Description

  

      Verfahren    zur; Herstellung eines     Polyazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden     Patentes    ist ein  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     Polyazo-          farbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch ge  kennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol        tetrazotiertes          4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-d:

  methoxy-diphenyl    einer  seits mit 1     Mol    des     Monoazofarbstoffes    aus       diazotierter        6-Nitro-2-amino-phenol-4-sulfon-          säure    und     Resorcin    und anderseits mit 1     112o1          3-Methyl-5-pyrazolon    kuppelt. Der entstan  dene neue     Trisazofarbstoff    stellt ein dunkles  Pulver dar, welches sich in Wasser mit roter  und in     konzentrierter    Schwefelsäure mit  blauer Farbe löst.

   Baumwolle und Fasern  aus regenerierter     Cellulose    werden in     bor-          deaux    Tönen angefärbt; durch Nachbehand  lung mit Kupfersulfat werden Nass- und  Lichtechtheit erheblich verbessert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  24,4 Teile     4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dimethoxy-          diphenyl    werden     tetrazotiert    und in schwach  essigsaurer Lösung mit einer     lackmussauren     Lösung von 35,5 Teilen des     Monoazofarb-          stoffes    aus     diazotierter        6-Nitro-2-amino-          phenol-4-sulfonsäure    und     Resorcin    gekup-         pelt.    Sobald die Zwischenverbindung voll  ständig gebildet ist, versetzt man mit einer  neutralen wässerigen Lösung von 9,

  8     Teilen          3-Methyl-5-pyrazolon    und tropft langsam  10 Teile     Natriumbicarbonat    in 200 Teilen  Wasser zu. Am andern Tage wird der ent  standene     Trisazofarbstoff        abfiltriert        und    ge  trocknet.
