Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于至少一条扁平挠性电缆的连接器,该连接器具有壳体,该壳体中设有:至少一个用于扁平挠性电缆端部的引入开口,连接到所述壳体、将所述至少一条扁平挠性电缆与接触件或另一条扁平挠性电缆连接的弹簧接触件,和至少一个应变消除部分。
背景技术
这种连接器例如从GB-1,317,264 B1中可知。这里所述的连接器在壳体中具有弹簧接触件,所述弹簧接触件压在扁平挠性电缆的剥离了绝缘材料的区域上,而这些弹簧接触件的相对端部为用于插入式连接器的插槽的接收式连接器的形状。通过使扁平挠性电缆的剥离了绝缘材料的部分直接接触而实现两扁平挠性电缆的相互连接。这里所述的连接器的整体结构相对于其操作被证明是复杂的,并且不能进行有效的应变消除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于对这种类型的连接器进行大量的改进,从而使其操作简单,并且在其中连接扁平挠性电缆的情况下持续地确保可靠的应变消除。
该目的通过一种用于至少一条扁平挠性电缆的连接器来解决。该连接器具有:壳体,其中设有:至少一个用于扁平挠性电缆端部的引入开口,连接到所述壳体、将所述至少一条扁平挠性电缆与接触件或另一条扁平挠性电缆连接的弹簧接触件,和至少一个应变消除部分。所述应变消除部分具有滑块,该滑块在至少部分沿着所述扁平挠性电缆进入所述引入开口的引入方向的方向上引入在扁平挠性电缆之上的所述引入开口中,其中,在最终锁定位置中,所述扁平挠性电缆通过滑块上的肋而弯曲进引入开口底部处靠近所述引入开口的凹部中。
本发明的概念基于以下内容:当连接器被引入其最终位置时,在其中连接的一条或多条扁平挠性电缆夹在“隔板”中,其中所述电缆局部急剧弯曲,从而使在应变负载中出现的粘附摩擦力如此之大,从而能够有效地防止扁平挠性电缆从连接器中被拉出。装配连接器的操作者可以通过连接器元件的“卡嗒声”来确认到达最终位置。

具体实施方式
图1所示的连接器1具有壳体3,其带有用于扁平挠性电缆2的引入开口4。扁平挠性电缆2插入该引入开口4中,直至其触击开口的端部。扁平挠性电缆2在其前端具有剥离了绝缘材料的导电轨,将弹簧接触件5压于该导电轨上。除了扁平挠性电缆2之外,将具有多种功能的滑块9引入到引入开口4中。首先,滑块9实现了扁平挠性电缆2的应变消除,下面将对此进行详细描述,其次,它将弹簧接触件5更有力地压在扁平挠性电缆2的剥离了绝缘材料的导电轨上。通过在沿插入方向观察时在滑块后端的斜台12来实现应变消除,在滑块处于装配之前的位置时其后端凸出在引入开口4之上。斜台12在其底侧具有与插入方向交叉延伸的肋10。在最终锁定位置,该肋10与壳体3底部中的凹部11或者通道11相对。此外,滑块9在其端部具有带有间隙的操作表面14,扁平挠性电缆2通过该间隙导入。操作表面14用作操作者通过沿着插入方向压在该操作表面上而引入力的表面,直到滑块9锁入其最终位置。在接近该最终位置的过程中,斜台12通过引入开口4的上边缘而被向下压,从而横向肋10将扁平挠性电缆2压入凹部或通道11中。在图2中示出了预锁定位置和最终锁定位置。在图2b中可以清楚看出,从插入方向观察时,处于其最终位置的横向肋10紧密地位于凹部或开口11的前边缘,从而使扁平挠性电缆2受到几乎90度的弯曲,这提供了有效的应变消除。
在最终位置,滑块9的后上边缘锁定在肩部15之下,肩部15设置在操作表面14中。
在其前端区域,滑块9还具有两个附加的斜台9a,当滑块9插入引入开口4中时,这两个斜台9a挤压位于远离扁平挠性电缆2定位的压力弹簧5的端部处的支腿5a,并且沿着该方向将整个基本为U形的弹簧接触件5压在扁平挠性电缆2上。这样,确保了在接触弹簧5与扁平挠性电缆2的剥离了绝缘材料的导电轨之间更稳定且更可靠的电接触。
在图1和图2所示的实施例中,弹簧接触件5在其不与扁平挠性电缆2的接触侧具有接触插槽16,其容纳在壳体3的对应开口中,用于使扁平挠性电缆2与互补连接器的插入式连接器相接触。
图3表示根据本发明的连接器的实施例,两条扁平挠性电缆2、7可通过该连接器相互连接。图3示出了预锁定位置(左上)和最终锁定位置(右下)。容易看出,该连接器的结构与图1和图2所示的连接器的不同之处仅在于,其具有镜面对称的双重结构,在壳体3中具有两个平行相对的引入开口4、4′以及弹簧接触件5、5′,弹簧接触件5、5′后端接合在一起,或者在开始时制成为单件。应变消除功能和将弹簧接触件5、5′压在扁平挠性电缆2、7的剥离了绝缘材料的部分上的过程与参考图1和图2所描述的相同。在本实施例中,弹簧接触件5、5′通过紧固件20被固定,该紧固件20能够通过其自身以已知的方式与插入方向相交地引入在壳体3上。即,在壳体3中的紧固件20的最终锁定位置使其位置固定。
图4表示根据本发明的连接器的第三实施例,其中两条扁平挠性电缆2、7可插入引入开口4中,并且推在两排弹簧接触件5、5′上,弹簧接触件以镜面对称的方式布置,每个弹簧接触件都以与第一实施例中相同的方式形成。与第一实施例不同的是,此处通过中间元件17和连接到其上并被紧固的滑块18来引导两条扁平挠性电缆2、7。中间元件17在其前端具有肩部,弹簧接触件邻近于导电轨的支腿5b通过该肩部压在导电轨上,中间元件17在其后端沿着平行于扁平电缆的延伸的中心平面开槽。滑块18的楔形尖端接合于该槽中,从而中间元件17的后端被支撑打开,并因此使扁平挠性电缆2、7压在引入开口4的内壁上。
这里,在中间元件的开槽部分的后端处,设置有应变消除凸起20,其与在扁平挠性电缆端部的适当距离处穿孔的对应开口21接合。这样凸起就穿过扁平挠性电缆2、7中的开口,并且进入横向槽22,该横向槽也在壳体3中结合在该平面处。滑块18通过其自身以已知的方式在壳体3上锁定于其最终位置,从而确保了接触弹簧较高的压力以及可靠的应变消除。
在图4所示的实施例示例中,接触插槽也形成在弹簧接触件5的其它端部处。然而,这不应该理解为对本发明的限制;用于连接多条扁平挠性电缆2、7的接触销或甚至接触弹簧,也可以与第二实施例示例中一样进行布置。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于至少一条扁平挠性电缆的连接器,该连接器具有:
壳体,其中设有:至少一个用于扁平挠性电缆端部的引入开口,连接到所述壳体、将所述至少一条扁平挠性电缆与接触件或另一条扁平挠性电缆连接的弹簧接触件,和
至少一个应变消除部分,其中,所述应变消除部分具有滑块,该滑块在至少部分沿着所述扁平挠性电缆进入所述引入开口的引入方向的方向上引入在扁平挠性电缆之上的所述引入开口中,其中,在最终锁定位置中,所述扁平挠性电缆通过滑块上的肋而弯曲进引入开口底部处靠近所述引入开口的凹部中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述滑块形成斜台,在引入开口内的过程中该斜台后端凸出在所述开口的平面之上并且在所述引入开口的上边缘上滑动,从而将肋压入凹部中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述滑块在其后端具有用于使所述滑块压入的操作表面,其中该滑块的上边缘包括有用于锁定所述滑块的斜台的肩部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述弹簧接触件在引入开口的前端受到垂直于其纵向轴线的预应力,从而压在扁平挠性电缆的剥离了绝缘材料的导电轨区域上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述弹簧接触件弯曲成U形,并且包括通过在滑块上的附加斜台压在扁平挠性电缆上的支腿。
6.根据权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述弹簧接触件在其两端处弯曲成U形,并且两个引入开口在壳体中以其前端彼此邻接的方式布置,以连接两条扁平挠性电缆。
7.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述引入开口接收两条扁平挠性电缆,并且两排弹簧接触件设置为一个在另一个之上。
