示出了协同增强的活性。

猿叶虫(Phaedon cochleariae)幼虫试验
溶剂:7重量份二甲基甲酰胺

为制备适合的活性化合物制剂,将1重量份的活性化合物与所述量的溶剂和乳化剂混合,并将浓液用水稀释至所需浓度。
将甘蓝叶浸没在所需浓度的活性化合物制剂中来对其进行处理,并且在叶片仍湿润时接入辣根猿叶虫(Phaedon cochleariae)幼虫。
经所需时间后测定死亡率(%)。100%表示所有甲虫幼虫被杀死;0%表示无蚜虫被杀死。将测得的死亡率代入Colby公式(见式1)。
在本试验中,以下本发明的活性化合物结合物与分别施用的活性化合物相比,显示出了协同增强的活性。

Claims (13)
1.活性化合物结合物,含有至少一种式(I)化合物和至少一种式(II)化合物
其中
R 代表甲基或环丙基,
其中
Het 代表选自如下杂环的杂环:
2-氯吡啶-5-基、2-甲基吡啶-5-基、2-氯-1-氧-吡啶-5-基、2,3-二氯吡啶-5-基、2,3-二氯-1-氧-吡啶-5-基、四氢呋喃-3-基、5-甲基-四氢呋喃-3-基、2-氯-1,3-噻唑-5-基,
R 代表氢、C1-C6-烷基、C2-C6-烯基、C2-C6-炔基或-C(=O)-CH3,或者与R2一起代表如下基团之一:
-CH2-CH2-、-CH=CH-、-CH2-CH2-CH2-、-CH2-0-CH2-、-CH2-S-CH2-、-CH2-NH-CH2-、-CH2-N(CH3)-CH2-并且
X 代表N-NO2、-N-CN或CH-NO2,
A 代表甲基、N(R1)(R2)或S(R2)
其中
R1 代表氢、C1-C6-烷基、苯基-C1-C4-烷基、C3-C6-环烷基、C2-C6-烯基或C2-C6-炔基,并且
R2 代表氢、C1-C6-烷基、C2-C6-烯基、C2-C6-炔基或-C(=O)-CH3。
3.权利要求1定义的活性化合物结合物用于防治害虫的用途。
4.防治害虫的方法,其特征在于,使权利要求1定义的活性化合物结合物作用于害虫和/或其生境和/或种子。
5.根据权利要求4的方法,其特征在于,使式I的活性化合物和式II的活性化合物同时作用于种子,所述式II的活性化合物优选新烟碱类1-7的一种。
6.根据权利要求4的方法,其特征在于,使式I的活性化合物和式II的活性化合物在不同的时间作用于种子,所述式II的活性化合物优选新烟碱类1-7的一种。
7.制备杀虫和杀螨组合物的方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1定义的活性化合物结合物与填充剂和/或表面活性剂混合。
8.根据权利要求1的活性化合物结合物用于处理种子的用途。
9.根据权利要求1的活性化合物结合物用于处理转基因植物的用途。
10.根据权利要求1的活性化合物结合物用于处理转基因植物种子的用途。
11.用权利要求1的活性化合物结合物处理过的种子。
12.根据权利要求11的种子,所述种子经式I的活性化合物和式II的活性化合物同时处理过,所述式II的活性化合物优选新烟碱类1-7的一种。
13.根据权利要求11的种子,所述种子经式I的活性化合物和式II的活性化合物在不同时间处理过,所述式II的活性化合物优选新烟碱类1-7的一种。
