  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 182050.    Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserunlöslichen     Disazofarbstoffes     der     Benzidinreihe.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    ein wertvoller,       wasserunlöslicher        Disazofarbstoff    erhalten  wird, der sich zum Färben von     Zelluloseester-          und        Spritlacken,    sowie     für    graphische  Zwecke,     wie    beispielsweise     Kupfertiefdruck,     sehr gut eignet, wenn man     tetrazotiertes          4.4'-Diamino-2.2'-,

  dimethyl-diphenyl    mit       1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    kuppelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  21,2 kg     4.4'-Diamino-2.2'-,dimethyl-          diphenyl    werden in     üblicher    Weise     tetrazo-          tiert    und mit 34;8 kg     1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-          pyrazolon        sodaalkalsch    .gekuppelt.

   Der     nach     bekannter Arbeitsweise     aufgearbeitete    Farb  stoff     ist    ein in Wasser unlösliches, .gelbes  Pulver, das sich mit oranger Farbe in kon  zentrierter     Schwefelsäure    löst und sich in  folge seiner grossen Ausgiebigkeit, guten  Lichtechtheit und     Löslichkeit        hervorragend     eignet zum Färben von     Nitro-    und     Acetyl-          zelluloselacken        und,der    für Kupfertiefdruck  benützten Harz- und     Lösungsmittelgemische.     Die Lösung in     Leinöl    ergibt,

   nach den üb  lichen Methoden auf Papier aufgewalzt, einen         leuchtend    gelben Druck, der rasch und mit  Hochglanz trocknet, ohne durch das Papier       durchzuschlagen.
