Claims (49)

邻近所述人放置多个传感器,其被配置成检测所述人的生理参数;
用所述传感器来检测所述人的一个或多个生理参数;
将所检测的参数转换为信号;
为每个生理参数分配一个信号值上硬范围,该上硬范围由上硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个信号值下硬范围,该下硬范围由下硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个低于所述上硬范围的信号值上软范围,该上软范围由上软限值定义,其中所述上软范围被选择成一个距所述上硬范围的预定向下偏差;
为每个生理参数分配一个高于所述下硬范围的信号值下软范围,该下软范围由下软限值定义,其中所述下软范围被选择成一个距所述下硬范围的预定向上偏差;
分析一段时间上所述信号中的至少两个信号,以确定每个信号处于哪个范围中;并且
当至少一个信号处于硬范围中时启动警报,及
当至少两个信号处于软范围中时启动警报。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中启动警报包括当至少一个信号处于硬范围中时启动硬警报,以及当至少两个信号处于软范围中时启动软警报。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中启动警报包括使用模糊逻辑来启动警报,以评定与所述硬范围和软范围相联系的多个信号的重要性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中每个所述多个传感器被配置成检测所述人的相同生理参数。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述多个传感器中的每一个均被配置成检测所述人的多个不同生理参数。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述传感器被配置成检测至少两个生理参数,所述至少两个生理参数选自由心率、呼吸率、血压、体温、运动以及噪声发射构成的组中。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述信号值范围是由护理人员来分配的,并且可以选择性地变化。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述上软范围被自动选择成具有一个上软限值,该上软限值是所述上硬范围的上硬限值的一个预定百分比,而且所述下软范围被自动选择成具有一个下软限值,该下软限值是所述下硬范围的下硬限值的一个预定百分比。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中每个参数被分配一个不同的软范围。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述上软范围的大小与所述下软范围的大小不同。
11.一种用于监控患者生理机能并提供警报,以对不希望的情况发出警告的方法,其包括:
邻近所述患者放置多个传感器,所述多个传感器被配置成检测所述患者的生理参数;
用所述传感器来检测所述患者的一个或多个生理参数;
将所检测的参数转换为信号;
为每个生理参数分配一个信号值上硬范围,该上硬范围由上硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个信号值下硬范围,该下硬范围由下硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个低于所述上硬范围的信号值上软范围,该上软范围由上软限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个高于所述下硬范围的信号值下软范围,该下软范围由下软限值定义;
分析一段时间上所述信号中的至少两个信号,以确定每个信号处于哪个范围中;
当至少一个信号处于硬范围中时启动警报;
当至少两个信号处于软范围中时启动警报;并且
通过医护机构中预先存在的护士呼叫系统将所启动的警报传达给医护人员。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中启动警报包括当至少一个信号处于硬范围中时启动硬警报,以及当至少两个信号处于软范围中时启动软警报。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述多个传感器中的每一个均被配置成检测所述人的多个不同生理参数。
14.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述信号值范围是由护理人员来分配的,并且可以选择性地变化。
15.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述上软范围被自动选择成具有一个上软限值,该上软限值是所述上硬范围的上硬限值的一个预定百分比,而且所述下软范围被自动选择成具有一个下软限值,该下软限值是所述下硬范围的下硬限值的一个预定百分比。
16.根据权利要求1或11所述的方法,其中当至少一个信号处于硬范围中时启动警报要求所述至少一个信号在所述硬范围中保持一预定时间段,以启动所述警报。
17.根据权利要求1或11所述的方法,其中当至少两个信号处于软范围中时启动警报要求所述至少两个信号在所述软范围中保持一预定时间段,以启动所述警报。
18.一种用于监控人的生理机能并提供警报,以对不希望的情况发出警告的方法,其包括:
邻近所述人放置多个传感器,所述多个传感器被配置成检测所述人的生理参数;
用所述传感器来检测所述人的一个或多个生理参数;
将所检测的参数转换为信号;
为每个生理参数分配一个信号值上硬范围,该上硬范围由上硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个信号值下硬范围,该下硬范围由下硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个低于所述上硬范围的信号值上软范围,该上软范围由上软限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个高于所述下硬范围的信号值下软范围,该下软范围由下软限值定义;
分析一段时间上所述信号中的至少两个信号,以确定每个信号处于哪个范围中;
选择上范围中值正在增加的信号,以及下范围中值正在减少的信号;
当至少一个所述被选择的信号处于硬范围中时启动警报;以及
当至少两个所述被选择的信号处于软范围中时启动警报。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中启动警报包括当至少一个信号处于硬范围中时启动硬警报,以及当至少两个信号处于软范围中时启动软警报。
20.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中所述多个传感器中的每一个均被配置成检测所述人的多个不同生理参数。
21.一种用于监控人的生理机能并提供警报,以对不希望的情况发出警告的方法,其包括:
邻近所述人放置多个传感器,所述多个传感器被配置成检测所述人的生理参数;
用所述传感器来检测所述患者的一个或多个生理参数;
将所检测的参数转换为信号;
为每个生理参数分配一个信号值上硬范围,该上硬范围由上硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个信号值下硬范围,该下硬范围由下硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个低于所述上硬范围的信号值上软范围,该上软范围由上软限值定义,其中所述上软范围被选择成一个距所述上硬范围的预定向下偏差;
为每个生理参数分配一个高于所述下硬范围的信号值下软范围,该下软范围由下软限值定义,其中所述下软范围被选择成一个距所述下硬范围的预定向上偏差;
分析一段时间上所述信号中的至少两个信号,以确定每个信号处于哪个范围中;
将模糊逻辑函数应用于一个范围内的每个信号;以及
当所述模糊逻辑函数之和超过一个预定值时启动警报。
22.根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中一个第一预定值启动软警报。
23.根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中一个第二预定值启动硬警报。
24.根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中所述信号值范围是由护理人员来分配的,并且可以选择性地变化。
25.根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中所述上软范围被自动选择成具有一个上软限值,该上软限值是所述上硬范围的上硬限值的一个固定百分比,而且所述下软范围被自动选择成具有一个下软限值,该下软限值是所述下硬范围的下硬限值的一个固定百分比。
26.一种用于监控人的生理机能并提供警报,以对不希望的情况发出警告的方法,其包括:
邻近所述人放置多个传感器,所述多个传感器被配置成检测所述人的生理参数;
用所述传感器来检测所述人的一个或多个生理参数;
将所检测的参数转换为信号;
为每个生理参数分配一对上限值,该对上限值中的一个低于另一个,从而一个值定义上范围信号值的外范围,而另一个值定义上范围信号值的内范围;
为每个生理参数分配一对下限值,该对下限值中的一个高于另一个,从而一个值定义下范围信号值的外范围,而另一个值定义下范围信号值的内范围;
分析一段时间上所述信号中的至少两个信号,以确定每个信号处于哪个范围中;
当至少一个信号处于外范围中时启动警报,以及
当至少两个信号处于内范围中时启动警报。
27.根据权利要求26所述的方法,其中启动警报包括当至少一个信号处于外范围中时启动硬警报,以及当至少两个信号处于内范围中时启动软警报。
28.根据权利要求26所述的方法,其中所述多个传感器中的每一个均被配置成检测所述人的多个不同生理参数。
29.根据权利要求26所述的方法,其中所述上限值和下限值是由护理人员来分配的,并且可以选择性地变化。
30.根据权利要求26所述的方法,其中所述上范围信号值的内范围被自动选择成具有一个下限,该下限是所述上范围信号值的外范围的下限的一个预定百分比,而且所述下范围信号值的内范围被自动选择成具有一个上限,该上限是所述下范围信号值的外范围的上限的一个预定百分比。
31.根据权利要求26所述的方法,其中当至少一个信号处于外范围中时启动警报要求所述至少一个信号在所述外范围中保持一预定时间段,以启动所述警报。
32.根据权利要求26所述的方法,其中当至少两个信号处于内范围中时启动警报要求所述至少两个信号在所述内范围中保持一预定时间段,以启动所述警报。
33.一种用于监控人的生理机能并提供警报,以对不希望的情况发出警告的装置,其包括:
多个传感器,其用于检测所述人的一个或多个生理参数;
一个处理器,其被配置成将每个所检测的参数转换为信息信号;和
一个警报系统,其与所述处理器相连,该警报系统被配置成提供一个或多个警报;
其中所述处理器被配置成执行以下步骤:
为每个生理参数接收一个指定的信号值上硬范围,该上硬范围由上硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数接收一个指定的信号值下硬范围,该下硬范围由下硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数接收一个低于所述上硬范围的指定的信号值上软范围,该上软范围由上软限值定义;
为每个生理参数接收一个高于所述下硬范围的指定的信号值下软范围,该下软范围由下软限值定义;
分析一段时间上所述信号中的至少两个信号,以确定每个信号处于哪个范围中;
当至少一个信号处于硬范围中时启动警报;以及
当至少两个信号处于软范围中时启动警报。
34.根据权利要求33所述的装置,进一步包括一个接口,用于将所述警报系统连接到医护机构内的现有护士呼叫系统。
35.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述处理器被安装在一个处于所述人床旁的床侧单元中。
36.根据权利要求35所述的装置,其中所述床侧单元进一步包括一个连接到所述处理器的显示器,用以显示生理数据,该显示器在警报情况发生时自动运行。
37.根据权利要求35所述的装置,其中所述床侧单元进一步包括一个连接到所述处理器的显示器,用以显示生理数据,该显示器由主治医护人员选择性地启动。
38.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述传感器被组装成一个封装在床单内的阵列。
39.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述传感器被置于所述人的床具内。
40.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述传感器包括由压电材料制成的非侵入式传感器。
41.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述传感器被安装在至少一个位置中,所述至少一个位置选自由车辆座椅的座部分车辆座椅的靠背部分、车辆头枕、车辆方向盘、驾驶服、驾驶帽、手腕附属装置,以及项链构成的组中。
42.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述处理器位于车辆中。
43.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述传感器通过无线技术将所检测的参数传送到所述处理器。
44.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述警报被配置成向车辆驾驶员发出其接近睡眠状态的警告。
45.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述传感器被配置成检测至少两个生理参数,所述至少两个生理参数选自由人的心率、呼吸率、血压、体温、心输出量和运动构成的组中。
46.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述传感器被进一步配置成使启动警报包括:在至少一个信号处于硬范围中时启动硬警报,以及在至少两个信号处于软范围中时启动软警报。
47.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述传感器并不需要附着到所述人的身上。
48.根据权利要求33所述的装置,其中所述传感器被放入所述人的床内。
49.一种用于监控人的生理机能并提供警报,以对不希望的情况发出警告的方法,其包括:
邻近所述人放置一个或多个传感器,所述一个或多个传感器被配置成检测所述人的多个生理参数,所述多个生理参数包括心率和呼吸率;
用所述传感器来检测所述人的一个或多个生理参数;
将所检测的参数转换为信号;
为每个生理参数分配一个信号值上硬范围,该上硬范围由上硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个信号值下硬范围,该下硬范围由下硬限值定义;
为每个生理参数分配一个低于所述上硬范围的信号值上软范围,该上软范围由上软限值定义,其中所述上软范围被选择成一个距所述上硬范围的预定向下偏差;
为每个生理参数分配一个高于所述下硬范围的信号值下软范围,该下软范围由下软限值定义,其中所述下软范围被选择成一个距所述下硬范围的预定向上偏差;
分析一段时间上所述信号中的至少两个信号,以确定每个信号处于哪个范围中;
当至少一个信号处于硬范围中时启动警报,以及
当至少两个信号处于软范围中时启动警报。
