发明内容

Claims (42)
1.一种软夹式医用连接器,其包括
外壳,所述外壳具有上游端,下游端,贯穿所述外壳中部的腔室;
柔性构件,具有与一夹持部分形成一个整体的阀部分,所述阀部分定位于所述外壳的一部分之内并用于控制通过所述外壳腔室的流体的流动,所述夹持部分实质上包围所述外壳的外表面的至少一部分。

21.根据权利要求20所述的连接器,其中所述阀部分包括由柔性材料制成的密封元件和定位于靠近所述上游端的区域的颈部,所述密封元件具有下游端、适于接受医疗装置的至少一部分的上游端、和与所述上游端和所述下游端流体相联的通常充分闭合的通道,所述通道在所述上游端的区域相对宽且所述通道在所述下游端的区域相对窄,所述通道在未受干扰的状态下适于具有相对小的内部体积且在医疗装置引入到所述通道的上游端时适于具有比之前大的体积,所述通道适于收缩以限定一个受限流径且在所述医疗装置从所述密封元件移开时限定相对小的内部体积,所述上游端的至少一部分适于在所述医疗装置被移开时开始施压于所述医疗装置的被插入的部分,以使占用所述内部体积的流体在所述通道收缩时被推向所述下游端。
22.根据权利要求21所述的连接器,其中所述通道在所述未受干扰的状态下实质上是平的且所述密封元件进一步包括至少一个凸棱在所述密封元件的外表面上,所述凸棱关于所述通道限定的平面横向地伸出且从靠近所述上游端的区域纵向跨越到靠近所述下游端的区域。
23.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中所述阀部分包括由柔性材料制成的密封元件,所述密封元件具有下游端、适于接受医疗装置的至少一部分的上游端、和与所述上游端和所述下游端相联的通常充分闭合的流体通道,所述通道具有由第一内壁和第二内壁限定的高度,所述第一内壁和所述内壁可密封地接触在靠近所述上游端的区域以使所述通道的所述高度为零,所述通道实质上闭合在一个未受干扰的状态,且所述第一内壁和所述第二内壁在朝向靠近所述下游端的区域分开以使所述通道朝靠近所述下游端的所述区域具有一个增加的非零高度。
24.根据权利要求23所述的连接器,其中所述通道具有从所述上游端的最大宽度到所述下游端的最小宽度逐渐变细的宽度。
25.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中所述柔性构件包括与所述外壳的零件相合的零件,以限制所述柔性构件关于所述外壳的运动。
26.根据权利要求25所述的连接器,其中所述柔性构件包括与所述外壳上的调整片相合的窗口。
27.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中所述柔性构件被粘合到所述外壳以限制所述柔性构件关于所述外壳的运动。
28.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中所述外壳的至少一部分的尺寸大于所述柔性构件在未被铺展的状态下的相应尺寸。
29.一种医用流体连接器,包括:
圆柱形的主体,所述圆柱形的主体具有一个外壁,所述外壁具有从其上径向伸出的多个凸缘和一个贯穿其一部分的腔室;和
阀部分,所述阀部分在所述圆柱形主体的第一端和第二端之间提供一种可闭合的密封;和
套管部分,所述套管部分与所述阀部分形成一个单元,并包围所述圆柱形主体的外表面的大部分。
30.根据权利要求29所述的医用连接器,其中所述阀部分包括延伸穿过所述圆柱形主体中的狭槽的翼。
31.根据权利要求29所述的医用连接器,其中所述阀部分包括在一个松弛位置内部体积实质上为零的狭缝。
32.根据权利要求31所述的医用连接器,其中所述狭缝的大小和构造适于在医疗装置的插管插入其中时打开。
33.根据权利要求29所述的医用连接器,其中所述阀部分包括通道,所述通道具有上游端、下游端、高度、和宽度,其中在所述阀处于一个未被干扰的位置时,所述通道的所述高度从所述上游端的实质上为零逐渐变到所述下游端的非零值以使所述通道在一个未被干扰的位置上具有非零的内部体积。
34.一种形成一医疗装置的方法,所述方法包括:
将一种未固化的材料灌注到一个预制品模型中,从而由实质上是柔性的材料上模制出第一预制品;
将所述预制品从所述预制品模型上移走;
模制出第二预制品;
将所述第一预制品和所述第二预制品插入到一个最终模型中;和
将一种未固化的材料灌注到所述最终模型中,并将所述第一和第二预制品包覆成型成最终结构,所述最终结构具有一个阀部分和从所述阀部分伸出的套管部分。
35.根据权利要求33所述的方法,其中所述包覆成型进一步包括将所述阀部分插入到一个外壳中并所述套管部分翻转以包围所述外壳的外表面的至少一部分。
36.根据权利要求33所述的方法,进一步包括在进行所述包覆成型之后在所述第一和第二预制品之间插入刀片。
37.一种制造一医用流体连接器的方法包括:
形成一个阀构件,所述阀构件具有从其上伸出的套管,所述阀和套管由实质上是柔性的材料形成一个整体;
形成一个相对刚性的外壳;
将所述阀构件的一部分插入到所述外壳的空腔中以使所述套管从所述外壳构件中伸出;和
将所述套管翻转以包围所述外壳构件的外表面。
38.根据权利要求37所述的方法,其中将所述套管翻转进一步包括将所述套管上的零件和所述外壳上的零件对准,以使所述对准的零件阻止所述套管关于所述外壳的不利运动。
39.根据权利要求37所述的方法,其中将所述套管翻转进一步包括将所述套管粘合到所述外壳上。
40.根据权利要求37所述的方法,其中形成所述相对刚性的外壳包括以下步骤:形成第一外壳部分;形成用于与所述第一外壳部分连接的第二外壳部分;和将所述第一外壳部分和所述第二外壳部分连接。
41.根据权利要求37所述的方法,进一步包括将所述外壳的下游端与导管结合形成流体连通。
42.根据权利要求37所述的方法,进一步包括将一个刚性的插管插入到所述阀构件的上游端,从而将所述刚性插管与所述导管结合形成流体连通。
