Abstract
即使体液一次大量产生时,也充分地挡住体液,不仅防止体液向产品的前后方向,而且防止其向宽度方向横向漏出。一种吸收性物品(1A),其在透液性表面薄片(3)和不透液性里面薄片(2)之间夹有吸收体(4),并且,在所述吸收体(4)的大致中央区域具有向表面侧增厚的中高部(6),在其所述中高部(6)的区域内,并在夹持体液排出区域K的两侧部,分别形成在吸收性物品的长度方向上延伸的防漏槽(8)。该防漏槽(8)的深度为0.5~9.0mm。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸收性物品,其主要用于生理用卫生巾、白带薄片、失禁衬垫、医疗用衬垫、化妆用品等,详细地讲涉及一种通过改善其防漏槽的阻止效果,确保防止体液横向漏出的吸收性物品。
背景技术
目前,作为卫生护垫、生理用卫生巾、失禁衬垫等吸收性物品,众所周知,其是在聚乙烯薄片或聚乙烯叠片无纺布等的不透液性里面薄片与无纺布或透液性塑料薄片等的透液性表面薄片之间,夹有由棉状纸浆构成的吸收体。
对这种吸收性物品进行了多次反复的改进,采取了种种方法防止体液漏出。作为这些防止体液漏出的方法之一,如图8所示,已公知的吸收性物品40A(参照下述专利文献1~4等)是在吸收体41的大致中央部区域形成向表面侧增厚的中高部42,使其向排血部位的吻合性得到改善,同时,为保持上述中高部42的形状,挡住吸收到吸收体41的体液,通过在上述中高部42的周缘的外侧位置,进行直线型的压花加工,形成凹形的防漏槽43。另外,如图9所示,已公知的还有吸收性物品40B,是通过在中高部42的中央延卫生巾的长度方向施行压花加工,形成防漏槽43。

发明内容
然而,在上述吸收性物品40A中,由于形成中高部42,产品容易吻合在排血口的位置,所以可以防止向产品的前后方向漏出体液,可是由于在中高部42的外侧即吸收体41的厚度较薄的部分,形成防漏槽43,因此不能形成较深的防漏槽43,存在有不能充分挡住扩散于产品宽度方向的体液横向漏出的问题。这个问题对吸收体厚度变薄的薄型吸收性物品尤为突出。
另一方面,对于在上述中高部42的中央形成防漏槽43的吸收性物品40B的情况,例如在躺下、坐下等的身体姿势下,进行改变双脚姿势等姿势变化,由于腹压的作用,一次性产生大量体液时,防漏槽43不能吸收体液,存在体液溢漏的问题。
因而,本发明的主要课题在于提供一种吸收性物品,即使在一次发生大量体液的情况下,也可以充分地挡住体液,不只是防止体液在产品的前后方向漏出,在其宽度方向也可以防止体液横向漏出。
为解决上述课题,本发明第一方面提供一种吸收性物品,其在透液性表面薄片和里面薄片之间夹有吸收体,并且,在上述吸收体大致中央部区域,具有比标准部吸收体向表面侧增厚的中高部,其特征为,在上述中高部区域内,并在夹持体液排出部区域的两侧部,分别形成在吸收性物品的长度方向上延伸的防漏槽。
在如图7所示以往的吸收性物品的场合,由于在其中高部的外侧进行了压花处理,不能较深形成防漏槽,然而,根据上述第一方面所述的发明,使上述中高部的宽度加宽,在上述中高部的区域内形成防漏槽,所以可以确保足够的槽深,槽内能收容大量的体液,故不仅能防止体液的前后漏出,也可有效地防止体液的横向漏出。
本发明涉及的第二方面提供一种如第一方面所述的吸收性物品,其中,上述防漏槽比上述中高部的厚度深,达到上述标准部吸收体。
本发明涉及的第三方面提供一种如一、二任一方面所述的吸收性物品,其中,在上述防漏槽的外侧,形成通过冲压使上述中高部变薄的薄化部。
在上述第三方面所述的发明中,在上述防漏槽的外侧,形成通过冲压使上述中高部变薄的薄化部。因而,即使存在中高部,两侧部分通过冲压使其薄型化,从而在着用时没有不适感,同时折叠的产品也可以变薄。
本发明涉及的第四方面提供一种如第1~3方面中任一方面所述的吸收性物品,其中,上述中高部形成在将上述吸收性物品叠3折单个包装时的前后折线位置之间。
在上述第四方面所述的发明中,上述中高部形成在将上述吸收性物品叠3折单个包装时的前后折线位置之间。因此,在叠3折的产品状态下,吸收性物品的厚度可以变薄。
本发明涉及的第五方面提供一种如第1~4方面中任一方面所述的吸收性物品,其中,上述标准部吸收体的厚度是1~3mm。
如上详细叙述,根据本发明,即使在一次发生大量体液的情况下,也能够充分挡住体液,不仅防止体液向产品的前后方向漏出,而且也可防止体液向其宽度方向的横向漏出。另外,由于将中高部的外侧通过冲压成形薄型化,能降低着用时的不适感,并且,因在叠3折的折线之间形成中高部,所以即使产品状态下也可以变得较薄。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图详细叙述本发明的具体实施方式。
〔第一实施例〕
图1是本发明的第一实施例的吸收性物品1A的局部剖俯视图,图2是其II-II线的剖视图。
吸收性物品1A,主要用于卫生护垫、生理用卫生巾、白带薄片、失禁衬垫等,其构造如图1所示,在不透液性里面薄片2和透液性表面薄片3(以下,也只称为表面薄片)之间夹有吸收体4、或如同图所示的由上述吸收体4和围绕上述吸收体4的皱纸5构成的吸收体单元。在上述吸收体4的周围,上述不透液性里面薄片2和透液性表面薄片3,通过热熔性粘结剂等的粘接方法接合。
上述不透液性里面薄片2,使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等的至少具有防水性的薄片材料,除此之外,也可以使用在聚乙烯薄片等上面层叠了无纺布的无纺布叠片,以及具有防水薄膜,确保实质上不透液性之后使用无纺布薄片(这种情况,由防水薄膜和无纺布构成不透液性里面薄片。)等。近年来,从防霉的观点看,有适合使用具有透湿性的里面薄片的倾向。作为这种防水·透湿性薄片材料,适合使用在聚乙烯、聚丙烯等烯烃类树脂中熔融混合无机填充剂,形成薄片后,通过在单轴或双轴方向拉伸得到的微多孔性薄片。
上述吸收体4能吸收·保持体液的吸收体即可,一般情况下,从吸收功能和价格方面考虑,适合使用在绒毛状纸浆中混合吸收性聚合物粉末的吸收体。上述纸浆例如有木材得到的化学纸浆、熔融纸浆等的纤维素纤维、由人造丝、醋酸纤维等的人工纤维素纤维构成的物质等,从功能和价格方面考虑适合使用纤维长比阔叶树纸浆长的针叶树纸浆。上述吸收体4为保持其形状,并且使经血等快速扩散,同时防止已吸收了的经血等的返回,最好用皱纸5围绕。另外,吸收体4的平面形状,如图所示,可以是椭圆状,也可以是为使裆部的触感柔和而作成的切合状(葫芦状)。
另一方面,本吸收性物品1A中的表面薄片3,适合使用无孔或有孔的无纺布、多孔性塑料薄片等。构成上述无纺布的材料纤维,例如在聚乙烯或聚丙烯等烯烃类,聚酯类、聚酰胺类等合成纤维之外,可以是人造丝和铜氨纤维等再生纤维、棉等天然纤维。另外,也适合使用将熔点高的纤维作芯,熔点低的纤维作为鞘的芯鞘型纤维或并列型纤维、分离型纤维等复合纤维。
关于加工方法,可以使用通过射流喷网成布法、纺粘法、热粘合法、熔喷法、针刺法等适当的加工方法得到的无纺布,在这些加工方法中,射流喷网成布法富有优良的柔软性、悬垂性,热粘合法具有体积大且柔软的优点。另外,在容易进行压花加工方面,适合使用由合成纤维构成的无纺布。
在上述吸收体4的表面侧,如图2和图3所明确表示的那样,与吸收体4的大致中央部区域相对,具有在比标准部吸收体4A向表面侧增厚的中高部6。如图1所示,在产品折叠时形成折痕的前后的折线位置P1·P2之间形成上述中高部6。从上述中高部6的前后端附近,分别形成沿产品长度方向的多个边压花7a、7a…和7b、7b…。另外,上述标准部吸收体4A的厚度为1~3mm,上述中高部6的厚度为1.5~8.0mm,优选2.0~4.0mm。另外,上述标准部吸收体4A,优选使用将气流成网无纺布或叠层纤维吸收体冲压所得的材料,上述中高部6可以通过层叠另外的吸收性薄片形成,也可以与标准部吸收体4A形成一体。
在上述中高部6的区域内,在夹持体液排出部区域K的两侧部,通过从透液性表面薄片3的上面一侧实施压花,分别形成在产品的长度方向延伸的左右一对凹状防漏槽8、8。此防漏槽8,如图2及图3所示,通过压花加工使透液性表面薄片3和皱纸5熔敷,形成比中高部6的厚度h1深,达到标准部吸收体4A程度的深度。上述防漏槽8的深度H为0.5~9.0mm,优选2.0~6.0mm。深度H在不足0.5mm的情况下,挡住体液的效果较小,不能有效的防止横向漏出。深度H在超过9.0mm的情况下,由于需要增厚吸收体的厚度,失去了薄型吸收性物品的便利性。另外,上述防漏槽8的深度H与标准部吸收体4A的厚度T之比(H/T)为0.06~3.3,优选0.2~0.8。另一方面,防漏槽8的底部宽度B可以是0.5~5.0mm。
如图3所示,从使用者的体液排出部(无图示)排出的体液9流入上述防漏槽8并被挡住,不会进一步向上侧方移动。即在本吸收性物品1A中,由于在中高部6区域内形成上述防漏槽8,所以可以使形成的防漏槽8较深,并且,因为在体液排出部位K的外侧形成左右一对,所以向左右任何一方流动都可以挡住体液。
并且,上述防漏槽8、8的平面形状,只要形成在夹持上述体液排出部区域K的两侧,同时在产品的长度方向上延伸就可以,但在图1所示的例子中,构成中央部的宽度最窄、且随着向产品的前后端走向间距宽度逐渐扩大的弯曲形状,在端部形成朝向内侧的曲线部。
〔第二实施例〕
下面,详细叙述图5和图6所示的第2实施例的吸收性物品1B。
只说明和上述第1实施例的吸收性物品1A比较的不同点,在本吸收性物品1B中,如图5所示,其中高部6的宽度W2比上述吸收性物品1A的中高部宽度W1(参照图1)形成得更宽,在上述中高部6的区域内,在夹持体液排出部区域K的两侧部,通过从透液性表面薄片3的上面一侧实施压花,分别形成左右一对的凹状防漏槽8、8,同时,在此防漏槽8、8的外侧,形成通过冲压使上述中高部6薄化的薄化部10。
在本吸收性物品1B中,因为在上述防漏槽8的外侧,形成由冲压形成的薄化部10,所以可以解除在着用时中高部6的侧部在裆部触感的不适感。
并且,上述薄化部10,不是从透液性表薄片面3的上面一侧通过冲压实现薄型化,而是优选在吸收体单体的状态下实施冲压,使其在成品状态时,从外侧看不到通过冲压形成的薄化部分。

Claims (4)
1.一种吸收性物品,其在透液性表面薄片和里面薄片之间夹有吸收体,并且,在所述吸收体大致中央部区域,具有比标准部吸收体向表面侧增厚的中高部,其特征为,
在所述中高部区域内,并在夹持体液排出部区域的两侧部,分别形成在吸收性物品的长度方向上延伸的防漏槽,所述防漏槽比所述中高部的厚度深,达到所述标准部吸收体,并且防漏槽的两侧边缘部形成为相同高度。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸收性物品,在所述防漏槽的外侧,形成通过冲压使所述中高部变薄的薄化部。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的吸收性物品,所述中高部形成在将所述吸收性物品叠3折单个包装时的前后折线位置之间。
4.如权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的吸收性物品,所述标准部吸收体的厚度是1~3mm。
