硒是一种半金属元素。一九五七年有关国际组织证明,硒是动物体内必需的微量元素,人体各种组织内和体液内都含有硒,硒对人体健康有较大影响,尤其对抑制癌肿瘤细胞和心血管疾病的发生发展,以及对抗某些毒物,如镉、汞、甲基汞、砷等物有一定的作用。一九七五年有关国际组织又证明,硒是人体必需的微量元素,为人体红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶的组成成分。多项实验结果表明,硒能增强人体免疫力。患慢性消耗性疾病及癌肿患者,红细胞中过氧化氢酶活性降低。患癌症时往往缺硒。硒不仅能降低肝癌发病率,并能阻挠诱发癌变,还对肝癌高发病有预防作用。美国科学家的研究表明,每天摄入适量的微量元素硒,可减少癌症发病的危险,食用含高硒的食物,是利用硒的这种抗癌作用来防治癌症的最好方法。日本国立健康与营养研究所的研究人员发现,稀有元素硒具有胰岛素的作用,它可以调节人体内的糖分,对改进糖尿病患者的饮食疗法产生积极影响。
硒是人体必需的,又不能自制,因此世界卫生组织建议每天补充200微克硒,可有效预防多种疾病的发生。而光靠每天的日常食物是无法保证200微克硒的摄入量,因此日常补硒显得尤为重要。
世界营养学家、生物化学会主席,巴博亚罗拉博士称:硒是延长寿命最重要的矿物质营养素,体现在它对人体的全面保护,我们不应该在生病时才想到它。
某些农作物、蔬菜如:黑大豆、大蒜、洋葱、玉米花蕊等都含有硒,因此食疗补硒是一个极佳的方法。
我国食用鲜花有着悠久的历史。食用鲜花能起到驻颜耐老,轻身延年之说。花是植物的营养精华,经科学分析测定,花中含有以下营养成分:
一、氨基酸—二十余种,其中所含八种人体所必须的氨基酸,而这些氨基酸人体自身不能合成,只能从食物中摄取;
二、维生素—富含维生素A、B2、B6、B12、C、D、E、K等十四种人体所必须的维生素;
三、微量元素—包括钙、铁、铜、镁、钾、锰、磷、硅、钠、硫、钛、锌、硒等人体不可缺少的二十多种微量元素;
四、酶类—淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、乳酶等十八种酶类,尤其这些酶类完全属天然成分,具有强大的抗衰老能力及人体迅速恢复活力的作用;
五、糖类—鲜花中含有糖,如葡萄糖、果糖、极易消化吸收,为人体能量之主要来源。
以上五类人体所必须的营养素均集中于鲜花花蕊、粉之中,其量之多,是其它任何天然物质所不可比拟的,所以鲜花又被誉为“微型营养宝库”。
将硒与鲜花共同作为原料制备饮料不但具有鲜花中所含的多种营养素,可以改善人体组织器官的新陈代谢,增强心血管功能,延缓细胞衰老,起到营养保健作用,而且能够更好地起到抗癌和抗衰老功能。
CN92112224.1公开了一种食用花罐头及饮料的生产方法的发明专利,是以可食用鲜花为原料,经加工制成的罐头及饮料。CN200610046232.6公开了鲜花合成饮料及其制备方法的发明专利,即以食用鲜花为原料,经加工制成的饮料。以上专利均是以可食用鲜花为原料制成各类饮料,而将硒与鲜花结合制成的功能性食品却未见报道。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种黑大豆、玉米花蕊、食用鲜花为原料,经采摘加工制成富硒鲜花饮料的方法。
由含有硒的黑大豆、玉米花蕊、大蒜、洋葱和可食用鲜花加工制备而成,其中鲜花的比例占总量的25%以上。饮料中硒含量应达到1.00-3.00微克/毫升。可食用鲜花可以是丝瓜花、南瓜花、冬瓜花、茶花、木棉花、槐花、苹果花、梨花、梅花、李花、桃花、莲花、月季花、玫瑰花、树莓花、桂花中的一种或多种。饮料中还含有糖、苹果酸、柠檬酸、香精等矫味剂。
本发明用黑大豆3份煮烂待用,无污染的可食用鲜花1份,洗净后与2-3倍的过滤水一起放入夹层锅内加温90-95℃煮3分钟,然后用胶体磨研细成酱状,再与2-3.5份的白砂糖一起加热,添加过滤水,用糖度计测得糖度为8-12度时为止,加热至沸,然后再加入白砂糖用量的0.8%的苹果酸,0.2%的柠檬酸,少许的食用乳化苹果香精和乳化梨香精,其用量为总容量的1‰搅匀,然后趁热灌入消毒过的瓶内,封盖,在100℃下灭菌,分装清凉饮料。在分装清凉饮料时可添加适量的经过灭菌处理的鲜花朵、花瓣、花蕊。
本发明将富含硒的黑大豆等与食用花共同加工制成富硒鲜花饮料,经科学检测,其果汁中硒的含量达到了2.2微克/毫升,每天饮用91毫升即可保证200微克的摄入量。
按此方法制备的富硒鲜花饮料,不但丰富了饮料食品市场,同时为癌症患者和广大老年人提供了一种新型的用于抗癌和抗衰老的食疗产品。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
黑大豆30公斤煮烂后,再与洗净的无污染的树莓花10公斤和60公斤过滤水一起放入夹层锅内加温95℃煮3分钟,然后用胶体磨研细成酱状,再与30公斤左右的白砂糖一起加热,添加定量的过滤水,用糖度计测得糖度为10度左右时为止。加热至沸,然后再加入白砂糖用量的0.8%的苹果酸,0.2%的柠檬酸等,少许的食用乳化苹果得精和乳化梨香精等,其用量为总容量的1‰搅匀(注香精型按花源品种选定),然后趁热灌入消毒过的瓶内,封盖,在100℃下灭菌12分钟即可分装。在分装清凉饮料时可添加适量的经过灭菌处理的鲜花朵、花瓣、花蕊。
实施例2
黑大豆30公斤煮烂后,再与洗净的无污染的苹果花10公斤和60公斤过滤水一起放入夹层锅内加温95℃煮3分钟,然后用胶体磨研细成酱状,再与25公斤左右的白砂糖一起加热,添加定量的过滤水,用糖度计测得糖度为9度时为止。加热至沸,然后再加入白砂糖用量的0.8%的苹果酸,0.2%的柠檬酸等,少许的食用乳化苹果得精和乳化梨香精等,其用量为总容量的1‰搅匀(注香精型按花源品种选定),然后趁热灌入消毒过的瓶内,封盖,在100℃下灭菌12分钟即可。在分装清凉饮料时可添加适量的经过灭菌处理的鲜花朵、花瓣、花蕊。
实施例3
玉米花蕊30公斤,无污染的梨花10公斤洗净与60公斤过滤水一起放入夹层锅内加温95℃煮3分钟,然后用胶体磨研细成酱状,再与30公斤左右的白砂糖一起加热,添加定量的过滤水,用糖度计测得糖度为10度时为止。加热至沸,然后再加入白砂糖用量的0.8%的苹果酸,0.2%的柠檬酸等,少许的食用乳化苹果得精和乳化梨香精等,其用量为总容量的1‰搅匀(注香精型按花源品种选定),然后趁热灌入消毒过的瓶内,封盖,在100℃下灭菌12分钟即可。在分装清凉饮料时可添加适量的经过灭菌处理的鲜花朵、花瓣、花蕊。
实施例4
黑大豆30公斤煮烂,再与无污染的苹果花、梨花、桃花共30公斤洗净与60公斤过滤水一起放入夹层锅内加温95℃煮3分钟,然后用胶体磨研细成酱状,再与30公斤左右的白砂糖一起加热,添加定量的过滤水,用糖度计测得糖度为10度时为止。加热至沸,然后再加入白砂糖用量的0.8%的苹果酸,0.2%的柠檬酸等,少许的食用乳化苹果得精和乳化梨香精等,其用量为总容量的1‰搅匀(注香精型按花源品种选定),然后趁热灌入消毒过的瓶内,封盖,在100℃下灭菌12分钟即可。在分装清凉饮料时可添加适量的经过灭菌处理的鲜花朵、花瓣、花蕊。
以上实施例中黑大豆和玉米花蕊还可用小麦、苜蓿、蘑菇、大蒜、洋葱等富硒植物或农作物替代。可食用鲜花可用丝瓜花、南瓜花、冬瓜花、茶花、木棉花、槐花、苹果花、梨花、梅花、李花、桃花、莲花、月季花、玫瑰花、树莓花、桂花中的一种或多种。
Claims (5)
1、一种富硒鲜花饮料,其特征在于:由黑大豆或玉米花蕊、和可食用鲜花加工制备而成,其中鲜花的比例占黑大豆或玉米花蕊和鲜花组成总量的25%以上,饮料中硒含量应达到1.00—3.00微克/毫升。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种富硒鲜花饮料,其特征在于:食用鲜花是丝瓜花、南瓜花、冬瓜花、茶花、木棉花、槐花、苹果花、梨花、梅花、李花、桃花、莲花、月季花、玫瑰花、树莓花、桂花中的一种或多种。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种富硒鲜花饮料,其特征在于:饮料中还含有糖、苹果酸、柠檬酸、香精矫味剂。
4、一种富硒鲜花饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:黑大豆3份煮烂,无污染的食用鲜花1份,洗净后与2-3倍的过滤水和煮烂的黑大豆3份一起放入夹层锅内加温90-95℃煮3分钟,然后用胶体磨研细成酱状,再与2-3.5份的白砂糖一起加热,添加过滤水,用糖度计测得糖度为8-12度时为止,加热至沸,然后再加入白砂糖用量的0.8%的苹果酸,0.2%的柠檬酸,少许的食用乳化苹果香精和乳化梨香精,其用量为总容量的1‰搅匀,然后趁热灌入消毒过的瓶内,封盖,在100℃下灭菌,分装清凉饮料。
5、根据权利要求4所述的一种富硒鲜花鲜花饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:在分装清凉饮料时添加适量的经过灭菌处理的鲜花朵、花瓣、花蕊。
