Abstract
The swimming pool façade has vertical struts (1) and horizontal bars (2) which are provided with threaded grooves (4). The said threaded grooves accommodate fastening screws (5) for fastening glass holding profiles (6). Covering profiles (15) are snapped onto the glass holding profiles (6). As a result of the fact that only threaded grooves (4) are provided in the regions of the fastening screws (5), the metal content of the connecting elements between the glass holding profiles and the struts and bars can be kept low. <IMAGE>

PATENTANSPRÜCHE Rahmen aus vertikalen Pfosten (1) und horizontalen Sprossen (2) an einer Hallenbadfassade, welche Pfosten und Sprossen an der Fassadenaussenseite nach vorn vorspringende, in einer Ebene endende Schraubnuten zum Festlegen von Glashalteprofilen aufweisen und bei denen zwischen den Schraubnuten und den Glashalteprofilen (6) Isolierzwischenlagen vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausschliesslich in den Bereichen der die Glashalteprofile (6) an den Pfosten (1) und Sprossen (2) festlegenden Befestigungsschrauben (5) Schraubnuten (4) vorgesehen sind.
2. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Köpfe der Befestigungsschrauben (5) sich an Unterlegscheiben (10) aus wärmedämmendem Material abstützen und die Unterlegscheiben in Verlängerung des Durchsteckkanals für den Schraubbolzen einen ringförmigen Vorsprung (12) aufweisen, der in eine Bohrung des Glashalteprofils (6) eingreift.
3. Rahmen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Schraubkopfzugewandte Fläche der Unterlegscheibe (10) durch eine mit der Unterlegscheibe verbundene Metallplatte (11) abgedeckt ist.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Rahmen aus vertikalen Pfosten und horizontalen Sprossen an einer Hallenbadfassade, welche Pfosten und Sprossen an der Fassadenaussenseite nach vorn vorspringende, in einer Ebene endende Schraubnuten zum Festlegen von Glashalteprofilen aufweisen und bei denen zwischen den Schraubnuten und den Glashalteprofilen Isolierzwischenlagen vorgesehen sind.
Es ist ein Rahmen der genannten Art bekannt, bei dem sich die Schraubnuten der Pfosten- und Sprossenprofile über die gesamte Profillänge erstrecken.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den Rahmen so zu gestalten, dass die Wärmedämmung verbessert wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, dass ausschliesslich in den Bereichen der die Glashalteprofile an den Pfosten und Sprossen festlegenden Befestigungsschrauben Schraubnuten vorgesehen sind.
Durch die Entfernung der Schraubnuten in den Bereichen, in denen sie nicht erforderlich sind, wird der Metallanteil der Verbindungselemente zwischen den Glashalteprofilen und den Pfosten und Sprossen herabgesetzt und die Möglichkeit geschaffen, in diesem Bereich der Rahmenkonstruktion zusätzlich Profile aus wärmedämmendem Material einzusetzen sowie die Kontaktflächen für den Wärmeübergang zu verringern. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird im folgenden beschrieben.

Die Rahmenkonstruktion für eine Hallenbadfassade weist vertikale Pfosten 1 und horizontale Sprossen 2 auf, die mit Schraubnuten versehen sind. In diese Schraubnuten werden Befestigungsschrauben 5 zum Festlegen von Glashalteprofilen 6 eingeschraubt. Zwischen den Glashalteprofilen 6 und den Schraubnuten 4 ist ein T-förmiges Kunststoffprofil 7 angeordnet, das mit einem mittigen Steg 8 in den Spalt zwischen zwei Schraubnuten 4 eingreift. Dieses Profil 7 ist mit Durchsteckkanälen für die Befestigungsschrauben 5 ausgerüstet.
In dem Ausführungsbeispiel stützen sich die Köpfe 9 der Befestigungsschrauben an einer Unterlegscheibe 10 ab, die aus einem Körper aus wärmedämmendem Material und einer Metallplatte 11 besteht, durch die die Belastbarkeit der Unterlegscheibe erhöht wird. Die Unterlegscheibe weist ferner einen vorspringenden Ring 12 auf, der in eine Durchsteckbohrung des Glashalteprofils 6 eindringt, wodurch die Wärmedämmwirkung erhöht wird.
Das Glashalteprofil 6 ist mit Verankerungsnuten für Dichtungen 13 ausgerüstet, die am Rand der Scheibe 14 anliegen.
Auf das Glashalteprofil 6 wird ein Abdeckprofil 15 geschnäppt.

3. Frame according to claim 2, characterized in that the surface of the washer (10) facing the screw head is covered by a metal plate (11) connected to the washer.
The invention relates to a frame made of vertical posts and horizontal rungs on an indoor pool facade, which posts and rungs on the outside of the facade projecting forward, ending in one plane screw grooves for fixing glass holding profiles and in which insulating layers are provided between the screw grooves and the glass holding profiles .
A frame of the type mentioned is known in which the screw grooves of the mullion and rung profiles extend over the entire length of the profile.
The invention has for its object to design the frame so that the thermal insulation is improved.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that screw grooves are provided exclusively in the areas of the fastening screws fixing the glass holding profiles to the posts and rungs.
By removing the screw grooves in the areas where they are not required, the metal content of the connecting elements between the glass holding profiles and the posts and rungs is reduced and the possibility is created to use additional profiles made of heat-insulating material in this area of the frame construction as well as the contact surfaces for to reduce heat transfer. An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawings and is described below.

The frame construction for an indoor pool facade has vertical posts 1 and horizontal rungs 2, which are provided with screw grooves. Fastening screws 5 for fixing glass holding profiles 6 are screwed into these screw grooves. A T-shaped plastic profile 7 is arranged between the glass holding profiles 6 and the screw grooves 4 and engages with a central web 8 in the gap between two screw grooves 4. This profile 7 is equipped with push-through channels for the fastening screws 5.
In the exemplary embodiment, the heads 9 of the fastening screws are supported on a washer 10, which consists of a body made of heat-insulating material and a metal plate 11, by means of which the load capacity of the washer is increased. The washer also has a projecting ring 12, which penetrates into a through hole of the glass holding profile 6, whereby the thermal insulation effect is increased.
The glass holding profile 6 is equipped with anchoring grooves for seals 13 which rest against the edge of the pane 14.
A cover profile 15 is snapped onto the glass holding profile 6.
