Abstract
本实用新型提供一种防侧漏的卫生巾，其吸收表层的巾身部分打孔，巾身两旁边是不打孔不透水的，在巾身两侧至护翼处覆盖有一层亲肤的柔软无纺布面料。在不透水底层上顺序排列有吸收芯，无尘纸和抗菌无纺布，巾身四周及护翼部压有周封，其面上压有三层扩散型的点花。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种妇女用卫生巾，特别是涉及卫生巾的巾身吸收体四周压有周封，透水表层材料中间部分打孔，两边不打孔，在吸收芯上顺序排列有无尘纸、抗菌无纺布，在吸收表层中间的打孔材料、抗菌无纺布和无尘纸上压有扩散式的点花的标准或薄型或超薄卫生巾。
已有技术中的卫生巾在使用过程中遇到经血量很大时，仍会出现经血从卫生巾的两侧渗漏出来，产生侧漏和弄脏裤子的现象。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种对吸收芯及面层结构进行改进的卫生巾，可以更好地防止侧漏。
据中国专利的有关资料查新表明，目前尚未见到此类改进型的防侧漏卫生巾。
本实用新型是这样实现的：防侧漏卫生巾，其吸收芯为绒毛桨+SAP和无尘纸的结合体或无尘纸包覆绒毛桨与SAP或其它形式的吸收芯，在吸收芯的上面顺序排列有无尘纸和抗菌无纺布，它们共同组成吸收体，抗菌无纺布既可以迅速传导又可以抑杀细菌，无尘纸可使经血迅速传导到吸收芯内以保持卫生巾的干爽。吸收表层为特别工艺制造的PE膜，其中间部分是打有孔洞，两旁边不打孔，它与底层不透水或不透水表可透气的材料(PE膜或其他材料)粘合或压合，形成四周密封，阻断已吸收经血的卫生巾向两边外渗。在吸收表层中间部分的打孔材料、抗菌无纺布和无尘纸三层材料上打有的扩射状的点花，可增强经血表面的渗透性。由于无尘纸及无纺布能迅速渗透经血，并扩散到绒毛桨及SAP层，而SAP能够快速吸收与凝固血液，加上吸收芯上面的表层、无纺布、无尘纸三层隔层，使卫生巾保持表面干爽。独特的打孔面层与合理的材料组合，使得经血不能向吸收表层的两旁边外渗，只能向卫生巾的中间部分迅速地渗入到吸收体内，四周又形成周封，达到双重防止侧漏的效果。在吸收表层的两旁边的不打孔不透水材料至护翼上面覆盖有一层亲肤柔软的无纺布面料，使卫生巾与人体皮肤接触时柔软舒适。
本实用新型的优点是：防侧漏性能强、快速吸收、干爽、薄型与超薄型卫生巾贴身，标准型卫生巾实用，使用时舒适柔软、抗菌除臭、结构新颖，更适合女性经期使用。

下面结合附图进一步详细说明本实用新型的具体结构。
参照图1，在不透水或不透水可透气底层1上顺序排列有吸收芯2，无尘纸3和抗菌无纺布4，吸收芯为绒毛浆+ASP和无尘纸的结合体或为无尘纸包覆的绒毛浆+ASP或其它形式的吸收芯。5为特别工艺制造的PE或其它材料制成的吸收表层，它巾身部分有漏斗型或其它形状的孔，沿巾身两侧延伸部不打孔不透水。在巾身两侧至护翼处覆盖有一层亲肤的柔软无纺布面料6，吸收表层5，与不透水或不透水可透气底层1三种材料之间用热溶胶粘合或压合，在巾身的四周形成周封7，周封能阻断与吸收经血的卫生巾向两边外渗，防止侧漏。在吸收表层中间部分的打孔材料和抗菌无纺和无尘纸三层材料上打有放射状的点花。
参照图2，7为从正面看的周封，8为柔软无纺布面料6与吸收表层的粘接处。图中所示扩散式点花是将三层材料加上穿透式或非穿透式的点压，它们可以是点-点、点-线连接组成的或是线-线段或点-线段或点-导流槽相结合组成的。
图3、图4、图5均为本实用新型的一些实施例。
本实用新型中的抗菌无纺布是由化学的或生物的或纳米等其它具有抗菌性能的材料制成的。本实用新型由于吸收芯厚度的不同使得卫生巾可以制造成标准型、薄型、超薄型产品。
本实用新型未涉及部分属已有技术。
Claims (6)
1.一种巾身两侧不透水的防侧漏卫生巾，具有不透水可透气底层或不透水底层和导流槽，两侧有护翼，其特征在于在不透水可透气底层或不透水底层上顺序排列有吸收芯、无尘纸、抗菌无纺布，其吸收表层的巾身部分有打孔，巾身的两旁边是不打孔不透水的，在巾身两旁边至护翼处覆盖有一层亲肤的柔软无纺布面料，在吸收表层中间的打孔材料、抗菌无纺布和无尘纸上压有扩散状的点花，巾身的四周及护翼部压有周封。
2.根据权利要求1的防侧漏卫生巾，其特征在于所述吸收表层是特别工艺制造的PE或其它材料，巾身部位打有漏斗型或其它形状的孔，沿巾身两侧延伸部不打孔不透水。
3.根据权利要求1的防侧漏卫生巾，其特征在于所述的吸收芯是由无尘纸、绒毛桨和SAP材料组成的，经一定工序的处理而形成的薄型复合吸收芯，或由无尘纸和复合吸收芯材料组成，经由一定工序的处理而形成的超薄型复合吸收芯，或由含绒毛浆与SAP材料组成的，经一定工序处理而形成标准的吸收芯。
4.根据权利要求1的防侧漏卫生巾，其特征在于所述的扩散状点花是将三层材料加上穿透式的或非穿透式的压点，它们是点或是线或是点-线连接组成的或是线-线段或点-线段或点-导流槽相结合组成的。
5.根据权利要求1的防侧漏卫生巾，其特征在于所述的抗菌无纺布是由化学的或生物的或纳米等其它具有抗菌性能的材料制成的。
6.根据权利要求1的防侧漏卫生巾，其特征在于所述的不透水可透气底层、吸收体、表层复合物的外观形状是护翼型或扇尾双护翼型或是哑铃型或是直条形的。
