Description
Zusatzpatent zum Ffauptpatent Nr. <B>177266.</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen Azofarbstoff erhält, wenn man #diazotiertes 2-Cyan-4-nitro-1.-aminobenzol mit 1-Amino- 5-oxynaplithalin in saurem Medium ver einigt.
Der neue Farbstoff bildet in ge- troehnetem Zustande ein dunkles Pulver, das .,;ich in organischen Lösungsmitteln, wie<B>zum</B> Beispiel Essigester, Aceton, Alkohol, Äther mit grünstichigblauer Farbe löst. Durch ge eignete Zusätze in feine Verteilung, gebracht, färbt der Farbstoff Acetatkunstseide in kräftigen, grünstichigblauen Tönen.
LI <I>Beispiel:</I> <B>16,3</B> Teile 2-Cyan-4-nitro-l-aminobenzol werden unter intensivem Rühren und Küh lung in eine aus<B>7</B> Teilen Natriumnitrit und etwa<B>70</B> Teilen Schwefelsäure in bekannter Weise hergestellte Lösung von Nitrosyl- schwefelsäure eingetragen. Man rührt bis eine Probe in Eiswasser klar löslich ist. Hierauf --iesst man in viel Eiswasser.
Die er haltene klare Diazolösung, die man durch Zusatz von Natriumhydroxydlösung teil en weise neutralisiert hat, vereinigt man mit einer Lösung von<B>15,9</B> Teilen 1-Amino-5- oxynaphthalin in der nötigen Menge ver dünnter Mineralsäure.
