Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método de controlar el equilibrio térmico de la columna de reacción de un horno de fusión por suspensión y un quemador de concentrado para alimentar gas de reacción y materia sólida pulverizada en la columna de reacción del horno de fusión por suspensión. En el método, el material endotérmico (16) es alimentado por medio del quemador de concentrado (4) para constituir parte de la mezcla formada a partir de la materia sólida pulverizada (6) y el gas de reacción (5), de modo que la mezcla contenga la materia sólida pulverizada (6), el gas de reacción (5) y el material endotérmico (6) se forme en la columna de reacción (2). El quemador de concentrado (4) comprende un equipo de alimentación de agente de refrigeración (15) para agregar el material endotérmico (16) para constituir parte de la mezcla que se forma a partir de la materia sólida pulverizada (6) que se descarga desde el orificio (8) del tubo de alimentación y el gas de reacción (5) que se descarga a través del orificio de descarga anular (14).
