Abstract

本发明提供一种涂层式医用制品，至少在涂层式医用制品的一侧设有功能性涂层。本发明还提供一种涂层式医用制品的生产方法，包括：备料步骤；传送步骤；涂层步骤；烘干步骤；焙烘步骤。本发明提供的涂层式医用制品增加了防水功能，能够有效的防止水、酒精、血液、油污等液体浸润水刺无纺布对医护人员的皮肤造成的污染，减少医护人员患病的机率。

涂层式医用制品
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗领域，特别涉及一种涂层式医用制品。
背景技术
目前在医院的手术过程中，医生都会身穿手术衣进行操作，同时病患的手术部位也会覆盖有手术洞巾。现有的手术衣和手术洞巾通常采用无纺布制造，具有结构紧密、质地柔软、无刺激、低毛屑脱落等优点。现有的无纺布医用制品具有液体浸润性，手术时病患身体切口部位喷溅的血液、体液浸润手术衣、手术巾，从而与医护人员的皮肤相接触。由于人的皮肤能够吸收液体，液体从皮肤进入人体，导致对医护人员的污染，因而可能产生交叉感染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涂层式医用制品，以增强人们在医疗过程中的操作安全性。
本发明提供一种涂层式医用制品，由水刺无纺布制成，至少在水刺无纺布的一侧设有功能性涂层。
上述功能性涂层是防水透气涂层。上述防水透气涂层采用聚四氟乙烯材料，聚氨酯材料或丙烯酸酯材料中一种或多种。
优选地，上述水刺无纺布采用全棉材料。优选地，上述水刺无纺布还可以采用棉和高分子聚合物混合制成。
上述涂层式医用制品包括涂层式手术衣和涂层式手术洞巾。
本发明还提供一种涂层式医用制品的生产方法，包括：备料步骤，准备水刺无纺布；传送步骤，将准备好的水刺无纺布送至生产工位；涂层步骤，将功能性涂层材料涂抹在位于生产工位的水刺无纺布的表面；烘干步骤，采用辐射、热风、烘筒方式中的一种或多种进行烘干，促进涂层干燥；焙烘步骤，使用高温热风使功能性涂层材料和纤维发生交联、固化。
上述涂层步骤包括圆网印涂、辊涂、淋涂、泡沫涂、喷涂、刮刀涂和转移涂中一种或多种。
本发明提供的涂层式医用制品增加了防水功能，能够有效的防止水、酒精、血液、油污等液体浸润水刺无纺布对医护人员的皮肤造成的污染，减少患病的机率。

本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例，参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
参照图1，示出本发明实施例一涂层式医用制品的结构示意图。一种涂层式医用制品由水刺无纺布1制成。至少在水刺无纺布1的一侧设有功能性涂层，功能性涂层是防水透气涂层。如图1水刺无纺布1的一侧设有第一防水透气涂层2，图1中用自然断裂线表示水刺无纺布1的省略部分。第一防水透气涂层2可以采用聚四氟乙烯材料、聚氨酯材料或丙烯酸酯材料中一种或多种。优选地第一防水透气涂层2采用聚四氟乙烯材料。优选地，第一防水透气层2采用聚氨酯材料。聚四氟乙烯材料、聚氨酯材料和丙烯酸酯材料具有防水透气的特性。
水刺无纺布1可以采用全棉材料也可以采用棉和高分子聚合物混合制成。
优选地，水刺无纺布1采用全棉材料制成，全棉材料使人感觉更加舒适，没有刺激性。
水刺无纺布1可以做成涂层式手术衣和涂层式手术洞巾等医用制品。
本发明一种涂层式医用制品的生产方法包括：备料步骤，即准备水刺无纺布；传送步骤，将水刺无纺布送至生产工位；涂层步骤，包括圆网印涂、辊涂、淋涂、泡沫涂、喷涂、刮刀涂和转移涂，可以采用其中的一种或多种方式将防水透气涂层涂在水刺无纺布的表面；烘干步骤，可以采用辐射、热风、烘筒等方式中的一种或多种进行烘干，促进涂层干燥；焙烘步骤，使用高温热风使防水透气涂层材料和纤维发生交联、固化。水刺无纺布经烘干固化后进行卷曲，再经分切、裁剪，缝制成手术衣或手术洞巾。
图2示出本发明实施例二涂层式医用制品的结构示意图，水刺无纺布1还设有第二防水透气涂层3，使水刺无纺布1的两面都含有防水透气涂层，优选地第二防水透气涂层3采用聚四氟乙烯材料。
在本发明的实施例三中，涂层式手术衣或者涂层式手术洞巾的多侧都设有防水透气涂层，如涂层式手术衣的前胸的外侧和内侧，后背的外侧和内侧都设有防水透气涂层，甚至是涂层式手术衣的所有面都设有防水透气涂层。
在本发明的实施例四中，水刺无纺布1由棉和高分材料混合制成。棉材料和高分子聚合物材料的比例为棉材料占65％-95％，高分子聚合材料占35％-5％。高分子聚合物优选地采用丙纶。优选地，高分子聚合物还可以采用涤纶纤维。增加了高分子聚合物材料的水刺无纺布比全棉的水刺无纺布抗皱性更好，成本也相对较低。
手术时，医护人员身着具有防水透气涂层的涂层式手术衣，病人手术部位覆盖有具有防水透气涂层的涂层式手术洞巾。手术期间即使病人的血液或者体液喷溅到涂层式手术洞巾和医护人员的涂层式手术衣上，液体也不会浸透，可有效的防止病人的血液或体液与医护人员的皮肤相接触，杜绝了交叉感染的发生，能够充分的保护医护人员的健康。

1.一种涂层式医用制品，由水刺无纺布制成，其特征在于，至少在水刺无纺布的一侧设有功能性涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂层式医用制品，其特征在于，所述功能性涂层是防水透气涂层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的涂层式医用制品，其特征在于，所述防水透气涂层采用聚四氟乙烯材料、聚氨酯材料或丙烯酸酯材料中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂层式医用制品，其特征在于，所述水刺无纺布采用全棉材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涂层式医用制品，其特征在于，所述水刺无纺布采用棉和高分子聚合物混合制成。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一权利要求所述的涂层式医用制品，其特征在于，所述涂层式医用制品包括涂层式手术衣和涂层式手术洞巾。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涂层式医用制品的生产方法，包括：
备料步骤，准备水刺无纺布；
传送步骤，将准备好的水刺无纺布送至生产工位；
涂层步骤，将功能性涂层材料涂抹在位于生产工位的水刺无纺布的表面；
烘干步骤，采用辐射、热风、烘筒方式中的一种或多种进行烘干，促进涂层干燥；
焙烘步骤，使用高温热风使功能性涂层材料和纤维发生交联、固化。
8.根据权利要求7所述的涂层式医用制品的生产方法，其特征在于，所述涂层步骤包括圆网印涂、辊涂、淋涂、泡沫涂、刮刀涂、喷涂和转移涂中一种或多种。
