Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr.<B>176032.</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines. Monoazofarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung der 1-Aminoberizol-2-sulfo- säure mit dem Urethan der 2-Amino-5-naph- thol-7-sulfosäure kuppelt.
Der neue Farbstoff bildet nach dem Trocknen ein gelbbraunes Pulver, das sich in Wasser löst und Wolle in lebhaft orangen Tönen von hervorragender Lichtechtheit und sehr gutem Egalisierungsvermögen färbt. <I>Beispiel</I> 17,3 kg Anilin-o-sulfosäure werden in der üblichen Weise dianotiert. Die erhaltene Di- azolösung lässt man in eine mit überschüssi gem Natriumbiearbonat versetzte Lösung von 32 kg des Urethans der 2-Amino-5-naphthol- 7-sulfosäure einlaufen. Der entstandene Farb stoff wird in üblicher Weise isoliert.

After drying, the new dye forms a yellow-brown powder that dissolves in water and dyes wool in vivid orange shades of excellent lightfastness and very good leveling properties. <I> Example </I> 17.3 kg of aniline-o-sulfonic acid are dianotized in the usual way. The diazo solution obtained is allowed to run into a solution of 32 kg of the urethane of 2-amino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid to which excess sodium carbonate has been added. The resulting dye is isolated in the usual way.
