Description

  

  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung     eines        optischen        Bleichmittels.       Das Schweizer Patent Nr. 301408 betrifft  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines optischen  Bleichmittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man     o,o'-Dioxybenzidin    mit     Benzoylchlorid        iti     das     Bisoxazol    überführt und dieses sulfoniert,  wobei zwei     Sulfogruppen    in das Molekül ein  geführt werden.  



  Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich nun auf  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines optischen  Bleichmittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man     4,4'-Dibenzoylamino-3:3'-dimethoxydiph < ;-          nyl    mit einem sauren Kondensationsmittel  behandelt.  



  Das erhaltene     Bisoxazol    bildet farblose  Blättchen vom     iSchmelzpunkt    249 -     2i50     C.  Es verleiht Gegenständen, denen es einver  leibt wird, ein rein weisses bzw. hell gefärbtes  Aussehen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In eine Schmelze aus 100 Teilen     Alumi-          niumehlorid    (wasserfrei), 20 'Teilen     Nat.rium-          chlorid    und 20 Teilen     Kaliumchlorid    trägt  man bei     200-21011    unter Rühren im Verlauf  von 15 Minuten 20 Teile     4,4'-Dibenzoylamino-          3,3'-dimethoxy-diphenyl        (Dibenzoyldianisidin)       ein und erhitzt dann langsam im Verlauf von       i/2    Stunde     auf        240,

  -        250 .    Man rührt noch  etwa 3 Stunden bei dieser Temperatur nach  und versetzt die Schmelze nach dem Erkalten  mit Eis und     Salzsäure.    Nach dem Absaugen  und Auswaschen mit Wasser erhält man     eia     graues Pulver, das nach dem     Umkristallisie-          ren    aus     o-Dichlorbenzol        ein.        Produkt    ergibt,  das die gleichen Eigenschaften wie das     itn     Beispiel des Schweizer Patentes     Nr.301408,     Absatz 1, beschriebene     Bisoxazol    aus     o,

  o'-          Dioxybenzidin    und     Benzoylchlorid    besitzt und  Gegenständen, denen es     einverleibt    wird, ein  reiner weisses bzw. heller gefärbtes Aussehen  gibt.

PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung eines optischen Bleichmittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4,4'-Dibenzoylamino-3,3'-dimethoxydiphe- nyl mit einem sauren Kondensationsmittel behandelt. Das erhaltene Bisoxazol bildet farblose Blättchen vom Schmelzpunkt 24'9 - 2,50 C. Es verleiht Gegenständen, denen es einver leibt wird, ein rein weisses bzw. hell gefärbtes Aussehen.
