本发明提供一种吹瓶机的自动上胚系统及吹瓶机，包括一个转轮装置和夹钳装置，所述转轮装置包括转轮和圆弧护板，所述转轮周边径向、等距地设有若干个槽口，所述圆弧护板设于所述转轮的外周缘，可将瓶胚活动地夹在槽口中，并传至所述夹钳装置，所述夹钳装置被设在与所述转轮装置不同的高度位置上相互部分交叠，具有与所述槽口数量相等的夹钳，所述夹钳中心与所述转轮的槽口中心同心并且相啮合，以夹住所述槽口所传送的瓶胚。本发明的吹瓶机上胚系统结构简单，而且提高生产效率，尤其适应于高产量吹瓶机。

自动上胚系统及吹瓶机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吹瓶机的自动上胚系统和吹瓶机。
背景技术
随着人们日常生活中对饮品需求量增加，使塑胶瓶消耗量的不断增加，许多生产塑胶瓶的厂家开发出一种一次可出多只塑胶瓶的吹瓶机，以提高生产效率，增加产量。但是目前普遍使用的吹瓶机中上胚装置的上胚过程比较复杂，影响了吹瓶机的效率。它首先是使用多个分胚气缸将传送架上瓶胚，按要求距离分开，再通过另一气缸，将分开的瓶胚输送到另一位置，后用压紧气缸和V型块将瓶胚夹紧，再通过旋转气缸将瓶胚翻转后，再压胚至随行夹具上，这样一方面使用气缸较多，成本昂贵，另一方面动作太繁琐，且要求定位精度高，这样很不适应高速吹瓶机上胚，并且根据吹瓶机产量调整不同速度，上胚需作相应调整比较困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是在于提供一种结构简单，生产效率高的吹瓶机的自动上胚系统。
本发明的吹瓶机的自动上胚系统，包括一个转轮装置和夹钳装置：所述转轮装置包括转轮和圆弧护板，所述转轮周边径向且等距地设有若干个槽口，所述圆弧护板设于所述转轮的外周缘，可将瓶胚活动地夹在槽口中，并传至所述夹钳装置；
所述夹钳装置被设在与所述转轮装置不同的高度位置上相互部分交叠，具有与所述槽口数量相等的夹钳，所述夹钳中心与所述转轮的槽口中心同心并且相啮合，以夹住所述槽口所传送的瓶胚。
在优选的实例中，转轮装置和所述夹钳装置被同步地驱动作相反方向地转动。
在进一步的优选实施例中，夹钳装置具有一导轨，通过凸轮驱使夹钳作径向往复运动。
在进一步的优选实施例中，夹钳装置装设有圆弧齿条，所述夹钳装设有齿轮，所述齿轮与所述齿条相啮合，使所述夹钳可作两个180°翻转。
在进一步的优选实施例中，夹钳通过弹簧联接在基座上，从而使所述夹钳紧连在凸轮上。
本发明的吹瓶机，包括：自动上胚系统，该系统包括一个转轮装置和夹钳装置，所述转轮装置包括转轮和圆弧护板，所述转轮周边径向且等距地设有若干个槽口，所述圆弧护板设于所述转轮的外周缘，可将瓶胚活动地夹在槽口中，并传至所述夹钳装置，所述夹钳装置被设在与所述转轮装置不同的高度位置上相互部分交叠，具有与所述槽口数量相等的夹钳，所述夹钳中心与所述转轮的槽口中心同心并且相啮合，以夹住所述槽口所传送的瓶胚。
压胚装置，该压胚装置用于将所述夹钳装置传送的瓶胚按压在随行夹具上，其包括按压件，所述按压件通过气缸驱动进行上下往复运动。
在优选的实施例中，气缸可调节地安装在基座上，可上下调节。
在进一步优选的实施例中，气缸通过螺杆可调节地安装在基座上。
采用本发明的自动上胚系统，在转轮上的瓶胚作圆周运动至与夹钳相啮合处时，将瓶胚传递给夹钳，夹钳再通过齿条翻转180°后使瓶胚口朝下，夹钳再作圆周运动至与随行夹具重合处，压胚装置将瓶胚按压在随行夹具上。其次，夹钳上的弹簧使夹钳紧贴在凸轮上，当瓶胚口按压在夹具体上时，夹钳装置根据凸轮形状，迅速退回，离开瓶胚，再翻转180°进入下一个夹胚循环。这种上胚结构以机械传动为主，可根据主机电机转速不同，始终处于同步运行状态，整个结构上胚简单，调节方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明：
如图1所示，根据本发明的吹瓶机的自动上胚系统，包括转轮装置1和夹钳装置2：转轮装置1包括转轮11和圆弧护板12，转轮11周边径向、等距地设有若干个槽口13，圆弧护板12设于转轮11的外周缘，可将瓶胚活动地夹在槽口13中，并传至夹钳装置2。夹钳装置2被设在与转轮装置1不同的高度位置上相互部分交叠，具有与槽口13数量相等的夹钳22，夹钳22中心与转轮11的槽口13中心同心并且相啮合，以夹住槽口13所传送的瓶胚。当瓶胚进入转轮11的槽口13后，被夹在圆弧护板12中，作圆周运动，转动到夹钳装置2被设在与转轮装置1交叠处，夹钳22便夹住瓶胚。
在优选的实例中，转轮装置1和夹钳装置2被同步地驱动作相反方向地转动。要实现同步驱动，通常可以将转轮装置1的轴和夹钳装置2的轴可通过同步联接件，如链条或同步带，与主电机的主轴联连接。在实现相反方向转动时，其中一装置与换向机构联接便可实现，如换向轮。如图2所示，主电机4通过同步联接件与过渡轮5连接，过渡轮5与夹钳装置2的轴21联接，轴14与换向轮6联接，换向轮6通过同步联接件与转轮装置1的轴14联接。
在进一步的优选实施例中，夹钳装置2具有一导轨26，通过凸轮23驱使夹钳22作径向往复运动，以实现闭合。
在进一步的优选实施例中，夹钳装置2装设有圆弧齿条24，夹钳22装设有齿轮25，当夹钳22旋转至齿条24处，齿轮25与齿条24相啮合，驱使夹钳2转动。当夹钳22作圆周运动动旋转至随行夹具34的交叠处时，翻转180°。当夹钳22继续作圆周运动动旋转至与转轮装置1的交叠处，再次翻转180°，进入下一夹胚循环。
在进一步的优选实施例中，夹钳22通过弹簧27联接在基座上，从而使夹钳22紧连在凸轮23上。
如图1、图2所示，根据本发明的吹瓶机，包括：自动上胚系统和压胚装置。自动上胚系统在上面以作详细介绍，接下来对压胚装置作进一步的介绍。
压胚装置3，包括按压件31，按压件31通过气缸32驱动进行上下往复运动，将夹钳装置2传送的瓶胚按压在随行夹具34上。按压件31安装在气缸32上，按压件31的中心与夹钳22的中心相对，以进行准确的按压。在优选的实施例中，气缸32可调节地安装在基座上，可上下调节，这样便可根据不同规格的瓶胚进行调节。在进一步的优选实施例中，气缸32通过螺杆33可调节地安装在基座上。
本发明并不局限于上述说明书中公开的内容，本领域的普通技术人员完全可采用相同或等同的技术方案进行替代而实现同样的技术效果和技术目的。对于这样的修改仍属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1、一种吹瓶机的自动上胚系统，包括一个转轮装置和夹钳装置：
所述转轮装置包括转轮和圆弧护板，所述转轮周边径向且等距地设有若干个槽口，所述圆弧护板设于所述转轮的外周缘，可将瓶胚活动地夹在槽口中，并传至所述夹钳装置；
所述夹钳装置被设在与所述转轮装置不同的高度位置上相互部分交叠，具有与所述槽口数量相等的夹钳，所述夹钳中心与所述转轮的槽口中心同心并且相啮合，以夹住所述槽口所传送的瓶胚。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动上胚系统，其特征在于：所述转轮装置和所述夹钳装置被同步地驱动作相反方向地转动。
3、根据权利要求2所述的自动上胚系统，其特征在于：所述夹钳装置具有一导轨，通过凸轮驱使所述夹钳作径向往复运动。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3任意一项所述的自动上胚系统，其特征在于：所述夹钳装置装设有圆弧齿条，所述夹钳装设有齿轮，所述齿轮与所述齿条相啮合，使所述夹钳可作两个180°翻转。
5、根据权利要求4所述的自动上胚系统，其特征在于：所述夹钳通过弹簧联接在基座上，从而使所述夹钳紧连在凸轮上。
6、一种使用权利要求1所述的自动上胚系统的吹瓶机，包括：
自动上胚系统，该系统包括一个转轮装置和夹钳装置，所述转轮装置包括转轮和圆弧护板，所述转轮周边径向且等距地设有若干个槽口，所述圆弧护板设于所述转轮的外周缘，可将瓶胚活动地夹在槽口中，并传至所述夹钳装置，所述夹钳装置被设在与所述转轮装置不同的高度位置上相互部分交叠，具有与所述槽口数量相等的夹钳，所述夹钳中心与所述转轮的槽口中心同心并且相啮合，以夹住所述槽口所传送的瓶胚；
压胚装置，该压胚装置用于将所述夹钳装置传送的瓶胚按压在随行夹具上，其包括按压件，所述按压件通过气缸驱动进行上下往复运动。
7、根据权利要求6所述的吹瓶机，其特征在于：所述气缸可调节地安装在基座上，可上下调节。
8、根据权利要求7所述的吹瓶机，其特征在于：所述气缸通过螺杆可调节地安装在基座上。
