Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       I'a.rbstoff    erhält, wenn man     diazotiertes        ?-          :lrriitio-5-nitro-phenylmethylsulfon    mit 5  Oxy-l     -aminonaphthalin    in saurem Medium  vereinigt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet  in trockenem Zustande ein dunkelblaues  Pulver. das sich in organischen Lösungsmit  teln, wie Aceton, Essigester usw., mit     leuch-          tund        grünstiehigblauer    Farbe löst.

   Durch  geeignete Zusätze in feine Verteilung ge  bracht, färbt er     Acetatkunstseide    in reinen,       grünstichigblauen,        weissätzbaren    Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       ?1,6    Teile     2-Amino-5-nitro-phenylmethyl-          stilfon    werden unter kräftigem Rühren in  etwa     3()0    Teilen Schwefelsäure gelöst und  darauf durch Zusatz von 8 Teilen Natrium  nitrit oder der entsprechenden Menge     Nitro-          ylscliwefelsäure        diazotiert.    Man rührt, bis       (#ine    Probe in Eiswasser klar löslich ist. Nun       u-ird    die ganze Mischung in viel Eiswasser  gegeben.

   Die so erhaltene klare     Diazolö        sung       vereinigt man mit einer Auflösung von<B>15,9</B>  Teilen     5-Oxy-l-aminonaphthalin    in der nöti  gen Menge verdünnter Mineralsäure. Der  Farbstoff scheidet sich als dunkles Pulver  aus, wird filtriert und neutral gewaschen.

   Finely dispersed through suitable additives, it dyes acetate artificial silk in pure, greenish blue, white-etchable tones.



  <I> Example: </I>? 1.6 parts of 2-amino-5-nitro-phenylmethyl-stilfon are dissolved in about 3.0 parts of sulfuric acid with vigorous stirring and then by adding 8 parts of sodium nitrite or the equivalent Amount of nitroylsulfuric acid diazotized. The mixture is stirred until a sample is clearly soluble in ice water. The whole mixture is then poured into a large amount of ice water.

   The clear Diazolö solution thus obtained is combined with a dissolution of 15.9 parts of 5-oxy-1-aminonaphthalene in the necessary amount of dilute mineral acid. The dye separates out as a dark powder, is filtered and washed neutral.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 2-Amino-5-nitro-phenyl- methylsulfon mit 5-Oxy-l-aminonaphthalin in saurem Medium vereinigt. Der so erhal tene Farbstoff bildet in trockenem Zustande ein dunkelblaues Pulver, das sich in organi schen Lösungsmitteln, wie Aceton, Essig ester usw., mit leuchtend grünstichigblauer Farbe löst. Durch geeignete Zusätze in feine Verteilung gebracht, färbt er Acetatkunst- seide in reinen, grünstichigblauen, weiss ätzbaren Tönen.
