Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     bfonoazofarlostoifes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten  tes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines       Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass     diazotierte    2-Aminobenzol-l       sulfonsäure-N-äthvl-N-phenylamid-3'-sulfon-          säure    in saurem Medium mit     2-Amino-8-oxy-          naphtbalin-6-sulfonsäure    gekuppelt wird.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff,    ein     violettrotes    Pulver,  welches sich in Wasser mit roter, in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit trüb roter Farbe  löst, liefert auf Wolle aus saurem Bade gleich  mässige rote Färbungen, die sich durch sehr  gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  35,6 Teile     2-Aminobenzol-l-sulfonsäure-N-          äthyl-N-phenylamid-3'-sulfonsäure    werden  nach bekannten Methoden indirekt     diazotiert.     Die     Diazoniumverbindung    gibt man zu  einer kongosauren Suspension von 24 Teilen       2-Amino-8-oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure    und  stumpft darauf die     Mineralsäure    in üblicher  Weise bis zur sehwach kongosauren Reaktion    ab. Die Kupplung ist in kurzer Zeit beendet.

    Man erhält einen     Farbstoff,    der nach dem  Filtrieren und Trocknen ein     violettrotes    Pulver  bildet, das sich in Wasser mit roter, in kon  zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit trüb roter Farbe  löst und auf Wolle aus saurem Bade gleich  mässig rote Färbungen     liefert,    die sich durch  sehr gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnen.

Der neue Farbstoff, ein violettrotes Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit roter, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit trüb roter Farbe löst, liefert auf Wolle aus saurem Bade gleich mässig rote Färbungen, die sich durch sehr gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnen.
