Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       diazotierte        4-Nitro-2-aminophenol-6-sulfon-          säure    mit     2-Succinylamino-7-naphthol    kup  pelt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein  leicht wasserlösliches, schwarzbraunes Pul  ver und färbt Wolle in rotbraunen Tönen, die  beim     Nachchromieren    in ein     walkechtes    Dun  kelbraun übergehen.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    23,4 Teile     4-Nitro    - 2 -     aminophenol-6-sul-          fonsäure    werden in üblicher Weise     diazotiert.     Die erhaltene     Diazolösung    lässt man in eine  überschüssiges     Natriumcarbonat    enthaltende  Lösung von 26 Teilen 2-Succinylamino-7-         naphthol    einlaufen. Nach mehrstündigem  Rühren wird der Farbstoff abgeschieden und  getrocknet.

  The dye obtained in this way forms a slightly water-soluble, black-brown powder and dyes wool in red-brown shades, which change to a mill-proof dark brown when re-chrome-plated. <I> Example: </I> 23.4 parts of 4-nitro-2-aminophenol-6-sulphonic acid are diazotized in the usual way. The diazo solution obtained is allowed to run into a solution of 26 parts of 2-succinylamino-7-naphthol containing excess sodium carbonate. After several hours of stirring, the dye is deposited and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotierte 4-Nitro-2-aminophenol-6-sulfon- säure mit 2-Succinylamino-7-naphthol kup pelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein leicht wasserlösliches, schwarzbraunes Pulver und färbt Wolle in rotbraunen Tönen, die beim Nachchromieren in ein walkechtes Dun kelbraun übergehen.
