Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 180959.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     diäzotiertes          1-Aminobenzol-2-benzylsulfon    in saurem Me  dium mit     2-Amino-8-oxynaphthalin-6-sulfon-          säure    vereinigt.  



       Der    so erhältliche Farbstoff bildet ein  dunkles -Pulver und färbt Wolle aus saurem  Bade in roten Tönen von sehr guter Licht  echtheit und zeichnet sich durch ein hervor  ragendes     Egalisiervermögen    aus.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  247 Teile     1-Aminobenzol-2-benzylsulfon     werden in salzsaurer Lösung in üblicher  Weise mit 70 Teilen     Natriumnitrit        diazo-          tiert.    Zu der     Diazolösung    lässt man eine neu  trale Lösung von 239 Teilen     2-Amino-8-          oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure        zutropfen.    Man  rührt, bis die Kupplung, die man gegebenen-    falls durch sorgfältige     Zugabe    säurebinden  der oder abstumpfender Zusätze beschleunigt,  beendet ist. Hierauf wird neutralisiert, wor  auf der Farbstoff filtriert und getrocknet  wird.

       The dye obtainable in this way forms a dark powder and dyes wool from an acid bath in red tones with very good lightfastness and is characterized by excellent leveling properties.



  <I> Example: </I> 247 parts of 1-aminobenzene-2-benzylsulfone are diazotized in a hydrochloric acid solution in the usual way with 70 parts of sodium nitrite. A neutral solution of 239 parts of 2-amino-8-oxynaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid is added dropwise to the diazo solution. The mixture is stirred until the coupling, which may be accelerated by careful addition of acid-binding additives or additives that cause them to dull, has ended. It is then neutralized, whereupon the dye is filtered and dried.

<B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 1-Aminobenzol-2-benzylsulfon in saurem Medium mit 2-Amino-8-oxynaphtha- lin-6-sulfonsäure vereinigt. Der so erhältliche Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in roten Tönen von sehr guter Licht- eehtheit und zeichnet sich durch ein hervor ragendes Egalisiervermögen aus.
