Description

Schwimmerventil.

Float valve. The subject matter of the present invention forms a float valve with a piston that carries the valve body and is displaceable in the valve housing and is in operative connection with a float rod that carries the seliwimmer.

With such float valves it has already become known to make the float adjustable in height in order to be able to adjust the actuation of the valve to different water levels. Such an adjustment d # es, iSch-v #, always leann z. B. by deforming the float lever or by adjusting the float along the float lever, s, er, rei, elite.

Furthermore, for the same purpose, it has already become known to produce the swimmer's love from two parts that are articulated to one another and which can be adjusted against one another by means of screws.

According to the present invention, a further particularly expedient and simple solution for achieving the stated purpose consists in the fact that a screw with a handle is part of a part of the float lever, which consists of two parts articulated together a zuellörendes Sehneakenrad ge is superimposed on which the second part of the Selig, always lever is attached, in such a way,

that by turning the tendon with the help of the handle the float can be adjusted without play in the altitude.

In the accompanying drawing, a Ausführungsbei, game of the subject invention is shown.

Fig. 1 is a view of an 8, ch- # vimmer valve arranged in a washing container; FIG. 2 is a longitudinal section of the Sehwimmer valve on a larger scale, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. 2 with. partly a cut.

The valve # (yelice 1 of the Sellwimmer valve shown here is by means of a pipe piece 2, which carries the valve seat 3 , and a nut 4 on the wall -d 5 of the rinsing container. In a cylindrical bore of the housing 1 there is a piston 6 made of plastic, synthetic resin, e.g. .

   B. Hartgumini or Cibanit, which carries a Xanschette seal 7 and into which the valve body 8 is screwed. The piston 6 is by means of a handlebar 9 with, the part 10 of the Seliwimmer- lever in a rotating connection. This part 10 is rotatably mounted on a pin 11 , and a worm 12, which has a handle part 13 , eats on it in such a way that it that it can rotate, but not move axially.

In play-free engagement with the worm 12 is a seline corner wheel 14 which is rotatably mounted on the part 10 by means of an Aclise 15 . The second part 16 of the swimmer's lover, which carries the swimmer 17 , is screwed into the tendon wheel 14.

By turning the screw 12 by means of the CrTiffteils 13 the Schnto-kenra, d 14 is inevitably rotated a little, whereby # the inclination of the eye lever part 16 ver changes or. the float in the horizontal axis is adjusted without play.
