Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines öl- und fettlöslichen     Disazofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein wertvoller,  öl- und fettlöslicher     Disazofarbstoff    erhalten  wird, der sich zum Färben von Zellulose  ester- und     Spritlacken,    Ölen und Fetten, so  wie für graphische Zwecke, wie beispiels  weise Kupfertiefdruck,     sehr    gut eignet, wenn  man die     Tetrazoverbindung    des     4.4'-Di-          aminodiphenylsulfides    mit 3 - o -     Toluidino-          phenol    kuppelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       2:1,6    kg 4 . 4' -     Diamino    -     @diphenylsulfid          werden    in üblicher Weise     tetrazotiert    und  mit 39;8 kg     3-o-Toluidinophenol        sodaalka-          lisch    gekuppelt. Die     Farbstoffbildung    ist  sofort beendigt; man     filtriert,    wäscht neutral  und trocknet.

   Das rotbraune Pulver löst sich  in Wasser nicht, in     konzentrierter    Schwefel  säure dagegen blauschwarz auf     und    färbt       Nitro-    und     Acetylzellulose    -     Estergemisehe     und die für Kupfertiefdruck benützten Harz-    und     Lösungsmittelgemische        in    sehr schönen,  rotbraunen Tönen an. Die Löslichkeit in  diesen     Gemischen    ist hervorragend.

  <I> Example: </I> 2: 1.6 kg 4. 4 '- Diamino - @diphenylsulfid are tetrazotized in the usual way and coupled with 39.8 kg of 3-o-toluidinophenol to form an alkaline soda. The dye formation is terminated immediately; it is filtered, washed neutral and dried.

   The red-brown powder does not dissolve in water, but in concentrated sulfuric acid it dissolves blue-black and stains nitro and acetyl cellulose ester mixtures and the resin and solvent mixtures used for copper gravure in very beautiful, red-brown tones. The solubility in these mixtures is excellent.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines öl- und fettlöslichen Disazofarbstoffes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man die Tetrazoverbin- .dung des 4. 4'-Diamino-@diphenylsulfides mit 3-o-Toluidinophenol kuppelt.
