Abstract
Packages (P) on a lifting platform are pushed onto a horizontal support (7) constructed in the manner of a roller blind, until a layer of packages has been formed. The support is then retracted to allow the layer to be deposited on a layer below, already deposited on a pallet (9). Combined with the support is a mechanism which inserts separating sheets (10) between the layers as they are added. Adjacent to the operating mechansim for the support, is a slider (13) with a line of suction cups (12) attached, and moved by a piston and cylinder device (14). This lifts a sheet from a stack underneath and transfers it to grippers (15) under the support, so that the sheet is advanced and deposited on the layer of packages on the pallet.
Description
Beim Beladen von Paletten ist es üblich, Papier- oder Kartonzuschnitte zwischen die einzelnen Lagen des Stapels zu legen, um auf diese Weise den Stapel in sich und auf der Palette zu stabilisieren. Lässt man diese Zwischenlagen einseitig um einen gewissen Betrag über den Stapel überstehen, so hat man ausserdem die Möglichkeit, wahlweise auch einzelne Lagen von dem auf der Palette befindlichen Stapel abzuziehen, ein Vorgang der vielfach mittels Programmsteuerung erfolgt.
Diese Zwischenlagen wurden bisher an einer zusätzlichen, neben der Palettiermaschine angeordneten Station jeweils auf die oberste Lage des sich bildenden Stapels aufgelegt. Die dazu erforderliche technische Einrichtung bedeutet nicht nur einen verhältnismässig hohen Aufwand, sondern auch einen grossen Raumbedarf.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es daher, diesen Aufwand zu vermindern und das Einlegen der genannten Zwischenlagen weitgehend in den Beladevorgang selbst zu integrieren.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
Diese neuartige Einrichtung erfordert nur einen verhältnismässig geringen technischen Mehraufwand und hat wenig Raumbedarf, da sie unmittelbar an die Stapeleinrichtung der Palettiermaschine angebaut werden kann.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel schematisch dargestellt und nachfolgend beschrieben.
Die darbestellte Einrichtung 1 zum Einbringen der Zwischenlagen ist an eine Palettiermaschine 2 angebaut, wie sie beispielsweise in der DE-OS 3 417 490 dargestellt und beschrieben ist. Von dieser Maschine 2 ist in der vorliegenden Zeichnung eine heb- und senkbare Hebebühne 3 dargestellt und ein mit dieser verbundener Querschieber 4, der in einer Führungsschiene 6 geführt und mittels einer Kette 5 bewegt wird.
An der Hebebühne 3 ist ferner ein sogenannter Rolladen 7 angeordnet, der sich über die gesamte Breite der Hebebühne erstreckt. Die von einer Zuführeinrichtung 8 der Reihe nach angelieferten Packung P werden mittels des Schiebers 4 auf die Rolladen 7 geschoben, bis sich dort die gewünschte Anzahl von Packungen P angesammelt hat. Dann wird der Rolladen 7 wieder zurückgezogen, d.h. unter den Packungen P weggezogen und gelangen so auf die Palette 9, bzw. die bereits auf dieser befindlichen Lage von Packungen P.
Die der Palettiermaschine 2 zugeordnete Einrichtung 1 zum Einbringen der Zwischenlagen 10 besteht aus einer Stapelvorrichtung 11 für die Zwischenlagen 10, die unmittelbar an der Hebebühne 3 der Palettiermaschine angebracht ist, also sich mit dieser hebt und senkt, einer Reihe von heb- und senkbaren Saugern 12, die an einem gemeinsamen, horizontal verschiebbaren Schlitten 13 angeordnet sind und aus einem pneumatischen oder hydraulischen Arbeitszylinder 14, der die Horizontalbewegung des Schlittens 13 bewirkt.
Des weiteren ist beiderseits des Rolladens 7 ein Mitnehmer zangenpaar 15 vorgesehen, das elektromagnetisch zu betätigen ist.
Die Arbeitsweise dieser Einrichtung 1 ist nachfolgend beschrieben, wobei davon ausgegangen wird, dass bereits eine Lage Packungen P auf die Palette 9 gestapelt worden ist und nun der Rolladen 7 wieder in die Beladestellung, d.h. auf der Zeichnung nach links geht. Bevor aber diese Bewegung beginnt, ist schon wieder eine Zwischenlage 10 in das bereitstehende Mitnehmerzangenpaar 15 eingefädelt worden. Dazu senkte sich die Saugerreihe 12 bei zurückgezogenem Schlitten 13 nach unten und erfasste die oberste Zwischenlage 10 des Stapels 11.
Während nun wieder die Saugerreihe 12 nach oben ging, führte der diese tragende Schlitten 13 unter der Wirkung des Arbeitszylinders 14 gleichzeitig eine waagrechte Bewegung aus in Richtung der Hebebühne 3, so dass die von der Saugerreihe 12 erfasste Zwischenlage 10 vom Stapel abgehoben und mit ihrer Vorderkante in das bereitstehende und geöffnete Zangenpaar 15 eingeschoben wurde. Dann wurde das Zangenpaar 15 geschlossen, womit beim Vorziehen des Rolladens 7 dieser die vom Zangenpaar erfasste Zwischenlage 10 über die auf der Palette gestapelten Packungen P zog und beim Wiederöffnen des Zangenpaars dort ablegte.
Nachdem nun eine neue Packungslage P auf dem Rolladen 7 aufgeschoben worden ist, geht letzterer wieder in seine rechte Ausgansstellung zurück, so dass sich die genannte neue Packungslage P auf der vorhergehenden, inzwischen mit der Zwischenlage 10 bedeckten Packungslage absetzten kann. Damit befindet sich das Mitnehmerzangenpaar 15 wieder in seiner rechten Ausgansstellung und der oben beschriebene Arbeitsgang wiederholt sich solange, bis der Stapel die vorgegebene Höhe auf der Palette 9 erreicht hat und sich zwischen jeder Lage des Stapels eine Zwischenlage 10 befindet.
Die Steuerung der beschriebenen Arbeitsgänge erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise mittels einer nicht dargestellten Programmsteuereinrichtung in Verbindung mit entsprechend angeordneten Einschaltern, oder Lichtschranken.
Die erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung 1 lässt sich ohne Schwierigkeiten an alle, üblicherweise vorkommenden Stapelprogramme anpassen, wobei im wesentlichen nur die Stapel für die Zwischenlagen zu wechseln sind.
Ergänzend wird hinzugefügt, dass die erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung auch für solche Palettiermaschinen geeignet ist, die anstelle eines Rolladens, verschiebbare Platten aufweisen. Das Mitnehmerzangenpaar wäre dann an diesen Platten anzubringen.
When loading pallets, it is common to place paper or cardboard blanks between the individual layers of the stack in order to stabilize the stack in itself and on the pallet. If you allow these intermediate layers to protrude beyond the stack by a certain amount, you also have the option of removing individual layers from the stack on the pallet, a process that is often carried out using program control.
These intermediate layers have so far been placed on an additional station arranged next to the palletizing machine in each case on the uppermost layer of the stack being formed. The technical equipment required for this means not only a relatively high effort, but also a large space requirement.
The object of the present invention was therefore to reduce this effort and to largely integrate the insertion of the intermediate layers mentioned into the loading process itself.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of patent claim 1.
This new type of device requires only a relatively small additional technical effort and has little space requirement, since it can be attached directly to the stacking device of the palletizing machine.
The object of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing in one embodiment and described below.
The device 1 shown for introducing the intermediate layers is attached to a palletizing machine 2, as is shown and described for example in DE-OS 3 417 490. This machine 2 shows a lifting and lowering lifting platform 3 in the present drawing and a cross slide 4 connected to it, which is guided in a guide rail 6 and moved by means of a chain 5.
A so-called roller shutter 7 is also arranged on the lifting platform 3 and extends over the entire width of the lifting platform. The pack P delivered in sequence by a feed device 8 is pushed onto the roller shutters 7 by means of the slide 4 until the desired number of packs P has accumulated there. Then the roller shutter 7 is withdrawn again, i.e. pulled away from the packs P and thus reach the pallet 9, or the layer of packs P already on this,
The device 1 assigned to the palletizing machine 2 for introducing the intermediate layers 10 consists of a stacking device 11 for the intermediate layers 10, which is attached directly to the lifting platform 3 of the palletizing machine, that is to say it rises and falls with it, a series of elevators 12 that can be raised and lowered , which are arranged on a common, horizontally displaceable carriage 13 and a pneumatic or hydraulic working cylinder 14, which causes the horizontal movement of the carriage 13.
Furthermore, a pair of tongs 15 is provided on both sides of the roller shutter 7, which is to be actuated electromagnetically.
The operation of this device 1 is described below, assuming that a layer of packs P has already been stacked on the pallet 9 and that the roller shutter 7 is now back in the loading position, i.e. goes to the left on the drawing. Before this movement begins, however, an intermediate layer 10 has already been threaded into the pair of driving pliers 15 provided. For this purpose, the row of suction cups 12 lowered when the slide 13 was withdrawn and gripped the uppermost intermediate layer 10 of the stack 11.
While the row of suction cups 12 went up again, the carriage 13 carrying this under the action of the working cylinder 14 simultaneously carried out a horizontal movement in the direction of the lifting platform 3, so that the intermediate layer 10 captured by the row of suction cups 12 was lifted off the stack and with its leading edge was inserted into the ready and open pair of pliers 15. Then the pair of pliers 15 was closed, so that when the roller shutter 7 was pulled forward, it pulled the intermediate layer 10 gripped by the pair of pliers over the packs P stacked on the pallet and deposited there when the pair of pliers was reopened.
Now that a new pack layer P has been pushed onto the roller shutter 7, the latter returns to its right-hand starting position, so that the new pack layer P mentioned can settle on the previous pack layer, which is now covered with the intermediate layer 10. The pair of driving tongs 15 is thus again in its right-hand starting position and the above-described operation is repeated until the stack has reached the predetermined height on the pallet 9 and there is an intermediate layer 10 between each layer of the stack.
The operations described are controlled in a manner known per se by means of a program control device (not shown) in conjunction with appropriately arranged switches or light barriers.
The device 1 according to the invention can be adapted without difficulty to all the stack programs which usually occur, essentially only the stacks for the intermediate layers having to be changed.
In addition, it is added that the device according to the invention is also suitable for palletizing machines which have slidable plates instead of a roller shutter. The pair of driving pliers would then have to be attached to these plates.
