  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 178542.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines komplex gebundenes Metall enthaltenden Farbstoffs.         Es    wurde gefunden, dass man einen kom  plex gebundenes Metall enthaltenden Farb  stoff herstellen kann, wenn man 1     Mol        diazo-          tiertes        4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol,    1     Mol        diazo-          tierte        1-Aminobenzol-4-sulfonsäure,    1     Mol     1 .     3-Dioxybenzol    und ein Eisen abgebendes       Mittel    aufeinander     einwirken    lässt.

    



  Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt     ein    in  Wasser mit brauner Farbe leicht lösliches  schwarzes Pulver dar. Er löst sich in kon  zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit     braunstichig     oranger Farbe und färbt     Leder    in gelb  braunen Tönen von sehr guten     Echtheits-          eigenschaften.       Das Verfahren kann beispielsweise derart  ausgeführt werden,

       da.ss    man auf das Ein  wirkungsprodukt aus 1     Mol        diazotiertem          4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol    und 1     Mol        1.3-          Dioxybenzolein    Eisen abgebendes Mittel und  hierauf 1     Mol        diazotierte        1-Aminobenzol-4-          sulfonsäure    einwirken lässt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>31,6</B> Teile der Eisenverbindung des Farb  stoffes aus     diazotiertem        4-Nitro-2-amino-l-          phenol    und 1.     3-Dioxybenzol    werden in 200  Teilen Wasser und 27 Teilen 30 %     iger    Natron  lauge in .der Kälte gelöst und bei 10 bis 12'  mit der in üblicher Weise hergestellten     Diazo-          verbindung    aus<B>17,3</B> Teilen     1-Aminobenzol-          4-sulfonsäure    gekuppelt.

   Nach     vier-    bis sechs  stündigem Rühren ist die Kupplung beendet  Man neutralisiert mit verdünnter Salzsäure,  fällt den Farbstoff mit     Kochsalz    aus und  trocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines komplex gebundenes Metall enthaltenden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol diazotiertes 4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol, 1 Mol diazotierte 1- Aminobenzol - 4 - sulfonsäure, 1 Hol 1. 3-Dioxybenzol und ein Eisen ab gebendes Mittel aufeinander einwirken lässt. Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein in Wasser mit brauner Farbe leicht lösliches schwarzes Pulver dar.
