Abstract
本发明涉及对与电话线路(2)连接的设备系统(1)中的各种设备(4A到4G)的接入控制。所述设备具有优先级。对本发明进行设置,以便在请求设备的优先级高于所述设备系统中的至少另一设备的优先级时,根据设备进行线路占用操作的请求,向其他设备发送表示所述设备的优先级的摘机信号。如果没有发送更高优先级的摘机信号,在线路占用操作时并且在设备连接到线路上的持续时间内,发送所述信号。还对本发明进行设置,以便针对接收到向具有更高优先级的设备发送的摘机信号的任何设备,断开线路。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种设计成能够控制用户设备系统的各种设备接入到同一线路的方法和布置,这些设备并行连接到同一线路,在已经成功地进行了线路占用操作之后,使这些设备中的每一个能够通过所述同一线路依次进行通信。该方法和该布置可适用于其中设置了关于所述设备接入到所述设备系统中的线路的优先级的设备系统。
本发明还涉及线路/设备接口装置,每一个用于控制将设备接入到诸如上面所设想的布置环境内的共享电话线路,结果,允许实现根据本发明的方法。
背景技术
许多各种各样的设备被设计成能够通过电话线路进行通信,这引起了专用设备系统的数量相当大的增加,在该专用设备系统中,由与所述同一线路连接的各个设备依次利用该线路。由于各种设备所建立的通信不需要具有相同的紧迫性和/或相同的重要性,所述的多个设备对同一线路的共享利用需要在实际中设计一定数量的利用规则。
通常,通过检测该设备的听筒的举起摘机来执行由设备系统中与线路连接的设备的线路占用,这发生在所述设备包括上述线路占用操作或者包括由针对相同目的的另一操作例如按下设备键盘上的特定按钮所进行的线路占用的情况下。支持设备的这些线路占用操作通常会引起回路闭合作用,该回路闭合作用将导致在通过其设备连接到线路上的接口级上,线路的配线之间的电连续性的建立。
有时,在设备系统中与同一线路连接的设备用户能够协作,以便当未设置同时利用时,避免由不同设备出于不同目的同时地利用所述线路。并且固定设备和/或用户之间的优先级。然而,这样的设计不能够消除设备不合时宜地接入线路、或者与一个设备插入已经由另一设备利用的线路的尝试有关的干扰所造成的危险。
考虑到这些危险,某些设备特别是具有自动线路占用功能的那些设备配备有各自的检测器,通过该检测器,可以监控这些设备所连接到其上的电话线路的某些电特性。这样的监控特别是涉及线路电流、电压和/或回波的监控可以是基础监控,以致于在线路级所监控的特性可能会受到能够伪造监控结果的随机改变。
而且,如以上所设想的用户之间的协作总是不实际的,特别是当设备在地理位置上分散在所述设备系统内时,并且该协作不必定构成所期望的方案。
经常会设置关于接入到要在共享同一电话线路的利用的设备系统中的设备之间建立的线路上的分级结构。通常,这在具有用于控制将设备系统中的设备连接到电话线路上的中央单元的设备系统中实现。然而,根据要求,该方案不能直接掉换到其中未设置中央单元的设备系统,特别是逐个设备地进行设备到线路的连接的设备系统,并且该方案可能会随着新设备的安装而发展。现在,关于接入管理的可靠性在这些设备系统中仍保持为一般的可靠性。
发明内容
因此,本发明提出一种能够控制将设备系统(installation)中的各种设备接入到同一线路上的方法、布置和线路/设备接口装置,所述线路用于将所述设备系统连接到电话网络上,所述设备与所述线路并行地连接,以便在成功地进行线路占用操作之后进行通信。该方法、该布置和这些装置设置了针对所述设备接入到所述线路上的优先级。
根据本发明的方法的特征,提供了:
—当请求设备的优先级高于所述设备系统中的至少另一设备的优先级时,根据设备进行线路占用操作的请求,向所述设备系统中的其他设备发送表示分配给请求设备的优先级的摘机信号,如果所述设备系统中的另外设备未发送表示更高优先级的其他摘机信号,该信号在线路占用操作时、并且在从此之后所述设备连接到线路上的持续时间内发送;
—对于接收到表示所述设备系统中比所述设备分配了更高优先级的设备的摘机信号的所述设备系统中的任何设备,断开线路或使线路保持在断开状态。
根据本发明,还进行设置,以便通过将所述设备系统中的所述设备连接到这些设备共享其使用的线路上的铺设电缆来传输设备系统中的优先级设备的摘机信号,所述这些信号在由所述铺设电缆可传输的频带内发送,以及在用于所述设备系统的所述设备通过所述线路与外部进行通信的频带外发送。
根据本发明的布置的特征,所述布置出于接入控制的目的使线路/设备接口装置与所述设备系统中的每一个设备关联,该装置构造成分配给与该装置关联、并且该装置确保其与所述线路连接的设备的优先级的函数。
在设备系统中已经分配了最高优先级的设备的接口装置包括:与所述线路连接的发送装置,能够发送表示最高优先级的摘机信号;检测装置,用于通过线路,监控从占用请求直到从此之后的通信结束为止由所述设备执行的线路占用的进行;以及与检测装置和发送装置关联的管理逻辑,在检测到从相关设备发起的线路占用请求时、并且在作为结果建立的通信的持续时间内将所述发送装置设置为发送模式。
无优先级设备的接口装置包括:与所述线路连接的接收装置,用于拾取在所述设备系统中产生的摘机信号;开关装置,能够将所述设备连接到线路上;与接收装置和开关装置相关的管理逻辑,用于按照一旦接收到摘机信号并且在接收摘机信号同样长的时间内从线路中断开所述设备的方式来控制所述开关装置。
提供给分配了中等优先级的设备的线路/设备接口装置包括:
—与所述线路连接的接收装置,用于拾取在所述设备系统中产生的摘机信号;
—开关装置,能够将分配了中等优先级的设备与线路进行连接、从线路中断开以及保持断开;
—与所述线路连接的发送装置,能够发送表示分配给所述设备的中等优先级的摘机信号;
—检测装置,用于通过线路,监控从占用请求直到从此之后的通信结束为止由设备执行的线路占用的进行;
—管理逻辑,一方面,该管理逻辑与接收装置和开关装置关联,以便按照一旦接收到摘机信号并且在接收摘机信号同样长的时间内从线路中断开所述设备的方式来控制所述开关装置,其中所述摘机信号表示在所述设备系统中分配了更高优先级的另一设备,而另一方面,该管理逻辑与检测装置和发送装置关联,当开关装置确保所述设备与该线路的连接时,在通过线路检测到从具有中等优先级的所述设备发起的线路占用请求时、并且在作为结果建立的通信持续时间内,将所述发送装置设置为发送模式。
根据以上所详细描述的布置,线路/设备接口装置充分表现出对所述布置所表示的特征。

具体实施方式
假定由将电话设备系统1与诸如公用交换网络的电话网络3连接的电话线路2来为图1中实例所示的电话设备系统1提供服务。出于这个目的,所述设备系统包括诸如4A、4B、…4G的各种设备,这些设备能够利用所述线路进行自身通信,因此,这些设备诸如通过连接利用其将所述线路分布在所述设备系统中的铺设电缆2’,与该线路2进行连接。
该设置使每个设备能够依次占用线路以进行通信。这里,作为简化,假定不存在同时利用线路来进行两个不同通信的设置。如所已知的,在某些情况下利用适当的硬件能够进行这样的同时利用,因此,对于这些情况,很可能可以应用根据本发明的用于控制对线路进行接入的方法。
这里假定对关于设备接入到线路上的优先级进行了设置,诸如作为由各种设备分别建立的通信的紧迫性和重要性的函数。在所提出的实例中,例如,认为设备4A是配备有内部调制解调器的计算机,所述内部调制解调器允许该计算机利用线路2与通过网络3连接到另一电话线路上的另一计算机进行通信。例如,设备4B是与计算机5外部关联的调制解调器,从而使计算机如同计算机4A那样通过电话线路2来进行通信。例如,设备4C是利用线路2通过网络3与远端传真机进行通信传真机,该设备通常具有自动线路占用能力,例如,用于回呼在第一次呼叫时已经接入其线路的传真机。例如,设备4D是包括调制解调器的电视机,利用该调制解调器,所述电视机能够尤其是出于远程付费和控制的目的通过线路2和网络3与服务提供商设备进行连接。例如,设备4E是包括调制解调器的诸如TV解码器的功能盒,所述调制解调器与电视机6关联,利用该调制解调器,可以如同以上所设定的那样,根据命令或自动地通过线路2和网络3与服务提供商设备建立通信。例如,设备4F和4G是电视机,即,一个是辅电视机而另一个是主电视机。
根据本发明,还存在与每一个设备关联的设置,诸如7A的线路/设备接口装置,以便确保诸如从4A到线路2的设备接入的控制,与各种设备关联的接口装置的集合构成了一种布置,该布置能够控制将所述设备接入到线路上,同时考虑作为用户要求和需要的函数的、分别分配给设备系统中的设备的优先级。
例如,可以设置最高优先级,从而使设备系统中的设备随时占用线路,而不管线路是否空闲或已经由另一设备所占用,如果需要的话,通过断开已占用线路的设备。然后,对该设备的设置使得设备系统中的另一设备不能够中断所进行的占用。例如,将这样的高优先级分配给诸如在图1中由设备4G表示的主电视机,从而使其特别是在紧急情况下,总是能够占用线路2。
对于只有当具有更高优先级的任何设备都未占线时才允许其线路占用、并且其保持在占线时可能会由优先级更高的设备中断的设备,还可以设置无优先级。例如,无优先级设备是诸如具有自动线路占用的设备,诸如由图1中的设备4E表示的具有调制解调器的电视机解码器。
对于只有当相等或更高优先级的任何设备都未占线时才允许其线路占用、并且其保持占线可能会被分配有更高优先级的设备中断的设备,还可以设置一个或多个中等优先级。例如,具有中等优先级的设备是诸如4F的辅电视机、诸如4C的传真机、诸如4A的计算机、诸如4B的调制解调器等。
根据本发明,由每一个都与所述设备系统中的设备关联的接入控制装置、例如设备4A到4G的线路/设备接口装置7A到7G所形成的接入控制布置来确保在与诸如电话线路2连接的设备系统中的这些优先级的管理。因此,这样配备的设备系统的特征在于:该设备系统具有用于控制接入到为由多个分离设备构成的所述设备系统服务的电话线路上的布置。
在图1所示的实例中,假定装置7A到7G具体表现为设计成要进行连接的单独机体的形式,一方面,连接到电话线路2,而另一方面,连接到设备。在这里假定按照利用铺设电缆2’将电话线路2延伸到所述设备系统中,从而允许各种设备连接到其上的传统方式,来实现在设备系统中与电话线路的连接。如所已知的,设备连接到这样的铺设电缆上通常由插入式连接方式来进行,铺设电缆在设计用于容纳所述设备并行地连接到其上的插头的插座中结束。设置了用于构成线路/设备接口装置7A到7G的机体,这些机体是每一个都用于插入到铺设光缆的插座中并且容纳属于设备的插头的机体。如所已知的,这样的插头可以设置在通过其该插座与它所服务的设备连接的电线的末端,还可以将其安装为或形成为设备的一部分。当然,可以设想其他形式的实施例,例如,所述设备的机体可以通过各个电线连接到铺设光缆的插座,特别在其对其所服务的设备而言是整体的情况下。
根据实际的观点,还进行了设置,以使每一个线路/设备接口装置能够从电话线路中获得其操作所需的至少部分电能。然而,有利地,该装置所需的至少部分电能由辅助电源来提供。当在设备级设置了该功能时,可以由所述装置被分配给的设备来提供电能。还可以由该装置的机体中所包括的电池或单电池、或通过将该装置连接到在所述设备系统级存在的电源或电能分布来提供所需电能。
根据本发明,对设备中的装置接入诸如电话线路2的控制用于当设备进行线路占用操作时,由分配给该设备的线路/设备接口装置来发送摘机信号。对于具有高于所述设备系统中的至少另一设备的优先级的优先级的任何设备,设置了该发送,因此,对于分配了最高优先级或中等优先级的设备,这些设备全都具有比所述设备系统中的无优先级设备的优先级更高的优先级。如果在所述设备系统中的另一设备的激励下未发送相等或更高等级的其他任何摘机信号特性,当设备进行线路占用操作并且在该设备从开始后继续连接到线路上的持续时间内,所述设备进行这样的发送。
根据本发明,存在针对接收摘机信号的所述设备系统中的任何设备的从线路中断开或将线路保持在断开状态的联合设置,其中所述摘机信号的特性表示该信号已经由分配了高于所述设备系统中的该设备的优先级的终端发送。此外,可以针对具有指定优先级的摘机信号特性的接收进行设置,其中所述优先级对应于分配给接收该信号特性的设备优先级,以便防止由设备所进行的占用操作,然后,该线路保持预留,以使此后连接的具有相同优先级的设备受益。
这里假定设备系统的优先级设备的摘机信号的传输由铺设电缆2’来执行,所述铺设电缆将所述设备系统中的设备连接到这些设备共享使用的电话线路2。这些信号由该铺设电缆在可传输的频率带内发送,例如超过200kHz。这些信号还应该位于设备所利用的频带的外部,以便通过线路2和电话网络3进行所述设备系统外部的通信。优选地,这些信号所使用的频带应该尽可能最窄,以便避免干扰可能由线路2进行的任何ADSL、VDSL或HPNA模式的传输。因此,如果将线路设计为在ADSL模式下利用,用于摘机信号的频带将诸如超过140kHz,该频带对应于ADSL上行和下行信道之间的转移频率(hinge frequency)。还能够使用稍高于最高DMT载波的1.1MHz频率的频率。
根据典型实施例,设置1.2MHz的频率用于摘机信号的载波,当设备成功地进行了线路占用操作时,或者当该设备与通信环境中的线路连接时,根据在所述设备系统中分配给产生该信号的设备的优先级,对所述信号进行不同的调制。作为示例,具有最高优先级的终端可以利用具有1Hz载波的调制,然后,对于中等优先级终端,可以利用具有0.5Hz载波的调制,这里假定设想了单个的中等优先级。然后,可以在线路/设备接口装置级基于高于0.5Hz调制的这样得到的调制频率的产生,检测由具有不同优先级的两个终端尝试的同时发送。
如以上所述,根据本发明的接入控制布置由作为为设备所选择的优先级函数分别分配给设备系统中的设备的、线路/设备接口装置的集合来构成。对于由于这些设备的互连而分配了优先级的设备,所述的各个装置能够使每一个装置确保对线路接入的控制。
图2示出了用于控制将设备系统中分配了最高优先级的设备接入到电话线路上的装置的示意图。
该装置对应于图1中的7G所表示的装置,假定装置通过所述设备系统的铺设电缆2’连接到电话线2的配线上。然后,进行设计来确保将所述设备系统分配了最高优先级的诸如设备4G连接到线路2上。发送器8设置在装置7G中,从而能够将以上提到的摘机信号发送到所述设备系统中的其他设备的线路/设备接口装置,因此,出于此目的,在以上所设定的条件下,通过设备7G连接到其上的铺设电缆2’的配线,将该装置7G连接到线路2的配线上。在发送模式下,作为从设备4G发起的线路占用请求的函数,由管理逻辑9来控制该发送器,所述这些请求由检测器10进行信号通知。例如,所述检测器10是插入到铺设电缆2’的两个配线之一上的回路电流检测器,其中所述铺设电缆2’将电话线路2的两个配线连接到设备4G的两个相应配线上,按照这样的方式,检测使设备的线路回路接点(未示出)闭合的电流的通过。通常,该闭合发生在该设备所包括的听筒举起摘机时,或者发生在按下该设备的控制键盘所包括的线路占用按钮时,或者发生在接收到来自设备的控制逻辑的命令时。在位于电话网络3级的线路2末端对其进行检测,并且允许设备处于通过所述线路与远端设备的通信中。将电源电路11设置在所述装置级,这里示出了该电源电路通过铺设电缆2’连接到线路2上,应该理解该电流还可以如以上所设想的,与另外的电源进行连接。
图3示出了用于控制将在设备系统中未分配优先级的设备接入到电话线路上的装置的示意图。
该线路/设备接口装置对应于图1中的参考符号7E所示的装置,假定该装置通过所述设备系统的铺设电缆2’与电话线路2的配线进行连接。对该装置进行设置,以确保将所述设备系统中的诸如无优先级设备4E连接到线路2上。在所述装置中设置了检测器10’,用于检测从设备4E发起的线路占用请求。该检测器可以按照如用于高优先级设备的装置7G所提供的方式来具体实现和安装。在装置7E中设置了接收器12’,用于拾取可能会由所述设备系统中分别分配了优先级的设备发送的摘机信号,假定这些摘机信号是如上所设定的信号。因此,该接收器与铺设电缆的配线2’连接,其中设备4E通过所述配线2’与线路2的配线连接。接收器12’所拾取的摘机信号由该接收器通知给管理逻辑9’,该管理逻辑9’负责控制开关13’,以便在与信号被拾取同样长的时间内,断开设备4E并使设备4E保持与所述线路断开。这里所示的开关在将线路连接到设备上的所述配线之一级上进行作用。
电源电路11’使诸如7E的线路/设备接口装置完整,这里假定该电源电路具有与为设备7G设置的电源电路相同的类型。
图4示出了用于控制将在设备系统分压分配了中等优先级的设备接入到电话线路上的装置的示意图。
该线路/设备接口装置对应于图1中参考符号7F所表示的装置。假定该装置通过所述设备系统的铺设电缆2’与电话线路2的配线连接,从而确保在所述设备系统中分配了中等优先级的诸如4F的设备的连接。
该装置7F与针对无优先级和高优先级设备分别设置的线路/设备接口装置中特有的各种元件相关。因此,所述装置包括:
—发送器8”,允许该发送器发送由该装置所服务的设备即这里的4F的优先级的摘机信号特性;
—检测器10”,允许该检测器检测设备4F的线路占用请求;
—接收器12”,能够通过铺设电缆2’来拾取由所述设备系统中具有至少相同优先级的其他设备所发送的摘机信号;
—管理逻辑9”,
--一方面,当接收到的摘机信号是具有至少等于并且特别是大于分配给设备4F的优先级的优先级的设备的特性时,所述管理逻辑9”接收所拾取并且由接收器12’发送的摘机信号的信号特性,
--另一方面,当在与针对设备4G所描述的条件相对应的条件下检测到从设备4F发起的请求时,所述管理逻辑9”接收由检测器10”所发送的线路占用请求指示;
--开关装置13”,由管理逻辑控制,并且能够与所述线路连接以及从所述线路中断开。
优选地,当未接收到摘机信号时,将开关装置13”设计为保持线路配线2和设备4F的相应设备系统之间的连接,如同针对设备4E的开关装置13’。
当设备4F正在通信时,并且当接收到具有比分配给设备4F更高优先级的设备的摘机信号特性时,管理逻辑9”作用于开关装置13”,以便断开设备4F。还对该开关装置进行设计,以便当接收到从具有相同优先级或更高优先级的设备发起的摘机信号时,防止设备4F的线路占用。
针对设备系统包括分配了较高优先级的多个设备的情况,可以设置与用于分配了中等优先级的线路/设备接口装置相似的线路/设备接口装置。该装置可以按照与结合图4所描述的设备相同的方式来构成。然后,该装置包括有组织的管理逻辑,以便按照在与接收到摘机信号同样长的时间内使分配了高优先级的设备保持从所述线路中断开的方式,控制该装置的开关装置,其中所述摘机信号的特性表示该信号由具有相同高优先级的设备发送。还可以对该管理逻辑进行组织,从而当开关装置确保了设备连接时,在检测到从设备发起的线路占用请求时,并且在作为结果通过线路建立的通信的持续时间内,控制所述装置中的发送装置的动作。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于控制将设备系统(1)的各种设备(4A到4G)接入到同一电话线路(2)上的方法,所述这些设备并行地连接到所述线路上,从而在已经成功地进行线路占用操作之后进行通信,其特征在于:所述方法设置了关于所述设备系统中所述设备接入到所述线路上的优先级,并且所述方法包括:
—当请求设备的优先级高于所述设备系统中的至少另一设备的优先级时,根据设备进行线路占用操作的请求,向所述设备系统中的其他设备发送表示分配给请求设备的优先级的摘机信号,如果所述设备系统中的另外设备未发送表示更高优先级的其他摘机信号,该信号在线路占用操作时、并且在确保从此之后的所述设备连接到线路上的持续时间内发送;
—对于接收到表示所述设备系统中比任一设备分配了更高优先级的设备的摘机信号的所述设备系统中的该任一设备,断开线路或使线路保持在断开状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述方法进行设置,以便通过将所述设备系统中的所述设备连接到这些设备共享其使用的线路上的铺设电缆(2’)来传输设备系统中的优先级设备的摘机信号,所述这些信号在由所述铺设电缆可传输的频带内发送,以及在用于所述设备系统的所述设备通过所述线路与外部进行通信的频带外发送。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述方法用于通过至少一个指定载波来传输摘机信号,所述载波根据各种优先级设备来发送,并且作为在所述设备系统中分配给设备的优先级的函数,针对所述设备中的每一个,对载波进行不同的调制。
4.一种用于控制将设备系统(1)的各种设备(4A到4G)接入到同一电话线路(2)上的部件,所述这些设备并行地连接到所述线路上,从而在已经成功地进行线路占用操作之后进行通信,其特征在于:所述部件设置了关于所述设备接入到所述线路上的优先级,所述部件包括出于接入控制目的的、与所述设备系统中的每一个设备(4A到4G)关联的线路/设备接口装置(7A到7G),根据分配给所述设备的优先级的函数来构造所述部件,其中所述设备与所述部件关联,以及由所述部件确保其与所述线路的连接;
其中提供给分配了最高优先级的设备(4G)的接口装置(7G)包括:与所述线路连接的发送装置(8),能够发送表示最高优先级的摘机信号;检测装置(10),用于通过线路,监控从占用请求直到确保从此之后的通信结束为止由所述设备执行的线路占用的进行;以及与检测装置和发送装置关联的管理逻辑(9),在检测到从所述设备发起的线路占用请求时、并且在作为结果建立的通信的持续时间内将所述发送装置设置为发送模式。
以及提供给分配了无优先级的设备(4E)的接口装置(7E)包括:
与所述线路连接的接收装置(12’),用于拾取在所述设备系统中产生的摘机信号;开关装置(13’),能够将所述设备连接到线路上;与接收装置和开关装置相关的管理逻辑(9’),用于按照一旦接收到摘机信号并且在接收摘机信号同样长的时间内从线路中断开所述设备的方式来控制所述开关装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的部件,其特征在于:提供给当设备系统包括多个分配了相同高优先级的设备时分配了中等优先级或者高优先级的设备(4F)的接口装置(7F)包括:
—与所述线路连接的接收装置(12”),用于拾取在所述设备系统中产生的摘机信号;
—开关装置(13’),能够将分配了中等优先级或者高优先级的设备与线路进行连接、从线路中断开以及保持断开;
—与所述线路连接的发送装置(8”),能够发送表示分配给所述设备的中等优先级或者高优先级的摘机信号;
—检测装置(10”),用于通过线路,监控从占用请求直到确保从此之后的通信结束为止由设备执行的线路占用的进行;
—管理逻辑(9”),一方面,该管理逻辑与接收装置和开关装置关联,以便按照一旦接收到摘机信号并且在接收摘机信号同样长的时间内从线路中断开所述设备的方式来控制所述开关装置,其中所述摘机信号表示在所述设备系统中另一设备被分配了更高优先级,而另一方面,该管理逻辑与检测装置和发送装置关联,当开关装置确保所述设备与该线路的连接时,在通过线路检测到从具有中等优先级的所述设备发起的线路占用请求时、并且在作为结果建立的通信持续时间内,将所述发送装置设置为发送模式。
