Description

  

  <B>Verfahren</B> zur Herstellung eines     sauren        Walkfarbstoffes    der     Anthrachinonreihe            Gegenstand    des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren       Walkfarbstoffes    .der     Anthrachinonreihe,    wel  ches darin besteht, dass man     1-Aznino-4-(5',6',          7',8'-        tetrahydronaphthyl,,    2') -     aminoanthrachi-          non-2-sulfonsäure    durch Behandeln mit einem       bromierenden    Mittel in den     dibromierten    Ab  kömmling überführt.

    



       Beispiel:     44,8 Teile     1-Amino-4-(5',6',7',8'-tetrahydro.          naphthyl-2')        -aminoanthrachinon-2-sulfonsäure     werden in 1000 Teilen 87     o/oiger    Schwefelsäure  gelöst. Darauf werden der Lösung innert drei  Stunden 30 Teile Brom     zugetropft.    Die Masse       wird    während 72 Stunden bei Raumtempera  tur     gerührt    und hierauf aufgearbeitet. Man  erhält einen Farbstoff, der sich in Wasser mit       rotstichig    blauer Farbe löst.

   In     konzentrierter     Schwefelsäure ist seine Lösungsfarbe klar       blau;    sie schlägt beim Zusatz von     Paraform-          aldehyd    nach     grünblau    um.  



  Der neue Farbstoff färbt Wolle und an  dere tierische Fasern sowie Nylon in klaren,       rotstichig    blauen Tönen von hervorragender  Schweiss- und     Walkechtheit    und besitzt ferner  ein ausgezeichnetes     Neutralziehvermögen.

       Example: 44.8 parts of 1-amino-4- (5 ', 6', 7 ', 8'-tetrahydro. Naphthyl-2') -aminoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid are dissolved in 1000 parts of 87% sulfuric acid. Then 30 parts of bromine are added dropwise to the solution within three hours. The mass is stirred for 72 hours at room temperature and then worked up. A dye is obtained which dissolves in water with a reddish blue color.

   In concentrated sulfuric acid, its solution color is clear blue; it changes to green-blue when paraformaldehyde is added.



  The new dye dyes wool and other animal fibers and nylon in clear, reddish-tinged blue shades of excellent sweat and milled fastness and also has excellent neutral drawability.
