Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 178224. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man diazotiertes ?- Amino-5-a.cet:ylaminophenylbenzylsulfon in saurem Medium mit der - 2-Amino-8-oxy- naphtlialin-6-sulfonsäure vereinigt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit bordeauroter Farbe löst. Es färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in echten bor- deauroten Farbtönen an.
Beispiel: 304 'feile ?- Ainino-5-a.cetylaminophenyl- 1>enzylsulfon werden unter Zugabe von Salz säure und 69 Teilen Natriumnitrit in die Diazoverbindung übergeführt. In diese Diazolösung trägt man eine neutrale Lösung von<B>239</B> Teilen 2-Amino-8-oxynaphthalin-6- sulfonsäure ein und beschleunigt die Reak tion durch Zugabe von Natriumacetat. Der Farbstoff wird nun abfiltriert, ausgewaschen und getrocknet.

It has been found that a new dye is obtained if diazotized? - Amino-5-a.cet: ylaminophenylbenzylsulfone is combined in an acidic medium with - 2-Amino-8-oxynaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid. The new dye forms a dark powder that dissolves in water with a Bordeaux-red color. It stains wool from an acid bath in real reddish red shades.
Example: 304 'feile? - Ainino-5-a.cetylaminophenyl- 1> enzylsulfon are converted into the diazo compound with the addition of hydrochloric acid and 69 parts of sodium nitrite. A neutral solution of 239 parts of 2-amino-8-oxynaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid is added to this diazo solution and the reaction is accelerated by adding sodium acetate. The dye is then filtered off, washed out and dried.
