Abstract
本发明提供一种无机化工品生产技术,具体说是硫酸亚铁—碳酸铵法高纯α-Fe2O3生产技术。其工艺是:①FeSO4·7H2O投入溶解槽,加过量铁屑及热水,化学净化剂,调pH4-5间,搅拌下制成60-70℃下含FeSO4460±10g/L溶液,保温、静置、精滤得化学净化液泵入离子交换净化槽,分析有害成份含量,用离子交换,吸除残余杂质离子,得高纯FeSO4液;②碳酸氢氨、氨水、温水、净化剂加入氨盐溶解槽,搅拌溶解,精滤得52±3℃下含(NH4)2CO3330±20g/L,游离氨20±5g/L碳酸铵净化液;③分别将上述两净化液按比例同时泵入特制双循环复分解沉淀槽,收得FeCO3结晶,纯水漂洗、干燥、入炉,通≥600℃净化热风,加25%水蒸汽催化下,煅烧成α-Fe2O3高纯品;④反应母液调pH=7,多效浓缩,得(NH4)2SO4副产品。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明提供一种无机化工品生产技术,具体说是硫酸亚铁一碳酸铵法高纯α-Fe2O3生产技术。
(二)技术背景
生产Fe2O3方法很多,但可大工业生产高纯α-Fe2O3工艺仅有几种;传统净化Fe2+与草酸反应得草酸铁晶体沉淀,滤出、洗净、干燥、加热分解成FeCO3,再通热风≥600℃下加水蒸汽催化烧成α-Fe2O3高纯品,工艺简单,质量合格,但草酸昂贵,成本太高。南京畅畅公司用FeSO4液加氨,鼓风氧化以Fe(OH)3↓滤出、洗净、干燥煅烧成α-Fe2O3,因反应放热大,水,氨汽化多,Fe(OH)3与硫铵成近似固态,称《固相法》,有两大缺憾:一是氧化下Fe(OH)3沉淀,同时NH4 +、Na+、K+也以黄钾铁矾[M2Fe6(sO4)4·(OH)2,式中
型式共沉淀,此物洗涤不去,分解不了,造成产品总是Na+、SO4 2-超标,最好只达二级品,不可取:二是名为《固相法》,产硫酸铵结晶与Fe(OH)3稠泥混合,须水洗分离,洗得硫酸铵浓度不高,回收高耗能,反应热使氨汽化多,须硫酸洗气回收氨,造成氨、酸耗费大,多了工序,增加了酸、氨消耗,不经济,故《固相法》在山东工业化生产,投资大,效益欠佳,难推广。以净化FeSO4液与碳酸铵反应,制得高纯FeCO3晶体,避开了黄钾铁矾产生,可煅烧成α-Fe2O3,高纯商品,百余年前就知道,只因要产FeCO3高纯,不仅要FeSO4和(NH4)2CO3两反应液要高纯,反应温度,PH值,搅拌强度最佳下,两反应液浓度或过饱度必须很低,在有晶种下混合反应才能得晶粒粗大均一,沉洗滤性能良好的FeCO3高纯晶体,才可烧得高纯α-Fe2O3产品;而两反应液浓度低,附产硫酸铵母液浓度就更低,若大工业化生产,附产大量低浓度硫酸铵母液,回收亏本,排放浪费,也是巨大水污染源。故如此简单工艺,百余年无人工业化应用。
本发明为解此难题,专门设计双循环复分解沉淀反应器(另一专利,申请在同日),以200g/L上下浓硫酸铵母液夹带微小悬浮FeCO3晶体作双循环介质,在双路循环流中途分别加入浓FeSO4和(NH4)2CO3净化液,循环流中两反应液被稀释倍数由人设计到最佳,两路循环液相遇混合一瞬间发生反应时均是低浓度,又有晶种,晶种会在不断循环中长大,大到一定程度,被串接漩流器回收,尽是粗大均一,易于沉滤洗的FeCO3晶体,纯水漂净,干燥后入炉煅烧成α-Fe2O3,尽是特优纯品;因Fe2+反应,无黄钾铁矾产生可能,产高纯品有保证,又因泵入反应两液浓,产硫酸铵母液必浓,一般≥200g/L,多效浓缩,附产硫酸铵成本低,效益好,节能突出,清洁生产得实现;年产六千吨α-Fe2O3高纯品生产线,可附产硫酸铵1万吨,工业化本小利大。所产α-Fe2O3可达99%-99.9%。
(三)发明内容
本工艺是:①制高纯FeSO4净化液,粗FeSO4·7H2O原料,多为硫酸法钛白粉厂附产,纯度≥90%,杂质多,先入溶解槽,加入过量铁屑、开水及动物胶8-10g/m3,以氨或硫酸调PH=4~5间,搅拌溶解,控制在60-70℃间,含FeSO4 460±10g/L为好,再泵入沉淀槽,槽入液口吊一篮铁屑,液面浮一层液体石蜡,使FeSO4液与空气隔绝下,保温静置≥16h,粗滤得化学净化液:有铁屑可保Fe3+全变成Fe2+,隔绝空气可防再氧化,铁同时置换Co、Ni、Sn、Pb、Cu等,PH=4~5间加动物胶,可使硅酸、Al3+、Ti4+易水解沉淀到<10-6,被精滤除尽。但Ca、Mg、Mn此法难除尽,若硫化,Fe2+硫化势大于Mn2+,不能用硫化除Mn,可将化学净化液泵入静态离子交换槽,化验Ca、Mg、Mn总量选磺酸基阳离子001×7,作吸除ca、Mg、Mn剂,计算总用量,先小试,校正计算值,将离交树脂装入网篮浸入溶液,电机使左右摆动,促进交换,到测溶液杂质残量达标为止,大工业生产可多槽逆流离子交换,此法只吸除杂质,不与目的离子(此处为Fe2+)交换,离子树脂用量、再生剂消耗少,成本低,离交净化液纯度高,非常实用,饱吸杂质离子树脂,常规再生,循环使用,不赘述;②制高纯碳酸铵液:农用碳酸氢铵,氨水,温水,絮凝剂,聚丙烯酰胺6-12g/m3加入铵盐溶解槽,搅拌溶解成52±3℃下含(NH4)2CO3330±20g/L,含游离氨20±5g/L溶液,静置保温下≥12h后精滤,精滤液过离交净化槽,用007×1离交树脂吸除Ca、Mg、Mn等杂质,得高纯碳酸铵液;③上述两高纯溶液,按Fe2+∶(NH4)2CO3摩尔比1∶1.1比例,同时泵入双循环复分解沉淀反应器内,稀释比8-10间,反应FeSO4+(NH4)2CO3→FeCO3↓+(NH4)2SO4,滤出FeCO3晶体,纯水漂净,干燥后入炉,通≥600℃净化热风,加风量25%体积水蒸汽催化下煅烧 得高纯α-Fe2O3,纯度在99~99.9%之间,达超高纯;④母液含(NH4)2SO4≥200g/L,少量(NH4)2CO3及游离NH3,可加硫酸中和到PH6.5~7.5间,加H2O2使残Fe2+以Fe(OH)3↓除净,多效蒸发回收硫酸铵附产品,实现综合利用,清洁生产。
Claims (1)
- 硫酸亚铁-碳酸铵法高纯α-Fe2O3生产技术,其特征是:①粗FeSO4·7H2O加入溶解槽,加过量铁屑、开水及动物胶8-10g/L,以氨或硫酸调PH=4-5间搅拌,控制温度60-70℃间,含FeSO4 460±10g/L,泵入沉淀槽,槽面浮≥5cm液体石蜡以隔绝空气,液体入口吊一篮铁屑,保温静值≥16h后,上清液精滤后泵入离子交换净化槽,槽内液面仍液体石蜡浮面,化验液内有害离子。此刻,关键是Ca、Mg、Mn离子总量(Fe3+已被铁屑还原成Fe2+、Co、Ni、Sn、Pb、Cu等被Fe置换,PH4-5下Al、Ti、SiO2多水解并被动物胶吸附絮凝沉淀精滤除净,上述杂质很难超标),在Fe2+液中唯残Ca、Mg、Mn氧化、硫化都不行,用离子交换树脂可有限除净,选001×7磺酸基阳离子交换树脂,用量以残Ca、Mg、Mn总量稍过量为准,计算好再小试修正用量(第一次这样作,以后照比例加就是)作静态离子交换,就是树脂装网篮,浸入溶液作上下、左右相对运动,促离子交换,到测液中有害离子浓度达标为止,算制成高纯FeSO4液,离交树脂再生再用,不赘述;②碳酸氢铵,氨水,温水,絮凝剂加入铵盐溶解槽,搅拌匀,成52±3℃含(NH4)2CO3330±10g/L,游离氨20±5g/L溶液,静置12h后,精滤液入离子交换净化槽,加001×7磺酸基阳离子交换树脂,吸除Ca、Mg、Mn等离子达标为净化高纯碳酸铵液;③将上述两高纯净化液同时以FeSO4∶(NH4)2CO3=1∶1.1摩尔比泵入双循环复分解沉淀反应器内,在器内硫酸铵母液浓度≥200g/L,PH=7.5-8.5间,控制两加入浓液双循环中稀释比8-10间,循环稀释又混合反应,于漩流器下收得晶粒粗大均一,沉滤洗性良好的FeCO3↓,纯水漂净,干燥后为中间产品高纯FeCO3晶粉,大部分可入煅炉,通≥600℃净化热风,加入25%风量水蒸汽,作催化剂,反应 得高纯α-Fe2O3,品质可达含Fe2O3在99~99.9%之间;④分离母液含(NH4)2SO4≥200g/L,少量碳酸铵及游离氨及Fe2+,可加H2O2使Fe2+→Fe3+以Fe(OH)3↓滤除,加硫酸调PH到中性,多效浓缩脱水,获硫酸铵附产品,年产六千吨α-Fe2O3之生产线,,因此可多产1万吨硫酸铵,清洁生产,意义重大。以上四项请求知识产权保护。
