Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Sulfaminsäurederivates. Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem neuen Sulfaminsäurederivat gelangt, wenn man Stearinsäuremethylolamid in Gegenwart einer Säure mit sulfaminsaurem Natrium umsetzt.
Die Umsetzung wird zweckmässig in Ge genwart eines Lösungsmittels, wie Methanol, Aceton oder Eisessig, vorgenommen. Als Säure kann beispielsweise Chlorwasserstoff, Schwefelsäure oder Essigsäure Anwendung finden.
Das neue Sulfaminsäurederivat bildet ein weisses Pulver, welches von heissem Wasser zu einer klaren Lösung von gutem Wasch vermögen aufgenommen wird. Es kann als Tegtilhilfsstoff, z. B. als Waschmittel, An wendung finden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 12 Gewichtsteile Stearinsäuremethylol- amid werden mit 7 Teilen sulfaminsaurem Natrium und 30 Volumteilen Eisessig während 12 Stunden unter Rühren auf 60 bis 65 erwärmt. Hierauf wird der Eisessig im Vakuum abdestilliert und der Rückstand durch Umkristallisieren aus wässerigem Al kohol gereinigt. Man erhält ein weisses Pulver, welches sich in heissem Wasser klar löst. Die wässerige Lösung besitzt ein gutes Waschvermögen.
Process for the preparation of a new sulfamic acid derivative. It has been found that a new sulfamic acid derivative is obtained if stearic acid methylolamide is reacted with sulfamic acid sodium in the presence of an acid.
The reaction is expediently carried out in the presence of a solvent such as methanol, acetone or glacial acetic acid. Hydrogen chloride, sulfuric acid or acetic acid, for example, can be used as the acid.
The new sulfamic acid derivative forms a white powder, which is absorbed by hot water to a clear solution of good washing capacity. It can be used as a Tegtilhilfsstoff, z. B. as a detergent, to find application.
<I> Example: </I> 12 parts by weight of stearic acid methylolamide are heated with 7 parts of sulfamic acid sodium and 30 parts by volume of glacial acetic acid to 60 to 65 for 12 hours while stirring. The glacial acetic acid is then distilled off in vacuo and the residue is purified by recrystallization from aqueous alcohol. A white powder is obtained which dissolves clearly in hot water. The aqueous solution has good detergency.
