Abstract

本申请是原案申请号为200310120651.6,申请日为2003年12月16日,发明名称为‘唇形密封件的耐磨套筒’的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机的唇形密封件。本发明尤其涉及一种轴耐磨套筒,其用于防止由于唇形密封件摩擦而导致曲轴过度磨损。
背景技术
例如形式为用于运输车辆的制冷设备的制冷系统在最简单的形式中包括压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀装置和蒸发器,它们顺序地连接以形成密封的制冷循环回路。在使用往复式压缩机的系统中,这些系统必须用润滑油来润滑,该润滑油与该压缩机压缩的制冷剂相混合。
典型的往复式压缩机包括在气缸内往复运动的活塞,以便机械地压缩气态制冷剂。可设置适当的集管和阀,以便当活塞下冲程过程时将气体吸入到气缸内,当活塞上冲程时压缩该气体。
在这种压缩机中使用油,以便润滑各个部件和在其间的界面。为了在开式驱动结构的压缩机中保持制冷剂压力,在这种结构中驱动源外接到压缩机上,其中使用了机械式轴密封装置。压缩机的油泵采用了油膜来密封,以防止加压气体泄漏并在运行过程中润滑该密封件的端面。例如,机械式轴密封件可使用在压缩机的曲轴上,其中曲轴在填料盖板附近离开压缩机曲轴箱。这种压缩机的曲轴箱还可采用附加的密封件,通常为唇形密封件,以便防止压缩机外界的致污物进入。因此,唇形密封件通常是保护压缩机内部运转的最后防护,该唇形密封件在机械式轴密封装置的外侧并通常位于填料盖板组件处。
唇形密封件通常由可耐受曲轴的恒速旋转的材料制成。该唇形密封件的材料对于旋转运动是弹性的,并且在该唇形密封件的后面装有径向弹簧,在运行过程中该弹簧迫使该密封件与曲轴接触。这种连续接触和旋转运动需要改善轴表面的硬度和表面质量(粗糙度),以便耐受唇形密封件/曲轴的界面的过早损坏。因为该原因,在现有技术中,如果轴没有足够的硬度且没有加工成具有合格的表面质量,则唇形密封件在与轴接触的区域处具有磨损该曲轴的趋势。由于机械磨削作用,在曲轴上与唇形密封件的磨损形成间隙通道。这种情况导致污物进入到压缩机的腔室中,从而损坏了压缩机的内部机构,和/或使得油泄漏到到压缩机的外部,并且更严重地导致需要更换轴,这是费用高昂且可能非常费事的工作。
发明内容
本发明的一目的在于提高压缩机曲轴的寿命。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种曲轴结构,以便防止由于唇形密封件引起的轴磨损,并且由此增加曲轴的寿命并减轻压缩机的维护工作。
本发明的这些和其它的目的通过使用依据本发明的用于压缩机的曲轴来实现,该曲轴结合有唇形密封件。该曲轴包括:形成该曲轴的第一材料;在该曲轴上与该唇形密封件接合的区域;和用于防止由于与该唇形密封件的摩擦接触而引起的该曲轴磨损的保护装置。该保护装置包括加入到所述曲轴中的辅助材料,以便在所述区域中使得该曲轴具有硬化的表面。该保护装置优选地采用在该曲轴上的耐磨套筒的形式。该耐磨套筒由第二材料形成,当与该唇形密封件接触时,该第二材料的磨损低于该第一材料,并且该耐磨套筒与曲轴独立地形成,并可拆卸以便更换。

具体实施方式
本发明在以下的详细描述中涉及用于空调或制冷系统的往复式压缩机。尽管相对于结合在空调或制冷系统中的制冷回路示出了压缩机的结构并进行了相关的描述,但是应当理解,油收集、润滑、和导流的方法可等效地适用于其它形式的压缩机、泵和其它应用场合。
参照图1,所示的压缩机10包括壳体12。工作活塞14安装成以便在气缸16内往复运动。每一活塞借助连杆20连接到曲轴18上。连杆20围绕曲轴18的偏置部分22固定。曲轴18包括配重部分24,以便对曲轴中的旋转不均匀性进行配平。该曲轴安装在套筒28内,并且在该套筒内旋转,且延伸穿过壳体12的轴密封腔26。
参照图2和图4,在曲轴离开壳体12的位置处详细地示出了曲轴密封机构31。曲轴18穿过机械式轴密封弹簧组件45、轴端面密封件29、33、填料盖板32、和具有耐磨表面39的唇形密封件38。如图3所示,填料盖板垫圈35用于防止壳体与填料盖板之间的渗漏。端面密封件33呈大致圆柱体的形状,并且具有O形圈36,该O形圈在填料盖板32的内径A部分内保持固定。唇形密封件38在较小的内径B的位置处固定在填料盖板32内,靠近内径A但是与内径A的位置处间隔开,该唇形密封件具有防止污物进入到轴密封腔内的功能。
曲轴密封机构还包括由弹性材料制成的圆柱形主体44,以使在该主体与曲轴之间使用油来作为制冷剂密封。弹簧45围绕该主体44的外部盘绕并且抵靠曲轴密封止推端面43,以便在两个轴端面密封件29、33之间提供轴向载荷。
此处描述的本发明在操作上防止由于与唇形密封件38摩擦接触而导致的曲轴18过度磨损。因此,在优选实施例中,曲轴18包括加入其中的相对于曲轴具有硬化表面的材料,还特别地包括可更换的耐磨套筒48,该套筒与曲轴分开地形成,并且在与唇形密封件38接触的区域49中装接到曲轴上。如图4所示,该耐磨套筒是圆柱体形状的,并且装配在曲轴18上并固定到其上,该曲轴具有直径缩减部分50,该部分加工成接收该耐磨套筒。该耐磨套筒以已知方式装接到该轴上,例如粘合剂粘接、焊接、或压配合胶粘。该耐磨套筒还可呈多个部段并通过焊接或粘合剂粘接进行装接。该耐磨套筒可优选地由硬化钢形成,该硬化钢具有大于曲轴18的硬度的硬度,并且具有由唇形密封件制造商规定的可接受的硬度等级。该耐磨套筒还按照这样一种方式来制造,即,以便实现可接受的表面质量(粗糙度)以及唇形密封件制造商规定的次要要求。
尽管参照优选实施例和特定形式的压缩机来描述本发明,但是本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可在本发明的精神和范围内进行各种变型和改变,本发明可应用于不同形式的压缩机或者装有相似类型的轴密封的其它机构。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于压缩机的曲轴,该曲轴结合有唇形密封件,该曲轴包括:
形成该曲轴的第一材料,该曲轴具有一外直径;
在该曲轴的外直径上与该唇形密封件接合的区域,其中该区域具有直径缩减部分;和
在该曲轴上的耐磨套筒,该套筒用于防止由于与该唇形密封件的摩擦接触而引起的该曲轴磨损,该套筒被接收在该曲轴的所述直径缩减部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的曲轴,其特征在于,所述套筒具有一外圆周表面,该外圆周表面与该曲轴的外直径部分的外圆周表面齐平。
