Description
Gemäss Fig. 1 bedeuten:1 die Radachse; 2 das Radausfallende eines Fahrradrahmens; 3 eine auf der Radaelise aufschraubbare Ge windehülse mit Flanseli; 4 eine auf dieser axial verseliiebbare, aber gegen Drehung gesi cherte Gleithülse mit einer Sehraubenfläche auf der einen Stirnseite;5 eine zwischen3 und 4 eingelegte Druckfeder;6 den Betäti gungsgriff mit einer Gegenschraubenfliiehe zum Zusammenarbeiten mit der Hülse 4;7 ist ein Abdeekreifen; 8 eine Nasenseheibe;
Quick clamping device, for example for bicycle wheels- the subject of the present invention is a quick clamping device, for example for bicycle wheels. An example embodiment of the same is shown in the drawing. It shows: FIG. 1 the tendon clamping device in the unloaded state, FIG. 2 the same in the loaded state.
According to Fig. 1: 1 mean the wheel axle; 2 the dropout end of a bicycle frame; 3 a threaded sleeve with flanseli that can be screwed onto the Radaelise; 4 a sliding sleeve that can be axially displaced on this but is secured against rotation and has a visible surface on one end face; 5 a compression spring inserted between 3 and 4; 6 </ B> the actuating handle with a counter-screw line for working with the sleeve 4; 7 is a dipping tire; 8 a nasal disc;
9 a hexagon nut which can be screwed onto the sleeve 3 and which holds the aforementioned parts together; 10 a position of the preset sleeve 3 locking adjusting cap.
The mode of operation is as follows - After the Schnelleinspannvorriehtung as a whole by means of the sleeve 3 has been screwed so far onto the threaded wheel that there remains an air gap between the relieved sliding sleeve 4 and the wheel dropout end 2, the " is large enough to be able to easily remove the wheel (not shown), this selected presetting of the clamping device is fixed by blocking the adjusting screw 10 on the wheel axle 1 .
If the actuating handle 6, together with the detachment strip 7, is then rotated around the guide sleeve 3 C, the screw surface of the pressure sleeve, which is connected to the Handle 6 forms a single piece on the screw surface: before the sliding sleeve 4 drives the latter in the axial direction against the falling out 2, whereby, with a sufficient angle of rotation, a quick and safe clamping of the Dropout 2 on the wheel axle 1- comes into being (Fig. 2).
Just like by briefly turning the actuating handle #, C forwards, the quick clamping is effected, by briefly turning it backwards, the clamping mechanism is released quickly by the action of the spring under kn 5 the (-z'Ieithülse 4 immediately moves back into its starting position. z3 Furthermore, since suitable stops are provided for the permanent centering of the wheel in the frame, on the wheel can be changed in a very short time in the manner described
-what special-. by racing drivers (is estimated.
In order to cover the seat seat opening 11 that is created when the very gleaming 4. "and 6 ' (FIG. 2) of parts 4 and 6 slide over one another a cover hoop 7 is provided which is carried along by the handle 6 because it is carried along by the cover 71 , which counteracts all the disadvantages that could be ascribed to the window opening .11 .
In order to prevent unintentional loosening of the adjusting screw 10, securing the presetting when turning the handle 6, backwards, the former can be provided with a left-hand thread.
