Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用作漂白活化剂的具有铵腈(ammonionitrile)单元的聚合物、其制备方法和其作为衣物洗涤剂、清洁组合物和消毒组合物以及在纺织品漂白和纸张漂白中的用途。
具有铵腈单元(氨基腈季铵化物(quats))的漂白活化剂已经为人们所知一段时间。
与其他漂白活化剂相比,这些腈季铵化物具有独特的特性,即它们能够在20-60℃的宽温度范围内连续具有漂白活性。此外,由于它们通常为固体,具有水溶性和低气味,因此它们可以进行有效的处理。
腈季铵化物具有高活性。在20℃下与TAED相比,它们通常表现出提高5倍的活性。此外,还应指出它们对pH依赖性低。
在Tenside Surf.Det.34(1997)6,404-409中研究了目前使用的漂白活化剂关于它们的漂白活性和颜色损害的比较。在这些研究中,腈季铵化物显示出良好的结果。
在文献中常常提到的腈季铵化物是式为R1R2R3N+-CH2-CN X-,其中R1-R3通常为烷基的铵乙腈盐类的单体。
DE-A10211389中也描述了这种盐,其中至少两个基团是具有至少4个碳原子的烃链。
DE-A19605526中也公开了用作漂白活化剂的上述类型的盐类,不同之处在于氮上的两个基团与它们键接的氮一起形成杂环。
DE-A10038844中描述了类似于上式的阳离子漂白活化剂,阴离子是异丙苯磺酸盐。
最后,DE10057045中公开了基于上式的乙腈类的颗粒状漂白活化剂。

EP-A303520中描述了基于含铵乙腈具有线性低分子量聚合物的漂白剂。
然而,据由现有技术已知的腈季铵化物也有某些缺点。
首先,由于它们的高纤维亲合性,它们可能引起显著的颜色损害。此外,它们具有潜在的残余危害,以及可能具有敏化作用。此外,根据现有技术的腈季铵化物至少在某种程度上对环境构成危害,原因是,尽管可以迅速水解,但它们几乎是不能生物降解的,即使有的话,而仅仅是生物可消除的。
因此仍需要腈季铵化物至少没有现有技术存在的某些缺点,或者使之没有达到同样的程度,但是却有可比或更好的漂白活化性能。
因此本发明的目的是提供改进的腈季铵化物,其至少没有现有技术的某些缺点,或使之程度降低,和/或然而能具有可比或更好的漂白活化性能,特别是在疏水污物情况下。
该目的通过一种用作漂白活化剂的聚合物而实现,其包含单体单元:
其中n为1-4的整数,R为支化或未支化的、饱和或不饱和的任选间隔氧的具有1-20个碳原子的烃基基团。
已发现,推测是由于本发明漂白活化剂的聚合性质,以及特别是由于额外存在单体单元A1,因此能够实现改进的性能。
例如,借助较低的渗透率,如通过表皮阻隔可以防止腈季铵化物损害健康的效果或减少它们的不利作用。在本发明聚合物中也可以优选建立较低的阳离子密度,其可以导致降低的纤维亲合性以及颜色和纤维的损害。
尤其是,本发明聚合物特别适合于除去疏水污物,特别是体脂或油(天然的或合成的)的情况下,非常特别的是在低温下,优选在0℃-25℃下。
在A1、A2和A3中,n为每种情况下已有基团上的其他亚甲基基团数,n可以设定为1、2、3或4。优选n=1。
在A1、A2和A3中,R代表支化的或未支化的、饱和的或不饱和的,任选间隔氧的具有1-20个碳原子的烃基基团。
烃基基团优选脂肪族无环烃基基团。间隔氧的烃基基团优选进一步专有地或部分地具有乙氧基和丙氧基、丁氧基或戊氧基单元。尤其是烃基基团为C1-C20烷基链。R最优选甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基或叔丁基。
本发明聚合物优选基于聚亚烷基亚胺类,或由它们制备。特别优选聚乙烯亚胺作为起始化合物。然而起始化合物也可以是其他聚合物或是共聚物或嵌段聚合物,在这种情况下至少一个组分优选为聚亚烷基亚胺。有用的其他组分例如是脂族或芳族聚醚,胺端基聚合物,例如来自Huntsman(The Woodlands,USA)的或其物理混合物。
此外,其他单体单元也可以出现在聚合物中。例如,可能出现其中没有R基团的A1、A2和A3不带电荷的衍生物。其中一个或两个氰甲基已被R代替的A2和A3的衍生物也可能作为单体单元存在于本发明聚合物中。
R优选2次或3次存在于至多25%,进一步优选至多50%,更优选至多75%存在于本发明聚合物中的单体单元中。
带正电荷单体单元与不带电荷单体单元之比同样优选至少0.25,优选至少1,更优选至少5,甚至更优选至少10,甚至更优选20,最优选100。
本发明聚合物的logP值优选-3至6.5,更优选-2至4,尤其优选-1至2.5。logP定义为辛醇-水混合物中物质分配系数的对数。logP值通常在低活性情况下在-1以下,而在较高活性情况下在1以上。
作为聚合物中带正电荷基团的平衡离子,也可以使用本领域技术人员已知的阴离子。它们的实例是氯化物、溴化物、碘化物、氟化物、硫酸盐、硫酸氢盐、碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐、磷酸盐、磷酸氢盐和磷酸二氢盐、焦磷酸盐、偏磷酸盐、硝酸盐、焦亚硫酸盐、十二烷基硫酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸盐、膦酸盐、甲基膦酸盐、甲烷二磺酸盐、甲基磺酸盐、乙烷磺酸盐、甲苯磺酸盐、苯磺酸盐或异丙苯磺酸盐。
单体单元A1、A2和A3和任何存在的其他单元,合适的话,在每种情况下可以无规或以嵌段分布于聚合物中。聚合物中每种单体单元A1、A2和A3(摩尔)比率优选在每种情况下各自为0.01-0.5,更优选为0.05-0.4。
本发明聚合物的平均分子质量优选500g/mol-500000g/mol。平均分子质量优选500g/mol-50000g/mol,特别是800g/mol-25000g/mol而且最优选为1000g/mol-5000g/mol。
本发明聚合物可以通过本身已知的方法制备。
制备这种聚合物的一种方法包含以下步骤:
a)将包含如下单体单元的聚合物与氰氢酸和甲醛反应:

b)将来自a)的产物与引入R基团的试剂反应,其中R如上面定义。
步骤a)中的聚合物优选聚亚烷基亚胺。特别优选聚乙烯亚胺作为起始化合物。然而,起始化合物也可以是其他聚合物或其中一个组分优选聚亚烷基亚胺的共聚物。
引入R基团的试剂优选烷基化试剂例如硫酸二烷基酯或烷基碘,或烷氧基化试剂,优选氧化乙烯、氧化丙烯或环氧丁烷。非常特别优选硫酸二甲酯。
本发明聚合物适于在漂白组合物、洗涤剂组合物和消毒组合物中使用,特别是在纺织品漂白和纸张漂白中使用。
本发明聚合物也可以被涂覆以及与其他漂白活化剂组合使用。这些活化剂例如是在过水解(perhydrolysis)条件下产生优选具有1-10个碳原子,特别是2-4个碳原子脂族过氧羧酸,和/或任选取代的过苯甲酸的化合物。它们常常是这样的漂白活化剂,其包含一个或多个N-酰基或O-酰基和/或带有任选取代的苯甲酰基,例如来自酸酐类、酯类、酰亚胺类和酰化咪唑或肟类的物质。它们的实例是四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)、四乙酰亚甲二胺(TAMD)、四乙酰甘脲(TAGU)、四乙酰己二胺(TAHD)、N-酰基酰亚胺,特别是N-壬酰丁二酰亚胺(NOSI)、酰化苯酚磺酸盐,特别是正壬酰-或异壬酰-氧基苯磺酸盐(分别为正NOBS和异NOBS)和月桂酰氧基苯磺酸盐(LOBS)、五乙酰基葡萄糖(PAG)、1,5二乙酰基-2,2二氧六氢-1,3,5-三嗪(DADHT)和衣托酸酐(ISA)。

与本发明聚合物相组合,可以选择助漂白过渡金属络合物,尤其是具有中心原子Mn、Fe、Co、Cu、Mo、V、Ti和/或Ru的络合物,优选选自锰和钴盐及络合物,更优选钴(氨合物)络合物、钴(醋酸酯)络合物、钴(羰基)络合物、钴的氯化物、锰的氯化物和硫酸锰的氯化物。这些助漂白过渡金属络合物可以按常规量使用,优选至多5重量%,尤其是0.0025-1重量%,更优选0.01-0.25重量%,每种情况洗基于整个洗涤剂配制剂。
优选使用多酰化的亚烷基二胺,尤其是四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)、N-酰基酰亚胺,尤其是N-壬酰丁二酰亚胺(NOSI),还有五乙酸葡萄糖酯(GPA)、四乙酸木糖酯(TAX)、4-苯甲酰氧基苯磺酸钠(SBOBS)、三甲基己酰氧基苯磺酸钠(STHOBS)、四乙酰甘脲(TAGU)、四乙酰氰酸(TACA)、双-N-乙酰二甲基乙二肟(ADMG)、1-苯基-3-乙酰乙内酰脲(PAH)、酰化苯酚磺酸盐、壬酰苯磺酸盐(NOBS)、异壬酰苯磺酸盐(异NOBS)、月桂酰苯磺酸盐(LOBS)、羰基双己内酰胺和双-(2-丙基亚氨基)碳酸盐。
本发明聚合物通常与下述漂白剂结合使用。碱金属过硼酸盐和其水合物和碱金属过碳酸盐,优选以一水合物或四水合物形式使用过硼酸钠,或过碳酸钠及其水合物。同样也可使用过硫酸盐和过氧化氢和典型的氧漂白剂如有机过酸类,例如过苯甲酸、过氧-α-萘甲酸、过氧月桂酸、过氧硬脂酸、苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧己酸、壬基酰亚胺过氧丁二酸、壬基酰亚胺过氧己二酸、1,12-双过氧十二烷二酸、1,9-双过氧壬二酸、双过氧间苯二甲酸和2-癸基双过氧丁烷-1,4-二酸。如专利申请US5422028、US5294362和US5292447描述的阳离子过氧酸和例如专利申请US5039447描述的磺酰基过氧酸也适合。添加少量的漂白稳定剂,例如膦酸盐、硼酸盐、偏硼酸盐、偏硅酸盐和镁盐也是可以的。
含过氧酸的漂白剂用量使得产生的有效氧量为约0.1-约10%,优选约0.5-约5%,尤其是约1-约4%。百分比是基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量。
本发明洗涤剂组合物中含过氧化物漂白剂的比例为约0.1-约95重量%,优选约1-约60重量%。当漂白组合物也是全配制的洗涤剂组合物时,优选含过氧化物漂白剂的比例为约1-约20重量%。
本发明的聚合物也可以与已知的漂白力增强剂组合使用。这些增强剂是更进一步提高已知漂白剂作用的物质。尤其是,DE-A19611992描述的二胺是适合的漂白活化剂。这些是包含仲氨基-NHR1并具有低分子量的化合物,或是低聚物或聚合物。尤其是,它们是通式R1NH-[(CR3R4)m-NH]n-R2(II)的仲胺,其中n是0-20的整数,m是2-4的整数,基团R3和R4分别是C1-C30烃基,优选C1-C15烃基,基团R1和R2各自独立为C1-C30烃基,优选C1-C15烃基,或合适的话一起形成环。DE-A19611992公开的漂白力增强剂是本发明的组成部分,并引入在这里作为参考。
本发明聚合物可以作为漂白活性剂用于衣物洗涤剂、清洁组合物、餐具洗涤剂组合物、去污盐、消毒剂组合物、假牙清洁剂、纤维漂白,例如纤维素漂白、木浆漂白或棉纤维漂白还有毛发漂白。上述用途的优选领域是衣物洗涤剂和餐具洗涤剂组合物。
本发明聚合物作为漂白活化剂用于这些应用领域的配制剂中,意欲每种情况下的用量基于整个配制剂优选至多10重量%,尤其是0.1-8重量%,特别是0.5-8重量%,更优选0.8-5重量%。主要应用领域是家庭和工业纺织品衣物洗涤剂以及家庭和工业餐具洗涤配制剂。可以使用本发明聚合物的配制剂通过用于纺织品衣物洗涤剂和机械洗碗机洗涤剂领域的实施例描述。
家庭纺织品衣物洗涤剂组合物
可使用本发明聚合物的衣物洗涤剂配制剂呈粉状、粒状、糊状或凝胶形式,或它们是固体洗涤剂片。取决于它们的意欲用途,配制剂组合物将与待洗涤的纺织品类型相适应。它们包含与现有技术相应的传统衣物洗涤剂成分。下面描述这样的衣物洗涤剂和清洁组合物成分有代表性的实例。
衣物洗涤剂成品配制剂中表面活性剂的总浓度可以是1-99重量%,优选5-80重量%。所用的表面活性剂可以是阴离子的、非离子的、两性的或阳离子的。也可以使用所提到的表面活性剂的混合物。优选的衣物洗涤剂配制剂包含阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂和它们与其他表面活性剂的混合物。
适合的阴离子表面活性剂是硫酸盐、磺酸盐、羧酸盐、磷酸盐和它们的混合物。合适的阳离子是碱金属,例如钠或钾,或碱土金属,例如钙或镁,还有铵、取代的铵化合物,包括一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺或三乙醇铵阳离子和它们的混合物。在阴离子表面活性剂中,优选烷基酯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、仲链烷磺酸盐和皂。这些描述如下。
烷基酯磺酸盐包括借助气态SO3磺化的C18-C20羧酸(脂肪酸)的线性酯,例如,在“The Journal of the American Oil Chemists Society”52(1975),第323-329页中所述。适合的起始原料是天然脂肪,如动物脂、椰子油和棕榈油,还有合成性质的脂肪。优选的烷基酯磺酸盐是下式化合物:

烷基醚硫酸盐是式为RO(A)mSO3M的水溶性盐或酸,其中R为未取代的C10-C24烷基或羟烷基,优选C12-C20烷基或羟烷基,更优选C12-C18烷基或羟烷基。A是乙氧基单元或丙氧基单元,m是大于0的数,优选约0.5-约6,更优选约0.5-约3,而M是氢原子或阳离子,例如钠、钾、锂、钙、镁、铵或取代的铵阳离子。取代的铵阳离子实例包括甲基胺、二甲基胺、三甲基胺和季铵阳离子,如四甲基胺和二甲基哌啶鎓阳离子,还有源自烷基胺如乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺或其混合物的那些。实例包括C12-C18脂肪醇醚硫酸盐,其中氧化乙烯单元的含量是1、2、2.5、3或4mol/mol脂肪醇醚硫酸盐,M是钠或钾。
在仲链烷磺酸盐中,烷基可以是饱和的或不饱和的,支化的或线性的,并可以任选被羟基取代。磺基可以在碳链的任何位置,但是在链起始端和尾端的伯甲基没有任何磺酸根基团。优选的仲链烷磺酸盐包含有约9-25个碳原子,优选约10-约20个碳原子,更优选约13-17个碳原子的线性烷基链。阳离子例如是钠、钾、铵、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺,钙或镁及其混合物。钠是优选的阳离子。
其他合适的阴离子表面活性剂是链烯基苯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸盐。链烯基或烷基可以是支化的或线性的并可以任选被羟基取代。优选的烷基苯磺酸盐包含具有约9-25个碳原子,优选约10-约13个碳原子的线性烷基链,阳离子是钠、钾、铵、一乙醇铵、二乙醇铵或三乙醇铵、钙或镁及其混合物。就缓和的表面活性剂体系,镁是优选的阳离子,而钠优选用于标准的洗涤用途。同样的情况适用于链烯基苯磺酸盐。
术语阴离子表面活性剂也包含通过C12-C24α-烯烃,优选C14-C16α-烯烃用三氧化硫磺化及其后中和而获得的烯烃磺酸盐。作为制备方法的结果,这些烯烃磺酸盐可以包含相对少量的羟基链烷磺酸盐和链烷二磺酸盐。具体的α-烯烃磺酸盐混合物在US-3332880中有描述。
其他优选的阴离子表面活性剂是羧酸盐,例如脂肪酸皂和相应的表面活性剂。皂类可以是饱和的或不饱和的并可以包含各种取代基,例如羟基或α-磺酸根基团。优选线性饱和或不饱和烃基作为具有约6-约30个碳原子,优选约10-约18个碳原子的疏水结构部分。
其他可用的阴离子表面活性剂包括:酰氨基羧酸;通过使脂肪酸氯化物与肌氨酸钠在碱性介质下反应而产生的酰基肌氨酸盐;通过使脂肪酸氯化物与低聚肽反应得到的脂肪酸/蛋白质缩合产物;烷基磺氨基羧酸的盐;烷基和烷基芳基醚羧酸的盐;C8-C24烯烃磺酸盐;通过碱土金属柠檬酸盐的热解产物的磺化而制备的磺化聚羧酸,例如在GB-1082179中所述;烷基甘油硫酸酯;油基甘油硫酸酯;烷基酚醚硫酸盐;伯链烷烃磺酸盐;烷基磷酸盐;烷基醚磷酸盐;羟乙基磺酸盐,如酰基羟乙基磺酸盐;N-酰基氨基乙磺酸盐、烷基丁二酸盐;磺基丁二酸盐;磺基丁二酸的单酯(尤其是饱和及不饱和的C12-C18单酯)和磺基丁二酸的二酯(尤其是饱和及不饱和的C12-C18二酯);酰基肌氨酸盐;烷基多糖硫酸盐,例如烷基聚糖苷硫酸盐,支链的伯烷基硫酸盐和烷基聚乙氧基羧酸盐,如式为RO(CH2CH2)kCH2COO-M+的那些,其中R为C8-C22烷基,k为0-10的数且M为阳离子;树脂酸或氢化树脂酸,例如松香或氧化松香或妥尔油树脂和妥尔油树脂酸。其他的实例在“Surface Active Agents and Detergents”(Vol.I and II,Schwartz,Perry and Berch)中有描述。

这些化合物包含具有C6-C20烷基的烷基酚与氧化烯的缩合物,烷基是线性的或支化的。优选每摩尔烷基酚含约5-25摩尔氧化烯的化合物。
-具有约1-约25摩尔氧化乙烯的脂肪醇的缩合物。
脂肪醇的烷基链可以是线性的或支化的,伯或仲的,并且一般包含约8-约22个碳原子。特别优选每摩尔醇具有约2-约18摩尔氧化乙烯的C10-C20醇的缩合产物。烷基链可以是饱和的或不饱和的。醇乙氧基化物可以具有窄的同系物分布(“窄范围乙氧基化物”)或宽的氧化乙烯同系物分布(“宽范围乙氧基化物”)。
-氧化丙烯与丙二醇缩合形成的具有疏水性基质的氧化乙烯的缩合产物。
这些化合物的疏水结构部分的分子量优选约1500-约1800。氧化乙烯加到这种疏水结构部分上导致水中溶解性的改进。产物是液体,聚氧化乙烯含量至多为缩聚产物总重量的约50%,其相当于具有至多约40摩尔氧化乙烯的缩合。这种产品的市售实例例如为来自BASF Aktiengesellschaft的商标为的产品。
-氧化乙烯与氧化丙烯和乙二胺的反应产物的缩合产物。
这些化合物的疏水单元由乙二胺与过量的氧化丙烯的反应产物组成,其分子量约2500-3000。氧化乙烯加到该疏水单元上直到产物含约40-约80重量%的聚氧化乙烯且分子量为约5000-11000。这种化合物的市售实例例如为BASF Corp.的商标为的产品。
-半极性非离子表面活性剂。
这类非离子化合物包含水溶性胺氧化物、水溶性膦氧化物和水溶性亚砜,每种都具有约10-约18个碳原子的烷基。半极性非离子表面活性剂也是下式的胺氧化物:

-脂肪酸酰胺
脂肪酸酰胺具有下式:
其中R为具有约7-约21个碳原子,优选约9-约17个碳原子的烷基,R1在各种情况下独立地为氢、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4羟烷基或(C2H4O)xH,其中x为约1-约3。优选C8-C20酰胺、一乙醇酰胺、二乙醇酰胺和异丙醇酰胺。
其他合适的非离子表面活性剂是烷基低聚糖苷和链烯基低聚糖苷,以及还有在脂肪烷基基团上各自具有8-20个碳原子,优选12-18个碳原子的脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯或脂肪胺聚乙二醇酯、烷氧基化的三甘油酰胺(triglycamide)、混合的醚或混合的缩甲醛、烷基低聚糖苷、链烯基低聚糖苷、脂肪酸N-烷基葡萄糖酰胺、膦氧化物、二烷基亚砜和蛋白质水解物。
典型的两性或两性离子表面活性剂的实例是烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺甜菜碱、氨基丙酸盐、氨基甘氨酸盐或下式的两性咪唑啉鎓化合物:

优选该式的两性表面活性剂是单羧酸盐和二羧酸盐。它们的实例是N-(椰油酰胺基乙基)-N-(2-乙氧基丙酸基)氨基丙酸盐、椰油酰胺基羧基丙酸、N-椰油酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基-N-羧甲基氨基乙酸盐(也称为N-椰油酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基氨基二乙酸盐)和N-椰油酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基氨基乙酸盐。
其他优选的两性表面活性剂是烷基二甲基甜菜碱和烷基二聚乙氧基甜菜碱,其中可以是线性的或支化的烷基具有约8-约22个碳原子,优选具有8-18个碳原子,更优选具有12-18个碳原子。
合适的阳离子表面活性剂是取代的或未取代的、直链的或支链的R1N(CH3)3 +X-、R1R2N(CH3)2 +X-、R1R2R3N(CH3)+X-或R1R2R3R4N+X-类型的季铵盐。基团R1、R2、R3和R4各自相互独立地为优选具有8-24个碳原子,尤其是10-18个碳原子链长的未取代烷基,具有1-4个碳原子的羟烷基、苯基、C2-C18链烯基、C7-C24芳烷基、(C2H4O)xH(其中x是1-3的整数),包含1个或更多个酯基的烷基,或环状季铵盐。X为本领域技术人员已知的合适的阴离子。
可以包含在本发明中的其他衣物洗涤剂和清洁组合物成分包含无机和/或有机助洗剂以便降低水的硬度。
这些助洗剂可以按约5-约8重量%的比例包含在衣物洗涤剂和清洁组合物中。无机助洗剂例如包括多磷酸盐的碱金属盐、铵盐和链烷醇铵盐,例如三聚磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐和像玻璃一样的聚合的偏磷酸盐、膦酸盐、硅酸盐、包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐的碳酸盐、硫酸盐和硅铝酸盐。
硅酸盐助洗剂的实例是碱金属硅酸盐,尤其是SiO2:Na2O比值为1.6:1至3.2:1的那些,还有片状硅酸盐,例如US4664839中描述可由ClariantGmbH以商标得到的片状硅酸钠。是特别优选的片状硅酸盐助洗剂。
本发明特别优选硅铝酸盐助洗剂。这些特别是式Naz[(AlO2)z(SiO2)y].xH2O的沸石,其中z和y为至少6的整数,z和y的比值为约1.0-0.5,x为15-264的整数。
基于硅铝酸盐合适的离子交换剂为市售的。这些硅铝酸盐可以是结晶的或无定形的结构而且可以是天然的或合成生产的。基于硅酸铝盐的离子交换剂的制备方法,例如在US3985669和US4605509中有描述。优选的基于合成的结晶硅酸铝盐的离子交换剂可以名称沸石A、沸石P(B)(包括EP-A-0384070中公开的那些)和沸石X得到。优选粒径为0.1μm-10μm的硅铝酸盐。
合适的有机助洗剂包括聚羧基化合物,例如醚聚羧酸酯和氧基二琥珀酸酯,例如US3128287和US3635830中描述的。
其他合适的助洗剂包括醚羟基聚羧酸酯醚、马来酸酐与乙烯或乙烯基甲基醚的共聚物、1,3,5-三羟基苯-2,4,6-三磺酸和羧甲基氧基琥珀酸、聚乙酸的碱金属盐、铵盐和取代的铵盐,例如乙二胺四乙酸和次氮基三乙酸,和聚羧酸例如苯六羧酸、琥珀酸、氧基二琥珀酸、聚马来酸、苯-1,3,5-三羧酸、羧甲基氧基琥珀酸,以及它们的可溶性盐。
优选的聚羧酸助洗剂是基于柠檬酸盐的助洗剂,例如柠檬酸及其可溶性盐,尤其是钠盐,其也可以用于粒状配制剂中,特别是与沸石和/或片状硅酸盐一起。
其他合适的助洗剂是在US4566984中公开的3,3-二羧基-4-氧杂-1,6-己二酸盐和相关的化合物。
当使用基于磷的助洗剂和特别是当目的是配制手洗用条皂时,可以使用各种碱金属磷酸盐,例如三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠和正磷酸钠。同样可以使用膦酸盐助洗剂例如乙烷-1-羟基-1,1-二膦酸盐和其他已知的膦酸盐,例如在US3159581、US3213030、US3422021、US3400148和US3422137中公开的。
通常,本发明聚合物使用的洗涤剂成分是选自洗涤剂组合物的常用组分,例如表面活性物质和助洗剂。合适的话,洗涤剂成分可以包含一种或多种洗涤助剂或其它增强清洁作用、用于处理或养护待清洁制品或改变洗涤剂组合物使用性能的其他物质。洗涤剂组合物中合适的洗涤助剂包括例如在US3936537中列举的物质。可以在本发明洗涤剂组合物中使用的洗涤剂助剂例如包括酶类,特别是蛋白酶、脂肪酶合纤维素酶,泡沫促进剂,抑泡剂,脱色和/或腐蚀抑制剂,悬浮介质,染料,填料,荧光增白剂,消毒剂,碱,水溶助长化合物,抗氧剂,酶稳定剂,香味剂,溶剂,增溶剂,再沉积抑制剂,分散剂,染料迁移抑制剂,例如聚胺-N-氧化物如聚(4-乙烯基吡啶-N-氧化物)、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚-N-乙烯基-N-甲基乙酰胺以及N-乙烯积咪唑与N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮的共聚物,加工助剂,柔软剂和抗静电助剂。
除了本发明聚合物,洗涤剂组合物可以包含一种或多种常规酶,例如蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶。特别优选的酶是纤维素酶。这里所用的纤维素酶可以由细菌或真菌获得,且应该具有5-9.5的最优pH值范围。合适的纤维素酶公开于US4435307中。这是由Humicola insolens菌株产生的纤维素酶,特别是来自菌株Humicola DSM1800,或者是另外由属于气单胞菌属(Aeromonas genus)的真菌产生的纤维素酶-212,以及还有已从某种海生软体动物肝胰腺中提取的纤维素酶。在GB-A-2075028、GB-A-2085275和DE-A-2247832中也公开了合适的纤维素酶。
优选的纤维素酶在WO-91/17243中有描述。本发明洗涤剂组合物包含酶的量为每克洗涤剂组合物至多约50mg,优选约0.01mg-约10mg。基于洗涤剂组合物的重量,酶的含量为至少0.001重量%,优选约0.001-约5重量%,特别是约0.001-约1重量%,特别是约0.01-约1重量%。
机械洗碗机用洗涤剂组合物
助洗剂:可以使用水溶性的和非水溶性的主要任务是结合钙和镁的助洗剂。基于整个制剂,可以10-90重量%的量存在的常规助洗剂列举如下。
磷酸盐,例如碱金属磷酸盐和聚合的碱金属磷酸盐,其可以呈它们的碱性、中性或酸性钠盐或钾盐的形式。它们的实例是磷酸三钠、二磷酸四钠、磷酸二氢钠、称为六偏磷酸钠的三聚磷酸五钠、具有5-1000,特别是5-50低聚合度的低聚磷酸三钠及相应的钾盐,和六偏磷酸钠与相应钾盐的混合物或钠盐与钾盐的混合物。基于整个配制剂且按无水活性物质计算,这些磷酸盐优选以25-65重量%使用。
低分子量羧酸和它们的盐,例如碱金属柠檬酸盐(例如无水柠檬酸三钠或柠檬酸三钠二水合物)、碱金属琥珀酸盐、碱金属丙二酸盐、脂肪酸磺酸盐、氧基二琥珀酸盐、烷基或链烯基二琥珀酸盐、葡糖酸、氧杂二乙酸盐、羧甲基氧基琥珀酸盐、酒石酸单琥珀酸盐、酒石酸双琥珀酸盐、酒石酸单乙酸盐、酒石酸二乙酸盐、α-羟基丙酸、氧化淀粉、氧化聚糖;均聚和共聚的聚羧酸及它们的盐,例如聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、马来酸/丙烯酸/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物;在单糖、低聚糖、聚糖或聚天冬氨酸上的单烯键不饱和单-和/或二羧酸的接枝聚合物;氨基聚羧酸盐和聚天冬氨酸;碳酸盐,例如碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠。
配位剂和膦酸盐及它们的盐,例如次氮基三乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、2-磷酰基-1,2,4-丁烷三羧酸,氨基三(亚甲基膦酸)、1-羟基亚乙基(1,1-二膦酸)、乙二胺四甲亚基膦酸、六亚甲基二胺四亚甲基膦酸和二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸。
硅酸盐,例如二硅酸钠和偏硅酸钠。水溶性助洗剂包括沸石和结晶片状硅酸盐,后者特别相应于式NaMSixO2x+1.yH2O,其中M为钠或氢,x为1.9-22,优选1.9-4的数,y为0-33的数。它们的已知实例特别是α-Na2Si2O5,β-Na2Si2O5,δ-Na2Si2O5。它们同样包括上述助洗剂物质的混合物。优选使用柠檬酸三钠和/或三聚磷酸五钠和/或碳酸钠和/或碳酸氢钠和/或葡糖酸盐和/或来自二硅酸盐类和/或偏硅酸盐类的硅酸盐类助洗剂。
碱性载体
其他可存在的成分是碱性载体。所用碱性载体是碱金属氢氧化物、碱金属碳酸盐、碱金属碳酸氢盐、碱金属倍半碳酸盐、碱金属硅酸盐、碱金属偏硅酸盐和上述物质的混合物,优选使用碱金属碳酸盐,尤其是碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠或倍半碳酸钠。优选的助洗剂和碱性载体的组合是三聚磷酸盐和碳酸钠或三聚磷酸盐、碳酸钠和二硅酸钠的混合物。
表面活性剂
优选以0.1-20重量%,优选0.1-10重量%,0.25-4重量%的量使用弱泡沫或低泡沫非离子表面活性剂的量。这些例如是来自脂肪醇乙氧基化物的表面活性剂,例如,以产品名(BASF Aktiengesellschate)或(Cognis公司)市售。也可以使用由氧化乙烯和氧化丙烯形成的二嵌段和多嵌段共聚物,例如以名称(BASF Aktiengesellschate)或(BASF公司)市售。也可以使用脱水山梨糖醇酯与氧化乙烯和/或氧化丙烯的反应产物。胺氧化物或烷基糖苷也是合适的。合适的非离子表面活性剂的综述例如在EP-A0851023和DE-A19819187中给出。
配制剂也可以包含阴离子或两性离子表面活性剂,优选以与非离子表面活性剂的混合物。在EP-A0851023和DE-A19819187说明书中同样提到了合适的阴离子和两性离子表面活性剂。
防腐剂
特别是,可以使用选自三唑、苯并三唑、双苯并三唑、氨基三唑、烷基氨基三唑及过渡金属盐或络合物的银防护剂。特别优选使用苯并三唑和/或烷基氨基三唑。此外,含活性氯剂常出现在洗涤剂配制剂中,且能有效地降低对银表面的腐蚀。在无氯洗涤剂中,优选使用含氧和含氮的有机氧化还原活性化合物,例如二官能酚和三官能酚,例如对苯二酚、邻苯二酚、羟基氢醌、五倍子酸、间苯三酚、连苯三酚,以及这些化合物类的衍生物。还常发现使用类盐无机化合物和类络合物的无机化合物,例如金属Mn、Ti、Zr、Hf、V、Co和Ce的盐类。本发明优选选自锰盐和钴盐及其络合物的过渡金属盐,特别优选钴(氨合物)络合物、钴(乙酸盐)络合物、钴(羰基)络合物、钴的氯化物和锰的氯化物和硫酸锰氯化物。也可以使用锌化合物或铋化合物防止器皿腐蚀。
酶
为了增加洗涤剂组合物的性能或在更温和条件下保证同样质量的清洁性能,可以在洗涤剂组合物中加入基于整个制剂0-5重量%的酶。最常用的酶包括脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶。也可以使用酯酶、果胶酶、乳糖酶和过氧化物酶。优选的蛋白酶例如为来自Biozym的140,来自Solvay Enzymes的M-440和M-250;来自GistBrocades的CX和或或来自Novo的或产自Genencor的Purafect OxP。特别适合的纤维素酶和脂肪酶是来自Novo Nordisk的0.7T和30T。使用的淀粉酶特别是来自Novo的和60T和90T,来自Solvay Enzymes的,来自Gist Brocades的P5000,或来自Genencor的OxAm。也可以使用其他酶。
其他添加剂
石蜡油和硅油可任选用作消泡剂和用于保护塑料和金属表面。消泡剂的添加量通常为0.001-5%。
本发明聚合物可以用于家庭和工业洗涤剂配制剂。工业类型洗涤剂主要包含基于三磷酸五钠,和/或柠檬酸钠和/或配位剂的助洗剂体系,例如次氮基三乙酸盐。与家用洗涤剂相反,它们常常与作为碱性载体的氢氧化钠溶液或氢氧化钾溶液一起使用。
本发明聚合物可以凝胶、粉状、粒状或片状的形式用于洗碗机用洗涤剂。可以将本发明聚合物,如合适的话与其他配制剂组分一起,引入到特别的隔间中,例如微胶囊、凝胶胶囊。而且也可将本发明聚合物引入到洗碗机片状洗涤剂内的特别隔间中,其可以展现出与其他片隔间不同的溶解行为。这些可以是特殊的片层,或加入到片中的特别模制品,粘合剂粘合到片上或为片所包围。
参考下述实施例将详细说明本发明。
实施例
将聚乙烯亚胺(MW800g/mol),其中在每种情况下A1、A2和A3为0.33,转变成腈加合物,随后通过硫酸二甲基酯季铵化。然后,在25℃和50℃下的洗涤试验中,研究与四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED)和甲基吗啉乙腈硫酸氢盐相比较的漂白特性。
具体地说,首先将133g(1.67mol)Lupasol FG(AN=829.9mg KOH/g)和110g水装入。冷却,随后在室温下约30分钟内平行滴加57.2g(2.12mol)氢氰酸和221.3g(2.11mol)30%甲醛水溶液。接着将混合物在室温下搅拌60分钟。将过量氢氰酸用N2在室温下汽提30分钟,然后用11g50%硫酸使pH达到6.9。
分析:1.9%甲醛氢醇二次组分;<0.1%游离氢氰酸
产量为492g。分离混合物并使其与50mol%[1],75mol%[2],100mol%[3]和120mol%[4]的硫酸二甲基酯反应。
这是通过将初始料加热到30℃并用冰浴冷却在28-32℃下滴加适量的硫酸二甲基酯完成的。用50%的NaOH将pH保持在3.7-3.9。随后将混合物再搅拌30分钟。
在加入5%活化剂的洗衣测试器内在25℃和50℃下对茶、红葡萄酒、草和咖喱沾污的织物进行标准试验。此外,对除去棉织物上的三油酸甘油酯和橄榄油污渍进行了研究。为此,将三油酸甘油酯和橄榄油用0.1%苏丹红7B(=溶剂红19)染色。染料要事先在温热下溶解和均化。该制备通过使用吸液管滴加进行,在这一过程中将测试织物拉伸。将0.1g该溶液滴加在织物上并扩散过夜。所有的试验样品测定两次。
为此,将15重量%漂白剂(过碳酸钠)和1.2重量%和5重量%合适的活性剂混入以干燥状态均化的商用有色衣物洗涤剂中。
在洗衣测试器中的漂白试验通过反射率测量和对所用可漂白污渍(茶、红葡萄酒、草、咖喱、三油酸甘油酯和橄榄油)的漂白作用的计算来进行评价。反射率R的标准偏差<1%。

对于所有漂白测试的织物,用作漂白活化剂的本发明聚合物的独特活性可以检测并且至少对于某些污渍优于现有技术的漂白活化剂。尤其在疏水污渍的情况下,与现有技术的活化剂相比,特别是在低温下(25℃),本发明漂白活化剂显示出了更高的活性。

Claims (8)
2.根据权利要求1的聚合物,其基于聚亚烷基亚胺。
3.根据权利要求1或2的聚合物,其中n=1和/或R为C1-C20烷基。
4.根据权利要求1或2的聚合物,其中R2次或3次存在于至多25%单体单元中。
6.根据权利要求1或2的聚合物在漂白组合物、清洁组合物和消毒组合物中的用途。
7.根据权利要求6的用途,其是在衣物洗涤剂中的用途。
8.根据权利要求6的用途,其是在纺织品漂白和纸张漂白中的用途。
