Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆的座椅组件。更具体地,本发明涉及一种具有折叠放平机构的座椅组件,所述折叠放平机构用于使座椅靠背枢转为平靠住座垫同时使座垫向前运动并平靠住车辆的地板。
背景技术
机动车辆包括用于支撑车辆内乘坐者的座椅组件。座椅组件通常至少设置在车辆的前排或第一排以及后排或第二排。每个座椅组件通常包括与大体竖直的座椅靠背联接的大体水平的座垫。座椅领域公知提供一种可收起的座椅组件,该座椅组件可在用于在车辆地板上方支撑乘坐者的乘坐位置和平躺地靠住地板或嵌入在地板中形成的凹部中的收起位置之间运动。通常,在这种座椅组件中,座椅靠背以可枢转方式联接座垫,以在大致竖直的位置和覆盖座垫的向前折叠放平位置之间运动。

发明内容
根据本发明的一方面,座椅组件适于联接至机动车辆的地板。该座椅组件包括具有前端及后端的座垫和具有上端及下端的座椅靠背。支撑支架适于联接在座椅靠背和车辆的地板之间。调角机构以可枢转方式联接在支撑支架和座椅靠背的下端之间,用于支撑所述座椅靠背在竖直位置和覆盖所述座垫的折叠放平位置之间作枢转运动。一对座垫支撑连杆以可枢转方式联接在座垫的前端和地板之间以支撑和引导座垫。折叠放平机构在操作上联接在座垫的后端和座椅靠背的下端之间。
该折叠放平机构包括:传送连杆,其以可枢转方式联接至支撑支架;座垫连杆,其联接在座垫和传送连杆之间;以及座椅靠背连杆,其联接在座椅靠背和传送连杆之间,以通过传送连杆将座椅靠背的枢转运动传送至座垫连杆,从而使座椅组件在乘坐位置和收起位置之间自动地运动,其中在乘坐位置,座椅靠背处于竖直位置并且座垫位于地板上方并与地板隔开,在收起位置,座椅靠背枢转至覆盖座垫的折叠放平位置并且座垫平躺地靠住地板。

具体实施方式
参照图1和2,用于机动车辆的座椅组件总体用10标出。在所示的实施方式中,座椅组件10用于车辆的第二排或乘客排。然而,要理解的是,座椅组件10可用在车辆内的任何乘坐位置,这不偏离本发明的范围。座椅组件10包括用于将座椅乘坐者支撑在车辆的地板14上方的座垫12。座椅组件10还包括座椅靠背16,座椅靠背16在操作上与座垫12联接并可在如图1所示的大体竖直位置和如图2所示的覆盖在座垫12上的向前折叠放平位置之间运动。如本领域所公知的调角机构18设置为用于使座椅靠背16在竖直位置和折叠放平位置之间枢转运动。调角机构18还可提供座椅靠背16相对于座垫12前后枢转的倾角调整,以为乘坐者提供舒适性。座椅组件1可在如图1所示的乘坐位置和如图2所示的收起位置之间运动,其中在乘坐位置,座椅靠背16处于竖直位置并且座垫在车辆的地板14上方并与车辆的地板隔开,在收起位置,座椅靠背16转动至折叠放平位置并且座垫12平躺地靠在地板14上。
参照图3至6,座垫12包括椅盘20,所述椅盘具有相对的顶部轮廓表面22和底部轮廓表面24并在前端26和后端28之间延伸。椅盘20的底面24成形为与车辆的地板14的相应轮廓相匹配,使得座垫12在座椅组件10处于收起位置时平齐地靠着地板14。前支撑杆30稳固地固定在底面24上并在与椅盘20的前端26相邻地方处在座垫12的相对侧之间横向延伸。后支撑杆32同样稳固地固定在底面24上并在与椅盘20的后端28相邻的地方处在座垫12的相对侧之间横向延伸。一对座垫支撑连杆34以可枢转方式联接在前支撑杆30和地板14之间,用于以可枢转方式支撑并引导座垫12。更具体地,每一座垫支撑连杆34在与前支撑杆30的末端38以可枢转方式连接的第一端36和与车辆地板14以可枢转方式连接的相对的第二端40之间延伸。
座椅靠背16包括座椅靠背框架42,所述座椅靠背框架在上端44和下端46之间延伸。调角托架48在与座椅靠背框架42的下端46相邻的地方处从座椅靠背框架42的每一侧延伸。支撑托架50以可枢转方式联接每个调角托架48并且每个支撑托架50稳固地固定在地板14上,用于以可枢转方式支撑座椅靠背16。更具体地,每个支撑托架50大致是U形并包括外部52以及向内偏移并与外部52平行的内部54。每个调角机构18都包括调角轴56,该轴以可枢转方式连接调角托架48和支撑托架50的外部52,以对座椅靠背16提供在竖直位置和折叠放平位置之间的枢转运动。
参照图4至6,座椅组件10包括总体用58标出的折叠放平机构。折叠放平机构58在操作上联接在座垫12和座椅靠背16之间,以使座椅组件10响应于座椅靠背16在竖直位置和折叠放平位置之间的枢转运动而在乘坐位置和收起位置之间自动地运动。折叠放平机构58包括三角形的传送连杆60,所述传送连杆60具有限定传送连杆60各个角的第一枢轴62、第二枢轴64和第三枢轴66。第一枢轴62将传送连杆60以可枢转方式连接至支撑托架50的内部54。座垫连杆68在与后支撑杆32的末端72以可枢转方式连接的第一端70和与传送连杆60的第二枢轴64以可枢转方式连接的相对的第二端74之间延伸。座椅靠背连杆76在枢轴80处与调角托架48以可枢转方式连接的第一端78和与传送连杆60的第三枢轴66以可枢转方式连接的相对的第二端82之间延伸。在所示的实施方式中,当座椅组件10处于乘坐位置时,座椅靠背连杆76的第一端78和调角托架48之间的枢轴80位于调角轴56的前方并与调角轴56隔开。传送连杆60的第三枢轴66位于传送连杆60的第二枢轴64的下方并与第二枢轴64隔开。需要理解的是,虽然仅详述了一个折叠放平机构,但是座垫12和座椅靠背16的横向侧面都能由折叠放平机构58在操作上联接。
操作时,从座椅组件10处于乘坐位置开始,座垫12由座垫支撑连杆34和座垫连杆68支撑车辆地板14的上方并与车辆的地板14隔开,如图1和3所示。座椅靠背16由调角托架48和座椅靠背连杆76支撑在竖直位置。为了使座椅组件10从乘坐位置运动到收起位置,调角机构18由本领域公知的任意装置释放以解除锁定并允许座椅靠背16绕调角轴56向前朝如图2和7所示的折叠放平位置枢转。响应于座椅靠背16的枢转运动,折叠放平机构58自动向前并向下朝地板14移动座垫12。更具体地,当座椅靠背16向前转动时,座椅靠背连杆76经第三枢轴66向下推动传送连杆60,从而迫使传送连杆60绕与支撑托架50的内部54以可枢转方式连接的第一枢轴62枢转。传送连杆60绕第一枢轴62的枢转运动被传送到第二枢轴64,以向前并向下推动座垫连杆68从而使座垫12向前朝车辆的地板14运动。同时,座垫支撑连杆34绕第二端40枢转以移动座垫12,并因此向前向下移动座椅组件10。座椅靠背16继续向前枢转到覆盖座垫12的折叠放平位置,直到如图2和7所示座垫12平躺地靠住车辆的地板14并且座椅组件10处于收起位置。
为了使座椅组件10回位到乘坐位置,简单地使座椅靠背16从折叠放平位置向上枢转离开座垫12至竖直位置。响应于座椅靠背16的枢转运动,折叠放平机构58自动将座垫12从地板14向上并向后移开。更具体地,当座椅靠背16向上枢转时,座椅靠背连杆76经第三枢轴66向上拉动传送连杆60,从而迫使传送连杆60绕第一枢轴62反向枢转。传送连杆60的枢转运动同时将座垫连杆68经第二枢轴64向上拉动以将座垫12从车辆的地板14升起。同时,座垫支撑连杆34绕第二端40枢转以使座垫12向上并向后从地板14移开。座椅靠背16继续向上枢转到竖直位置,直到座垫12位于车辆的地板14的上方并与地板14隔开并且座椅组件10回位到如图1和6所示的乘坐位置。
已在此以示例的方式对本发明进行说明,需要理解的是,所使用的术语实质是词语和描述,而不是限制性的。可按照以上教导对本发明做出多种改型和变型。因此要理解的是,在所附权利要求的范围内,可在本说明书特别列举的范围之外来实践本发明。
Claims (2)
1.一种座椅组件(10),其适于联接至机动车辆的地板(14),所述座椅组件(10)包括:
座垫(12),其具有前端(26)及后端(28);
座椅靠背(16),其具有上端(44)及下端(46);
支撑托架(50),其适于联接在所述座椅靠背(16)和所述车辆的地板(14)之间;
一对座垫支撑连杆(34),其联接在所述座垫(12)的前端(26)和所述地板(14)之间,用于以可枢转方式支撑并引导所述座垫(12);以及
折叠放平机构(58),其在操作上联接在所述座垫(12)的所述后端(28)和所述座椅靠背(16)的所述下端(46)之间,所述折叠放平机构(58)包括:传送连杆(60),其与所述支撑托架(50)以可枢转方式联接;座垫连杆(68),其联接在所述座垫(12)和所述传送连杆(60)之间;以及座椅靠背连杆(76),其联接在所述座椅靠背(16)和所述传送连杆(60)之间,以通过所述传送连杆(60)将所述座椅靠背(16)的枢转运动传送到所述座垫连杆(68),从而使所述座椅组件(10)在乘坐位置和收起位置之间自动地运动,其中在所述乘坐位置时,所述座椅靠背(16)处于所述竖直位置并且所述座垫(12)位于所述地板(14)的上方且与所述地板(14)隔开,在所述收起位置,所述座椅靠背(16)枢转至所述折叠放平位置并且所述座垫(12)平躺地靠住所述地板(14),
其特征在于,
所述座椅组件(10)还包括调角机构(18),其以可枢转方式联接在所述支撑托架(50)和所述座椅靠背(16)的所述下端(46)之间,用于支撑所述座椅靠背(16)在竖直位置和覆盖所述座垫(12)的折叠放平位置之间作枢转运动;并且
所述传送连杆(60)构造成单侧杠杆,通过经由所述传送连杆(60)沿相同方向延伸行进而将枢转运动传送到所述座垫连杆(68)。
